 an error box said that I need to deactivate on another computer. It's not activated on another computer. it doesn't show any devices registered. the error box is saying I only have so many days left

Is that possible? 

I have a PDF of an infographic that I want to make accessible. I created it in Adobe Illustrator and am now editing it in Acrobat. I manually created tags for each piece of text using 'prepare for accessibility' > 'Fix reading order', marking a piece of text and choosing text/paragraph or heading. For some of these the name of the tag which is displayed next to the little bankers box symbol is broken (e.g. 'SoSommmmer-er' instead of 'Sommer').I work on a mac so I could only test with the voice over function and it reads out the broken text.I tried adjusting the actual text in the object properties (tags > properties > Tag) but that doesn't solve the problem, the voice over still reads the broken text.Any suggestions how to fix that? Or a work-around?I am even willing to re-export and do the whole manual tagging again if I knew how to prevent that problem.Thank you, Marie-Pascale

Bonjour, Suite à une mise à jour de Windows (passage de windows 10 à windows 11), j'ai réinstallé sur mon ordinateur les logiciels de la suite Adobe Creative Clouds, dont Acrobat. J'ai constaté qu'il n'y avait plus les outils de modification de PDF (organiser les pages, compresser un PDF etc ...), il semblerait que cette version ne soit désormais disponible plus qu'en version Web. Peut-on m'éclairer sur ce sujet, puis-je avoir à nouveau accès à la version "avec les outils de modifications de PDF" sur mon ordinateur et pas seulement sur le web ? Merci !

I have been having issues with Acrobat for about a month now, when I try to open PDF's on my local drive it crashes but opening the exact same PDF's from Adobe Cloud and they do not crash. Very annoying, I've tried many standard troubleshooting steps:Cleared Adobe cache plistUsed Adobe cleaner toolUninstalled/reinstalled too many times to rememberDuring these attempts I always did a computer restartNot using a VPN if that can cause issuesPlease help fix this issue!  

Hallo,  ich hatte bei Adobe Acrobat anfangs die Einstellung, dass alle Werkzeuge neben dem Dokument im Navigationsbereich angezeigt wurden. Jetzt werden mir dort nur noch 3 Einträge angezeigt, nämlich   "Einen Pdf Space erstellen", "KI-Assistent" und "Generative Zusammenfassung". Wie kann ich dort wieder alle Werkzeuge anzeigen ? Gruß, Franz

When I try to generate a pdf of a document I'm working on in Word by clicking on "Create PDF and share link", it usually works by launching Adobe Acrobat Pro & generates a pdf that I can share. However, recently Adobe Acrobat has started displaying this message more & more: "You need to be connected to the Internet and signed in to Acrobat to use this feature. Please check and retry" Now it's got to the point that it only ever shows this message & I can never create a pdf! FYI the internet is working fine & I am signed in to our Creative Cloud account. Ich habe ein Dokument aus Indesign mit automatischen Lesezeichen (Index). Ich versuche, über die Seiten in einzelne Dateien aufzuteilen. Seiten bearbeiten > Aufteilen > Ausgabeoptionen > Namen der Lesezeichen als Dateinamen verwenden. auf dem Mac Studio klappt das ohne Probleme, beim Macbook Pro ist die Option mit der gleichen Datei ausgegraut.Wie kann ich das lösen? Wir hatten das Problem schon einmal und mussten tief in der Libary Dateien löschen. Ich habe bereits mehrere Anläufe beim Adobe Support gemacht, dort scheint das Problem aber niemand zu verstehen oder lösen zu können.Bin gespannt, ob jemand eine Idee hat woran das Problem liegen könnte.Mac OS: 15.7.2Acrobat: 25.1.20982.0

Unable to luanch Adobe Acrobat

I printed a PDF in booklet style in Adobe Acrobat two weeks ago with the desired margins (I formatted it in another software then exported to PDF). I went to print the same document today in booklet style and now the margins are much larger than when I had printed it previously. The thing is the print preview looks correct, but when it actually prints the margins are much larger. I could be missing something simple but I'm not sure how the margins would have changed so drastically when I'm printing the exact same document. Additionally, nothing has changed with the printer settings. Any help is greatly appreciated!

When I try to scan a document in color with my brother Mfc-j6955dw on my iMac running os 26 i get the error message "the selected color format is not supported." I have never had this problem before updating to os 26

Page numbers now show up in grey on the right hand side of the document and do not disappear. They sometimes obscure the content of the file or cover words, which they make difficult to select or highlight. Is there a way of disabling this? 

Hello, I need help Activating and Adobe Pro XI license on a new computer.   I got a new computer and unfortunately, it was not Deactivated on the old computer.   I am not able to Activate the license on the new computer, as it says the license is already in use by the maximum allowed computers.   Thanks in adavance    [Private info and Serial number removed]    

Have a large pdf file with black background that I want to change to white. Is there a global change feature or must I delete background on individual pages.

CAn anyone please help/advise?  I'm just adding a word or changing a number on a document but the whole text box disappears from the screen and I can no longer see what I amended or what was orginally there.  Its doing my head in now!

Hi. Acrobat isn't letting me re-order bookmarks in a PDF. I uninstalled and re-installd the software. Restarted, closed other programs etc. It suddenly worked, once. Now it isn't working again. When I click on a bookmark it just highlights and allows me to edit the text, but I cannot drag them, to re-order. The PDF uses the same settings I've used every time for eons, there's no difference to the countless times I've been able to edit bookmarks in the past (and magically once, yesterday)!
