Hi,I got a note that my cloud storage (100GB) reached full, so I deleted many videos on the cloud. However, it did not change the situation. I do not want to upgrade it. How do I know the cloud storage usage on line? Does Adobe have a plan to show the usage? Thanks for your help.

So I've just started with adobe premiere rush. It even worked quite well on my samsung s10e, until it came to exporting te clip... It says it's rendering, but it stays at 0%. Will a faster phone or laptop not have this problem? 

Hallo,ich habe aktuell das Problem, dass ich keine Videovorschau in Adobe Rush bekomme. Habe das Programm bereits deinstalliert, weil ich keine Lösung gefunden habe. Habe schon mit Drehung, Einpassen etc. herumgespielt und auch verschiedene Seitenverhältnisse. Aber es kommt einfach keine Videovorschau.Vor einiger Zeit hat es allerdings mit gleichen Videodateien problemlos geklappt. Ich vermute, dass ich dabei irgendetwas umgestellt habe, was ich nun nicht wieder rückgängig machen kann.Hat jemand eine Idee?An den Videodateien kann es nicht liegen wie gesagt. Habe verschiedene Formate etc. probiert.Viele Grüße

Ich habe ein Video mit etwa 40 Minuten erstellt und möchte dieses nun als 4 getrennte Dateien (4 Videos mit jeweils etwa 10-Minuten) abspeichern.Möglich wäre natürlich das lange Video 4 mal zu kopieren, und jeweils die nicht benötigten Teile zu entwerden - aber ich hoffe da gibt es einen einfacheren Weg. Ich danke euch!

I purchased a premium subscription several months ago through the apple app store. It was the only monthly subscription listed. At the time (and up until two days ago) I could add media from my phone to begin a project, allow them to sync, and then do the heavier edititing on the computer. Like I previously mentioned, I was able to do this just two days ago. Now however, prjoects will say that they completed syncing on my phone but will not show up on the computer. I tried to sync manually on the computer to fix things but it is now saying that that is a premium feature. I am unsure what to do to remedy this.

If I take Adobe Rush Premium on my mobile, which is cheaper than the one on computer, will I still be able to modify my projects on my computer through Creative Cloud? Thanks!

I downloaded the Rush program and spent 9h editin a wedding video until pop up window showed sayin "Save error, close and star again to enable saving" I did, and now hours of work vanished. Is this some real bug in this program. If so, i' d like my money back! This is some serious bs!

 why is this happening & pls reply fast , it's an emergency & it's my mobile version which is not payed.

Why would Adobe not offer a basic "scrolling credits" template for Rush? I find that to be so basic and not something one would have to buy Premiere Pro in order to get it. It's so frustrating. Anybody have a solution for a rolling credits template other than buying Premiere Pro? I don't need a fancy video editor. A simple scrolling credit template is NOT too much to ask for given that Adobe has much more complex titles. MS Movie Maker offers this kind of thing and it's a free movie maker. Geez, Adobe, do better! 

Hello all, I have massive problems with Premiere Rush, which should be used to create fast and reliable content for our social media channels. Premiere Pro is a bit of overkill, and also I have to start using it more to become faster... I'm running a not so cheap Lenovo P15s gen2...4 weeks old, all updates done, like BIOS and Win10, I'm admin on the machine.Lenovo Thinkpad P15s gen2, core I7-1165G7 gen11, 32GB RAM, SSD, NVIDIA T500 quadro 2/4GBWindows 10 64bitRush 1.5.62 built 61 Premiere Rush is constantly getting laggy, especially when I add titles and transition, I had a project that hung up completely last weekend when I probabaly used too mayn tilt/pan functions??...Today I was very cautious with tilt/pan, used only for one picture and had to save/restart Rush a few times to get the export done, it get's stuck at a few points, then CPU goes up to 4.8GHz/70% load, the T500 get's up to 70%...sometimes I'm lucky, sometimes not. Is it the machine, drivers, Rush...w

I am having an issue getting the video im editing to sync to my laptop. I paid for the syncing subscribtion and it still will not allow me. I have restarted the app on the phone and redownloaded. Still nothing. Im stumped.

Latest version of everything, crashes when editing a project, especially when I try to import music It would go to windows blue screen, then restart (during 3 hours of editing, it will crash 5-6 times) Critical error.[link removed by moderator] Critical process died Dell with remote access could not find any errors on the computer system, checked BIOS etc Now they want me to contact ADOBE as it only occurs when using Rush So her I am Whats next? Hello everyone, this is my question in this community.My doubt is that can we create commercial advertisment or templets with premier rush, I don't know how to use premier pro, also read somewhere that its hard to learn pro than rush, My goal to learn video editing is to create commercial ads templates, so is it possible to create commercial ad template with premier rush or i have to learn premier pro for this purpose? Thanks in advance for helping!

Hi,I've created anx exported a few projects on Rush but i can't find any of them now. I need change a few things on my videos but i can't find them on the cloud or anywhere... The sync was active when i created the projects but now it seems i'm going to have to start it all over again!!Does anyone have any solution to help me?

I have a split second video artifact at the very end of my video. I've tried trimming the video segment and taking it out and putting it back in, and that doesn't fix it. Any suggestions as to why this happens or how to fix it?Thanks!

Hi, is it possible to get statistics from the videos that you upload? If we want to integrate a video on our web page, is there a link to the video that we can use?

All but one of my projects have disappeared. The one which is showing up is old. I worked on one beginning of the week ... nowhere to be found. I have the latest update of the program. Tried loggin out and back in to CC. Tried rebooting. Tried uninstalling the latest version. Nothing helped.  

hi , i have a problem with the graphics in premier rush , the graphics doesnt load , they just keep in blank space.

Sometimes, while using Rush, the program freezes up my entire computer (can't move mouse / keyboard + screen is frozen) and I have to restart my pc each time. It's really annoying and I'd rather it not happen, so how do I fix this?

My desktop version of Rush has been altering my videos to have a hideous yellow tone and very bright white tone to any files that were shot on my phone. It does not alter the ones shot on my camera. The videos from the phone are perfectly fine when I open them in any other program and you can see the drastic difference of whatever filter was put on the videos when they are side by side. Does anyone know how to fix this?I checked to make sure there were no filter presets running in the program.It does not alter the files when I add them to Rush on my phone, just the desktop version. I tried going back to an older version and it didn't help. I tried updating it again and that didn't help either.Thanks!

Hello I’m having issues rendering a project in Adobe premier rush version 1.5.61. Every time I try to render the video it loads up to 29 percent then crashes.  It’s a 4min video and I have plenty of room on my phone. How can I get this project rendered so I can share it?

I'm working with footage in 480x640 and needs to export it in the same format ( 1:1 ). However, the smallest option available is 720p, which is converting my media to be 720x720 (Which stretches the media). Is there any way to create a custom preset or resolution, or isn't this software able to produce other resolutions? I haven't found anything related to this issue while googling, so I can only pray for your help. Using Adobe Premiere Rush 2021, v.1.5.58. Windows 10.

Hi!  I am teaching a couple of my colleagues how to use Premiere Rush and I'd like to send them some of the templates I have created under the 'Titles' section, so that they can create videos in a similar style to the ones I have created.  Is there a way to download or find the template files on my Mac (I'm using a MacBook Pro) to send to them so they can import them?  Thanks! Hope

When I apply dissolve and pan and zoom to the same still image it produces extraneous noise in the audio track. Is there a fix for this?
