21.1 Photoshop doesn't open in LR. Any reason why?

Hello, I'm on boat and we have very slow internet so I'm using my phone to edit everything.  I shoot on the phone as well so all the files are local to the device and the app.  Once I create a project and come back to it later I get the spinning wheel and a gray screen.  I'm tired of trying to figure this out on my own.  It was working fine and now it isn't.  Thank you very much for your help!

        I don't know what can I do................... My DSLR support NTSC or PAL boardcast format, but I don't think that it's the reason. Would someone help me? If you need more information or screenshots, just tell me!!! Thank you so much.

Hi, Just downloaded the new Rush 1.5.2 and created a project and no audio is working. I have tried opening past project and the audio appears but is silent too. POn my new project the is no audible audio in the imported video files (background noise), imported audio track or the new Abobe audio tracks in the content library. Please help!! Thanks, emgall 

Hello, I download my media from icloud.com to my computer and then upload it to premiere rush. I've noticed that the quality goes down and is not clear. Is there a way to fix this?

I bought a new phone on March 2, 2020. It's Xiaomi Mi 9T and the day I got it I installed Adobe Premiere Rush from the Play Store. Then I deleted the app from my phone by mistake and now I want to download it again but Play Store states that my phone is not compatible. I still have the app on my library on Play Store.  Please help!

I'm encountering issues with audio since the last update (1.5.2) . Audio voice overs have static and pitch distortions. Tried doing the same thing on Premiere Pro and no issues whatsoever. Videos imported into Rush have similar issues with static and pitch. Exact same video imported into Premiere Pro and no problems there. Tried reinstalling Rush, tried clearing cache, all to no avail.

I completed my first video and it's perfect. The length is 1:04 03 but when I save it and play it it runs for many minutes longer with nothing but a black screen after the actual video ends. I tried asking the question on Adobe, and Google, and YouTube how I can piblish my video so that it runs only in the true length that it is, all to no avail. Help! 

Downloaded Rush version 1.5.4 (846) from App store onto Iphone 11 with 50 Gb free memory Spent 30-ish minutes making a short video (2 mins 20s) from 20 clips all under 30s long that were shot at 60 fps 1080p Was able to edit comfortably and export but when I tried to open the file again to make some adjustments, received the "Unable to open project" error This happens with and without sync-to-cloud switched on Removed the app and redownloaded, same thing happened again with a new project so basically have to edit completely in one go and export    I pay the monthly subscription and so am disappointed it has failed with first use! I don't have access to a laptop for a week so hoping I can find a solution soon.  Title edited by mod

Hello,Here is my story...I wanted to purchase Adobe Premiere Elements but instead I somehow purchased Adobe Premiere Rush. In turn I didn't realise and so subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud thinking this would benefit the use of what I needed. Now I am at a stage where nothing has gone right and want to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription and perhaps get a full refund for the Premier Rush. The problem is, I can not find anyone from the Adobe team to contact. No support number, no live chat, and simply no options when I select through the support pages. It suggests to select a contact option... but how is it possible when there is no options shown?I feel like I am about to explode. So please, someone help me.

Hello everybody, i'm trying to find some documentation on installing the most recent version of Adobe Creative Cloud premiere Rush on a Citrix Xendesktop 7.15 of Xenapp server. I'm looking for system requirements and supported configurations. Support pointed me to these forums. Does anybody have any documentation or experience? thanks in advance!

First time user here. I just took a one minute video of a restaurant general manager speaking directly into the camera.  I also took some photos of food and the interior. I don't know if I will ask this question in the correct way.I want to edit in photos at certain spots within the video.  I don't want the voice/audio track to be interrupted.  I just want the visual to be changed...and then have it come back with the audio consistent with it after the photo is edited out. I had though the "lock/unlock" icon would be the solution. I got the idea for that via a tutorial video. But when I unlock and then drag the video portion up to another track, the audio moves with it to that track.  That makes the whole video completely disjointed.How do I edit in new visuals and keep the flow of the audio consistent?

Hi there, I am just using Rush for some days now on my phone. Today I wanted to switch to my desktop PC to do some final changes. The problem is, the project is running too fast on Rush using my PC. If I open the same project again on my iPhone everything is fine. I tried everything but I couldn't come up with an solution. Do you maybe have an idea what could cause this?Thanks

Hey guys,  quick question for everyone! I'm new to using premiere rush and basically I have started to edit some videos in premiere rush using the mobile app. The only issue I'm having is getting those videos to show up in the cloud or on my computer. I'm not looking to leave these videos in the app simply because of the amount of phone storage, I think it will take up tomuch. Unless it doesn't take up any phone storage at all because it's already in the adobe cloud? Is this true?  Hope this question made sense. Haha! Thanks everyone! 

I ahve Rush and I upgrade the storage plan about an hour and half ago. Big surprise! It didn't work. So I'm currently at one hour with someone named BHARAT who's giving me advice like disconnecting from the Internet and switching to my iPhone hotspot while I continue to watch the syncing wheel spin claiming that the file is syncing but it's been stuck at 714.5 MB for the last hour that I've been on the chat. This is a perfect example of what happens with monopolies. They don't give a damn about you or I.

Can you update from a trial to a student account without losing your work you are not allowed to save anywhere before updating?

Hello, this is a question post to Adobe staff or people in the know; Firstly:Is there a plan to support AMD Radeon desktop GPUs, such as my RX 5500 XT, in OpenCL for Adobe Premiere Rush for Hardware Acceleration, or is this just limited to the Proffessional models listed here. I would like to know because I am interested in Hardware Acceleration for my projects, and would potentially be purchasing new hardware to accelerate my projects. Secondly:I have heard that GPU acceleration in applications such as Premiere Rush can reduce the quality of exported videos, or increase their file size versus software rendering. So I would like to ask whether it would be worth it for me to speed up my project by purchasing a compatible GPU or keep using my Ryzen 9 3950X processor (which is not slow, by any means). Thanks for your advice

Hi there,I am considering buying a license for Premiere Rush but I can't figure out how to export my video in square and tall format.I have made a video and edited it in square orientation. But once I export it, I get two black blocks on each side of my square. So it is really just a traditional wide format. I can't seem to find anywhere where it is explained how to export the movie in 1:1.Can you help me?Jakob

My students and I have been able to download Adobe Premiere Rush on our smartphones and use our Google account credentials to log in.  Our school system pays for CC licenses. The app says we only have 3 exports.  Is this true?  My plan was for my students to film and edit with one device...their phones because everyone does not have a home computer.
