Disgusting, fraudulent marketing tactics to suck people in

I am disgusted by Adobe's marketing tactics. I used your product once on a trial and because I forgot to cancel the trial I have been charged $90 for a product I do not want and now you want to to charge me $130 to cancel a subscription I do not want or need.

Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
