A workflow mechanism wherein reviewer gets a notification of review package or a project in 'review status' ready for his review.Reminder if he doesn't complete review within 7 days.Prior to publish, Approval workflow with my manager, or sometimes multi-level workflow with different stakeholders.  Once approval is finished, the project can be published.Is this possible using Rh Server, plus, any other Rh tools, along with Rh10?Thanks in advance for any insights into this.Regards,Zia.

Hi I am using Robohelp 10 and the output type is Web help. I have copied only the WebHelp Folder generated to the Weblogic Application Server and not the entire Project Folder generated by the RoboHelp.Now that I am able to access the help from the URL  as followshttp://localhost:9900/rbh/WebHelp/index.htm,But when I try to pass the Map Id along to get the Context Sensitive Help , I still am getting the same first starting page, the URL I have used ishttp://localhost:9900/rbh/WebHelp/index.htm#<id=3>.I have copied the Map Id file to the App Server  into the WebHelp Folder.But still Iam not able to get the Context Sensitive Screen.Am I missing something. Hi,I am using Robohelp 10 and output type is web help.I would like to use the MapFile to get the Map Number from the Map Id for context sensitive help.The reason being the existing application has an Page identifier for every page.So I could create a Topic with the same 'Page Id' as Map Id .Now, when  at a particular page, I can use the 'Page Id' to look into the Map file to get the map number and use it for the context sensitive help.Please suggest. HiI am using RH10, as part of TCS4.I am publishing my project into Multiscreen HTML5 output, with Desktop, Android phone, and Android tab screen profiles.When I launch the index.html file from my android devices (Nexus 5 and Nexus 7), both desktop and corresponding android versions launch. I am launching these FireFox browser as I am yet to find out out to open a local HTML file in Chrome (Android newbie here). Is this an issue with my device/ browser or is it something I need to set it up in RH?Sreekanth

Hi Folks,I am importing a Technical Document written in MS Word 07 into RoboHelp 10 and appear to be missing a step. After I generate the WinHelp FIle everything looks great however the Index Links and the Search Feature in the *.CHM file point only to the main page. The Toc Links work just fine. I have generated an index using the "Smart Index" wizard and It shows the Links pointing to the Project Home page. When I try to click on one of the generated index links they all point to the "home" page. The Search feature does not work at all. I am new to RH 10 and I know I am missing something. I save and generate with webhelp or webhelp pro-- search function does not work. If I open the same project on another system with robohelp and save and generate it ( during save/generate, I reselect DHTML>Pure HTML and check Search input field in toolbar)   SEARCH FUNCTION WORKS!It looks to be configuration or corruption with my robohelp? Any suggestions?

Can one designate a position for the body of  a master page e.g. some distance away from the header as if you wanted to create a gap? Note this is for non-scrolling region purposes.

I'm wondering how to generate page numbers on PDF output.The RoboHelp Help doesn't seem to cover it.There is nothing in the Review - Create PDF for Review, nor in the Printed Documentation SSL areas that allows you to include page numbers on an outputted PDF.

How do I deploy the project into my weblogic Application Server? Should it be fine if I copy the project folder to the AS root?Also, How should i invoke the Context sensitive help from Javascript assuming project  deployed to Weblogic AS.I am using Robohelp 10. Thanks in advance.

I am working on a trial version of RoboHelp 10 and I can't read the interface.  I really need this software, but will not be able to use it if I can't use the interface.  All of my appearance settings in Windows are maximized for size. Any ideas?

Hi all,I'm currently working on a project in RH HTML 10, which is being generated (and published) with WebHelp Pro. I've enabled the Search Input Field, but it doesn't work when generated, published, and hosted via RoboServer. Entering text into the Search Input via the toolbar and selecting Go simply brings me to a blank search pane (see image below), as if I had accessed Search from the toolbar button. This is occurring in both the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, and IE (10). Robohelp 9Word 2010I have a merged project with two child projects. The first child has been in the parent project and working fine for different generated outputs. I regulary swop out different child projects to generate cusotm output compilations with no problem.Created a new child project and added this to the Parent TOC but the output does not display the second child TOC items in the TOC.Any ideas welcome

I just installed RoboHelp 10, and want to import a Word doc.  However, I get a notifcation the Word is not installed.  However, I have Word 2013.  Any suggestions?

User can access WEbhelp generated by accessing index.htm. How does user access Microsoft help generated by robohelp? I do not  see htm file and cannot find answer in the manual?

We are using WebHelp option from RoboHelp 10.And in the mid of creating the help for our purpose and suddenly it expires.What is the procedure to extend(use for another 30days on my machine) the Expired RoboHelp 10 free trial version.When our product get ready we will be purchasing RH10 license to deploy it at client end.Thanks in advance.-Anil

I am using TCS 4 and RoboScreenCapture has for some unknown reason stopped working  - it will not start. Rebooting/ restarting the PC does not fix the issue.Unfortunately it does not seem possible to uninstall and reinstall it without uninstalling  the entire TCS. When I ran the TCS installer there were no options to reinstall just RoboScreenCapture.I do not want to reinstall the entire TCS if avoidable.Has anyone experinced this before, and know if it is possible to simply reinstall RoboScreenCapture?Cheers Mark

Other cross references are linking fine, but, the bookmarked cross references do not link to their destination.I generated a chm file for the project and the bookmarked cross references appear fine there. When I set the server folders to publish to in WebHelp, it won't save them. If I click Save and Generate, it generates the help, but won't publish. When I go back in to WebHelp settings, my folders are gone. If I set the folders, click Save and then exit out. When I come back in, the folders are gone.

Hello,I know this is simple, but I am a total Robo newb.I have created the TOC and pages and then linked those pages to the TOC.When I click "View Item", all I see is the page without any TOC.What preview option should I use that will show me the TOC along with the pages that are linked to it?Thanks!Jeff

I've got an old WinHelp4 project that has been neglected for years and now we are trying to bring it current.I've deleted the old TOC it had and created a new one with just a couple of entries to start with (just to make sure everything gets put together ok).  I've run into an odd thing.  After generating the help files, if I click on the button to "Review Primary Layout" or generate the help file and click on "View Result" I get the old version of the TOC.  That is, 10 books in the Contents Tab window.  If I double click in Windows Explorer on the actual generated .hlp file I get the correct Contents.It appears to me that RoboHelp is "remembering" something that deleting and recreating the TOC did not reset.  I went trough all of the files that I saw for the RH project but didn't see anything that had the old book names in them.I'm using RH for Word 10.0 on Win7 Pro (64-bit).This is w WinHelp4 project.  The plan is to move to HTML.  But can't do it n

Hello everybody, I'm pretty new to RoboHelp HTML 9 and I am still in the learning process, so my question might seem a bit trivial. In Word there is this "Building Blocks" feature that allows to save standardized content for future reuse.  I use this feature a lot, especially to insert standardized tables for Warnings and Notes. These tables are fully formatted and have the symbols already integrated so that I only have to add some text.My question is: Is there a similar feature in RoboHelp? Is there a feature that allows me to store these pre-defined tables somewhere and reuse them with one click? As far as I understand, the Snippet feature might not do it because it doesn't allow me to add customized text to the tables.Thank you for your help in advance!

View Selected Item now displays a dialog instead of automatically opening a topic in view mode. How do I set a default browser for this and stop the dialog from displaying. Using RoboHelp version 10.0.1.292 .

When i deploy the Help files. The formatting of the Numbering/bullets are affected and it is parts of the help files that i have not changed. Is there something else that i need to do to fix it?
