Adobe Acrobat is telling me I need to upgrade to Pro when I already have done so.

When trying to print to PDF I keep getting a message that my trial has expired and that I need to upgrade.  I have already upgraded to Pro and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I can't get the message to stop and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC still isn't working.  Any solutions?

Hi elizabethh51919660,

If you have purchased an Acrobat subscription, please verify:

1. If you are using Adobe Acrobat DC, not Adobe Reader DC.

2. If you have signed into Acrobat using the correct subscription id.

If you have a serial number, please click on "License this software"/"Activate" and enter the serial number you have.

Now, your Acrobat should stop showing you "trial expired" messages, but print to PDF will still be showing the same message. If yes, please reboot the machine once and then try it again.

After these steps, your trial expired should go away. Please let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks

Rahul

Don't try to print to PDF until you have Acrobat Pro working. What exactly happens when you try to start the Acrobat Pro app? (Be sure you aren't still using Acrobat Reader)
