I've been having major issues with the iPhone app crashing constantly. I can't export my video.

I cant add audio to my project. What do I need to do?  ;

Hi. Rush downloaded (or tried) all my onedrive files and ran out of space locally. I cannot find where they are located in order to delete them.As far as onedrive is concerned, they are not local. They are either "sync pending" or "error". Can anyone help me locate them and/or fix this please.

Hello Everyone,  It's June 5th 2022 and Premier Rush still doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra. Is it ever going to be compatible with this device?I used to use Premier Rush regularly and now I'm thinking of finding a different app. What do you guys think? Thank you!

I much prefer editing while holding the phone in landscape mode. Is it possible to have the Rush interface available to use in 16:9 ?Thank you Camilla 

I'm about to go backpacking with my fx-30 and don't want to take a laptop. So I want to be able to edit my videos in my iPad Pro to post online. The problem is that Sony used the XAVC-S format and Adobe rush on both my phone and iPad say it's unsupported. When I go to the compatibility list Adobe said it does support it. What are some options? I hate to think I have to convert all the videos just do do a few small edits.zach

My Export constantly crashes, I have deleted videos on my iPad, express cloud and premiere rush. I have restarted my iPad a few amount of times. When I have exported, I have tried all file settings when exporting.

On the desktop when I click on the 3 dots under the project to "enable syc" in Rush, btut I get the message that I need to upgrade to premier to enable syncing. The thing is... I have already purchased Premier. Would love any input on how to troubleshoot this. I already went through the syncing trouble shooting page on Adobe and followed all of the tips and I'm still having the issue. Thanks!

Make it so if you import more that one image it  imports the images by order from your files folder or camera feed

Is it possible to change the clip speed. There appears not to be any option to either change the speed or play direction of a clip.

Creating a stop animation in Premiere Rush. It consists so far of approx 800 photos. After adding they default at 2 seconds a clip and need to change them to 00 00 04 frames and currently only seem to be able to do this for one photo at a time. If I multi select clips at the bottom the clip duration option is greyed out. Also no option to speed up. Anyone know a way to change all clips in the project to the same duration in one go? 

Lately whenever I add videos to Premiere Rush the export has a color grade that adds a white sheen. This didn't used to happen. Occasionally one or two of the videos in the project will also have this effect applied, and it is unable to be turned off. It seems to be somewhat random. Sometimes I'll export and only one or two shots will be graded, sometimes it's the entire video. Sometimes the grading shows up when editing, other times no. I have not been able to export a video without some sort of color grading added to some or all of it. No color grading nor effects are selected, no editing happens to the videos outside of start and end times. Anyone else experience this issue?

I am working on a project right now in Premiere Rush 2021 & I keep getting the error message, "We haven't been able to automatically save changes to your project in a while. Please close and re-open to save now and ensure that you don't lose any work."What do I do to fix this?I am logged into my Creative Cloud, have space on it, and have a stable internet connection. I have no idea what is wrong.

When I use more than one timeline in Premiere Rush, the programm connects the two (or more clips) that are above each other. When I want to move one clip, the other clip moves as well. How can I turn that off? 

Hi, I'd like to propose adding crossfade for audio. Right now crossfade appears to apply it to both the video and audio layer. There is also separate controls for audio, but it has no audible effect on the audio--it simply cuts to the next clip as the video fades 😞

I have taken a small 3 second video I created in Pika Labs and split the frames as I want to make changes with them in PS. But when I add them to a timeline in Rush it treats them like a slide show. and the resulting video is very jerky. Useles. How do I make each individual photo be a frame of the movie ? 

Rush gives option to save new graphics. Not able to find way to manage saved graphics. Anyone ran into this issue? Thanks in advance! 

I've been having major issues with the iPhone app crashing constantly. It takes 7 or 8 tries to export a video. Now, I can't even edit. I make one or two edits, and it crashes. Then if I do get to actually make any edits and am able to get it exported, the video is glitchy. The glitching is not new but the crashing is. App is up to date as far as I can tell. Any idea how to fix? Thank you!

I am rendering a first video to Local, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. I choose the settings in advanced to the appropriate setting, but all revert to 'Custom' and all videos are rendered to phone vertical format (even Local)!How can I make the settings stick?Rush, iMac, Ventura 13.5

I keep getting an immediate copyright strike, about once a month, as I use the listed music on Adobe Premiere Rush.I dispute it, have to wait 30 days, and then finally have it removed.I know the music is similar to copyrighted songs, but why does this happen so often (about every third time I use Adobe music)?Any help or suggestions?
