Robohelp upgrade from Classic Version to RH 2022 , Pop up files are not imported

Robohelp upgarde from Classic Version to RH 2022 , Pop up files are not imported in Contents folder and therefore not working in the in Browser.after the Output is generated .

Upgrade Project option was used for importing the old RH project files.

Can we have a way out that the Pop ups are imported in one go as they are showing in old SSL folder but not being imported to contents folder in new RH 22.

Are you perhaps referring to popup text files? That's a different thing.

You are referring to popups but is what is in Assets a topic or something else? Can you share the project? If you can, then see the Contact page on my site and send the project as instructed there. Do make sure you include a link to this thread and please do not email the project direct.

I'm not sure what has gone wrong so it's not possible to say what the fix is.

As I indicated earlier, popups are simply topics opened in a different way. What exactly are you seeing in Assets?

All the pop us have been imported and showing in Assets but not included in TOC so showing in Browser as links but not opening. Linking is broken..

I think this is a known issue. There are some posts about it but I don't think they are helpful. I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

HI Peter just a change in query, Pop ups are imported , but the linking is broken, so not opening on generation of help files in web browser. Kindly suggest for this issue , will it require linking again of the topics manually.
