Does Anyone Know How To Disable or Turn Off E-Signatures and Related Prompts in Acrobat Pro for Mac?

I am trying to select text within a pdf and whenever I select an email address to copy and paste I am getting a prompt asking me if I would like to send for e-signature. Does anyone know how to turn this off? In fact... since I have a docusign account, I never want to use Acrobat to create or manage e-signatures so ideally an option to remove all e-signature capability from the package please!
