Good morning. we've been having difficulties with Adobe Acrobat X Pro in Windows 7. It's been working fine until recently. It keeps crashing after 20 seconds. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling numerous times, but it still crashes. Any suggestions?
You should make sure you update Acrobat to the latest version available (10.1.16, available here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/10.x/), and maybe run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, but that's about all you can do.
