We're sorry for the trouble you had while editing a PDF, are you getting any error message while trying to edit the PDF?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription, please sign out from Acrobat, reboot the machine. Launch Acrobat back and sign-in, then check for any pending updates of Acrobat Pro from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Acrobat and try editing the PDF file?

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS installed?

Are you not able to edit all the PDF files or is it specific to one PDF?

What is the dot version of Acrobat installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
