Acrobat Pro can't sign and add signature on Windows 11

On my Windows 11 computer, it not show the signature I saved, and no work as I clicked add signature button.

But it works find on Acrobat Web and my Windows 10 computer.

Restarted computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Pro, nothing helps.

Same issue on win 11, gets hung and doesn't add signature

I just got a new Windows 11 computer, have Acrobat Pro and signature is not working .
Worked fine on my old Windows 10 computer.

Any guidance appreciated!

Hi,

Can you list the steps you take to create and try to use the signature in Win11?

Can you also confirm the exact version of your operating System and software?

Hello,

 

Steps:

  1. Open a PDF file
  2. Click button: 

     

  3. Click button: 

    It should show the signature I created like

    But it show empty at win11 PC:

     

  4. Click the button for add a new signature, then  Acrobat Pro hang until I click Esc button.

Version of my Acrobat Pro: 2023.001.20143 | 64

As of today, DC pro is not compatibale with wither windows 11 or mac .. plenty of issues to fix.

win 11.. digital signature is not functioning,

mac OS - words files cant be saved as PDF..  

waste of money to subscribe the paid verion..
