I am getting this message:  WHY cant i export???

When I import transparent images into Adobe Premiere Rush, they are not transparent. They maintain the transparent grid in overlay. I have the latest version of the app and am on an IPhone 14 Pro Max.

The ability to automatically generate captions would be very useful on Rush:)

I can't Export any videos from the Rush app. I have a new phone, so I've just downloaded the app on it, unable to Export any files I've edited. I just get an error message and to try again. But I've been trying all day, I even un-installed and re-installed and re-edited the video, still not working.

I am using Rush on Windows. Before this I have never had these kinds of problems but suddenly Rush keeps crashing when I try to export a video. It always happens when the rendering is almost done and  then I am left with two seperate exported files: one AAC and the other M4V. My Rush is up to date and I tried loging out, restarting my computer then loging back in but the results are still the same. The video is only little over 3 minutes long and i have exported much longer ones before.

I'd like to request multi camera editing in Premire Rush. I use this feature in Premire Pro, but when I'm traveling I use my iPad Pro and Premire Rush. Would be nice to have when traveling, thanks!

Switching from monthly to annual payment for my photography plan I find that access to desktop Rush is now limited - can access be restored?

Hi, I'm new to Adobe Premiere Rush, is there any way to remove a watermark from an imported video? I've seen it done on Adobe Premiere Pro so I'm hoping it's a similar thing with Rush? Thank you.

I was wondering, will a desktop version of Premiere Rush come to ARM or will they keep it to Intel and phone apps only?

Capability to duplicate multiple videos on the timeline and to consolidate them with out having to export them first 

When I try to edit a video in mp4 it is not previewed during editing, when I try to export it I get the image error; I don't know what I could do because I can't export in another format either. 

Well, I just recorded and edited a video for the last 5 hours, for Rush to crash and have saved nothing but the first file import as I was trying to export it. Why can't Adobe, the king of photo and video editing, support their own mobile app and fix all these issues! I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my entire Adobe suite and just using CapCut or InShot. How sad is it that Instagram and TikTok have more video editing features and less issues and crashes than ADOBE! I'm so livid right now! Why do I pay hundreds of dollars a year, for this garbage?   Mod note: Edited for content. Minors are reading here.

When I try to upload videos from my iPhone into Adobe Premiere Rush, it does not work.This is what pops up - media import error, unsupported media type could not be imported. I'm operating on the new iPhone I don't know if that is making the impact but id love some help to fix this please!!  Ps it is just a normal video taken on the iPhone that I'm trying to upload. I'd love some help in how to resolve this ASAP. Thanks!

Can’t do voiceover on Adobe Premier Rush. How to fix? Have been struggling. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing has changed.

Just started using Rush.  All video files, regardless of source, stutter wildly in editing playback, making it impossible to actually edit.  Exported video plays fine (except the edit points are goofy because I can't see exactly what I am editing.) I am using a new HP laptop running Windows 10.Same files play fine in FinalCut Pro on an old Mac and in Windows Movie Editor on a laptop running Windows 7.  Any input appreciated.

Is it possible to move a clip "one step" with the keyboard in Adobe Rush?

When will Adobe Rush be able to handle raw iPhone 16 pro max videos? I'm tired of the "error" message saying that Adobe Rush can't handle my iPhone 16 Pro Max footage. iPhone 16 Pro Max has been out for a while now, make the app compatible with it! 

My adobe rush constantly says "not responding" when trying to load projects.  It doesn't matter what size they are.  It eventually opens but recently when it does open, it looks like all of the videos or photos are black.  I have to close out and reopen the program (which opening the program already takes 2 minutes). It has been doing this for a while now and is getting worse. It is up to date. 

Trying to edit a video on Premiere Rush. When I upload the video to the app, it uploads to the app with no problem, but won't play the video, only the audio. It shows the blue audio indicator. This has happened with several videos I've tried to edit with the app, 9 out of ten times the video doesnt work, but the audio does. There is an alert on the top of my project list "no network connection. Only projects you have previously opened on this device will be available." But I can't figure out what this means exactly. I've tried shutting my phone off, deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing previous projects, even converting the videos to different file types. Nothing seems to work. I also can't figure out why some videos are fine, while most don't work. On the main project page I just see multiple blank untitled projects. Any ideas how to fix this? I love this app, but someting has changed reccently and I can't figure out what. Thank you 

Hello everyone, I'm just trying to report a bug. I have noticed an issue with Premiere Rush when exporting out at the native video fps using automatic (which is 60 fps) or manually choosing a resolution and 60 fps where are the colors are muted or tinted in the video. This can be fixed if you export at 30 frames per second. I would love to be able to export the video have the native 60 frames per second without the colors being distorted. Thanks. 

Are there future plans of adding keyframes to Rush?

Oi sou Bruno Luiz Rabello Teixeira vi que não da pra arrastar o vídeo cortado no aplicativo RU mobile e poderia colocar pois seria bom para espaçamento e valores de exemplo de cor escura e continuar vídeo só dá pra arrastar as partes cortadas entre outras cortadas e valor do vídeo, que tal poder arrastar para o lado. Mesmo que seja possível colocar outro vídeo no meio ou fim acredito pois vi o aplicativo por menos de 5 minutos ainda, e vou mexer nele hoje. Para aprender mais sobre. Então não sei se valores sobre dublagem ou valores de áudio estão dentro nas minhas vistas o que preciso, mas verei. (País Brazil idioma português BR 2:09 am dia 10 de janeiro de 2025. Is it possible to get "text" feature in app. You could make a plain text for videos like subtitles etc. For more practical use is subtitle AI to recognize speech and turn it into subtitles. Also it should be possible to change if needed by hand.But the plain "text" should be the first to implement for more practical use for everyone to use! 🙂

Whenever I attempt to export a video early in the render the progress bar just stops. I've tried this multiple times and every time the outcome is the same. I have tried restarting my computer, signing out of iCloud, and changing the export settings but every time the bar never loads past the halfway mark. Then, why I try to cancel the render Rush stops responding and I have to close out the app. I've been trying to figure this out for hours and still have no clue how I can fix this.
