Hey guys. I really need help to recover my project if possible. While I was exporting a video project my laptop shut down due to low battery and when I restarted it the project I was exporting completely disappeared. I also did not check the sync option and always used save to device option. This seems like a super basic feature that is missing from Rush. 

My video keeps crashing the application around the 8:40 mark. This happens when I try to edit, preview the final product (as in watch the whole thing through), and export it without being able to watch the preview. When I try to export, the application doesn't crash, it just pauses and refuses to resume. I have tried many common methods of fixing the issue such as resetting my preferences and restarting my computer, but none have fixed the issue. I have worked on this project for about a month and about 50 hours, so I would really appreciate some help. 

Premier Rush sometimes, but not always, reports invalid media format error attempting to add a jpg that was downloaded to the camera roll by Adobe Lightroom.  Very annoying to have to take a screen shot in order to use conten in one Adobe product that was generated byanother Adobe products, especially when we're talking about a file format that has been around for decades.

I was working on a project in Premiere Rush and my laptop crashed two separate times. The first time this happened, the project reappeared right upon restart. The second time, the project was missing from the Premiere Rush home screen. After doing some reserach on the forums, I found the "Common" file in AppData and it seems like the project files are still there, based on the "Date Modified" metadata that I can see in the files (they say those files were updated as I was working on the project, just before the laptop crashed). I also still have the original media files on an external hard drive.How can I recover my project? Figure 1 - These files say they were updated just before my laptop crashed Figure 2 - These files seem to have the same titles as the media that I was working with, and they were modified just before the laptop crashed, too. 

I'm not able to export 4K and higher than 1080 p videos Rush Line application

Hi Adobe I have a 40 min 2.4 gb video @ 1080p on my iPhone 12pro. It will not export and continually crashes the programme. I syncd it with my cloud tried to access on desktop to export to you tube and files are missing..si I'm stuck with a fully completed video on my phone I can easily edit but not export.do you have a work around - eg depositing source video into the desktop Adobe rush import file ???I'm lost and slightly disappointed as first draft rendered and uploaded around a week ago. I've cleaned out space on cloud phone etc so now trying same on desktop despite the lack of synce ...HELP.. This is the kind of unreliability I expect from free apps not a heavily paying subscribed service... yours-  disappointed in Devon

And, if you already have a UX team. Fire them. You have such a great company with powerful software, but the navigation and UX is sh*t. There are third party apps that are less powerful that allow the user to make changes without having to go online, and learn.Example, Adobe rush on mobile. I should be able to tap on the text, and a menu pops up that allows me to change color, size, justification, etc. literally in 2 steps. I should not have to double tap, or do anything special. Heck, I shouldn't have to go online to figure it out. I should t have to research at all. Just tap and go. I'm on mobile for a reason, for time simplicity. Mobile = 100 times easier. Not harder. Figure it out, and make changes. I shouldn't want to quit and go on my computer because it's 'easier.'Oh, and Adobe express on web? Crap. Clunky. Slow. I know it's beta, but it should be polished like a mofo, near perfect. Streamline your software, and show other platforms why you're king.

Hello friends,As of this week we lost the ability to view and use any saved titles or the ability to create and save new ones. We run 2 machines, only happening in one machine. Have tried to revert to a previous version of Rush and still does not work. We have over 24 saves tiltles we use daily in the workflow. Has anyone else had this expericnce? Support has been little help ..Thanks in advance ...   

Can we have a layout markings? Or an option to choose different colour to differentiate the workspace vs layout screen? I understood that is selected as 9:16 but I need to see a gray area or checkbox area to know where videos are cropped. It would be helpful if you include an option to see the bleed line/ layout markings in contrast color. Currently, layout area and outer both are black color. It would be helpful if you can include a "preview" on top of edit screen.

When I opened Rush, instead of seeing the thumbnails for my various projects, they all have grey filmstrip icons. When I enter the projects nothing is there, no media assets, no video, nothing. All of the titles for the projects are there, accompanied by a small cloud icon and in some cases a cloud and monitor icon. The Rush documentation says this regarding the cloud icon: Cloud only and not currently on the device, but this project can be accessed on all devicesDownloads the project to the device and opens it. However, when I click on the project to open it, it simply opens to a blank project area and nothing downloads. I'm not sure what's happening and am hoping it's just some basic error I've made, but any tips or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Just FYI: I'm using the latest version of Rush on a Mac Studio, OS 13.4.1 Ventura

Hello. I'm having a terrible first experience with Premier Rush, mostly two issues: 1) The sync is terrible and parts of the project keep disappearing and getting lost 2) After hours of struggling I decided to export the project, and half of the videos turned out "washed out". I googled, and apparently the effect is because I Phone uses HDR, but though I found users with the same problem, I didn't find a solution. Is starting from scratch in another program the only option? thank you.

I finished my project (on my phone) and now Rush won't allow me to open it. It keeps saying "unable to open project." Please help.

Hello,Adobe and my IT area messed up our accounts, and as a result we have an inactive account that has disabled apps but some materials (librarys, etc) and a new account that has all enabled apps but no libraries or materials. I was able to export libraries from the old account to the new account, but today I just realized all my Rush projects are gone. The screen is all black and there are no projects. However, I have all the old assets from the projects in the folder (this folder that I luckily didn't delete). Is there a way to recover all of my videos? There were many, many short videos I would like to keep, edit and re-purpose. I cannot really do anything with the old account. Both accounts have the same email. I created a new project, and now I have that single project only.

The photos do exist in the folder (see windows explorer window), yet when I try to import them from the media tab, no files are there to show. Please see screenshot below and advise.Thanks, 

Both of them have had a troublesome problem for a long time that they are really slow on the computer. Although my computer is new and powerful. i have uninstalled the apps and reinstalled them. Does not help. the problem is, for example, if I borrow five pictures and press play, then either the clips sometimes disappear from the bottom bar or they get mixed up, the speed adjustment also gets stuck all the time, really difficult to adjust. and the fact that the clips disappear from that lower bar is really frustrating. you have to use the space key to bring them up. you advertise that this is for the busy person... haha. can those problems be fixed in any way, I've really been waiting for a long time for updates to come but no. I understand that the beta version crashes, but premier rush also crashes in the same way. plaaaaaah! always some problems with these. It's annoying to pay for creative cloud membership when the applications don't work and you don't get help. always the same aut

I created an overlay in illustrator and exported as a png file (RGB).  Premiere Rush does not allow me to upload the png. It keeps saying it's an unsupported file. I find it very strange for premiere rush to not support png files. Anyone know how I can fix this? 

Import and editing in this feature is not working 

Hi, each time I am editing on premiere rush, I keep having glitches in the middle of my work. Those are still present when I export. And even when I replace the glitching part with the original video (non edited and without glitch) then new glitches will appears somewhere else on the video... it makes it impossible to work with rush if I have to recheck and replace each frame at some point because glitches appears. I am wasting time on this and I don't know why it keeps happening. Am I doing something wrong in the settings or other parameters ? Thanks   (here's an example of the glitch) 

I have not been able to install any motion graphic templates at all. I have checked and doubled checked that I am adding the right file for the right program, however after I add/click install, they do not appear in the available "motion graphics" section. Please help!
