Hello, every week I have to edit pdfs and in the past few months I have been running into an issue. When I click 'edit pdf' and select my text to move it around on my page, there are some invisible white squares that in some sections that block the text. I can move the text up to the front to make it visible, but I was wondering if there was some way to see what these squares are so I can delete them. I can't seem to select them and Adobe can't detect a background in the pdf.

How can I increase the font size in the UI for Acrobat Pro DC?The text in the user interface and menus is far too tiny for me to read comfortably. Thank you in advance!

I need to create a printed brochure that is also easily readable on smartphone and other mobile devices. In terms of size, is there a best size (width x length) or aspect ratio for mobile devices?Can a PDF be optimized in some way to make it easier to view without excessive zooming on a mobile device?Thanks!

I recently made a post that some forms I made in Acrobat which are being used by the public are not conforming to the rules I set when creating the forms, such as only allowing text in a box to go to the length of the box (no scroll). Also, some forms I've received have entered text which is duplicating over itself and text continuing past the width of the box instead of entering onto a new line. A few people on that post had replied to say that this is most likely because the people using the form were using a PDF reader which did not recognise the restrictions I added to the form. It was suggested that I edit the file so that users are prompted to open the file in Adobe Reader. How do I do this? If there are other solutions for how to fix these issues, I'd love to here them.

Is it possible to deselect a choice in a radio button group on a fillable PDF? There are times a radio button choice may be selected accidentally. When this happens, the only choice one may have is to abandon the form they have been completing, and start from scratch in hopes the mistake is not made again. Our forms are very detailed and with multiple pages and combinations of drop downs, check boxes, radio buttons, text boxes, etc... with questions totaling well over 100.  You can imagine someone's frustration if they've completed over 100 questions and near the end of the form there's a radio button question they did not mean to answer... The radio buttons are used exclusively for one choice selections only, otherwise check boxes are used. I'm interested in any simple solutions. Maybe Adobe can come up with a solution. I don't understand why radio buttons don't function the same way as check boxes. If you click once, it's marked; if you click again, it clear. Any help is greatly

Hallo zusammen,ich habe mit Word ein Dokument erstellt und es mit Adobe in ein Formular konvertiert. Leider sind dabei die Kontrollkästchen zum Ankreuzen bei der Konvertierung nicht übernommen worden. Es sind im Formular nur gezeichnete Quadrate, ich kann keine Häkchen setzen. Wie kann ich das ändern? Manuelle Kontrollkästchen von Adobe einzufügen würde das einheitliche und sauber ausgerichtete Layout ruinieren...außer es gäbe irgendwie eine Linealfunktionen.Vielen Dank schon mal für eure Hilfe!Gruß Philipp Zimmermann

Hello,I am making a calendar and want to be able to put text ontop of the date, and then for that date to dissappear if there is text over it.  If I change the form field to hidden, it doesn't allow me to type on the form.  If I change the fill color to white, the dates on the calendar don't show up.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all! I have been having an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for the past month or so. It is constantly freezing and barely useable. As soon as I open the program by itself, it works for around 5 seconds and then freezes for a minute, then works again for a few seconds to a minute, and then freezes again. Same with opening any of my PDFs. It's just constantly freezing for minutes at a time making it very difficult to use the app.  It is running version 2020.013.20014 (most up to date according to my creative cloud app), I have done a clean install already as some of the help documents have suggested, but it's still hanging up. Quite sure my apps are not set to auto-update, and I've had Acrobat functioning for years properly on my pc and all of a sudden just constant freezing (doesn't actually crash technically) within the past month or two. Anyone run into similar issues or have a potential solution? Thank you!

My current email address which is connected to my adobe account is blocked as it was at a former employer, which has been 5 years ago. I have no password.It is a private account so the bills are withdrawn from my personal credit card.How can I change the account to my new email address without needing a verification email or log in for my account? 

Hi guys,I was wondering if I could somehow batch-controlled search/analyze a bunch of pdf docs (a thousand or so) to spot out the pdf/a docs among them.For example, I have a file full of pdfs and I want to know which of them are pdf/a, without selecting them seperatelly.AND if so, can I also batch convert them into pdf again (the whole bunch of them at a time) and vice versa (pdf to pdf/a).I'll be glad to get some answers (I've been searching the internet for an hour now and couldn't find a suitable program)thanks

I have created templates documents which are used to gather information for different individuals however when I combine the documents into one PDF that information changes on all the documents to reflect only the information of one individual despite the documents being completed with information for different individuals separately not sure how to fix this issue

In the past couple of months, everytime I try to combine 2 or more PDFs into 1 PDF, Acrobat is pulling/merging it as a Portfolio!?!?!? I do not want this & don't understand how or what changed.  I have Acrobat Pro DC.  Help!  Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I've seen this problem on three computers now where the latest update Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20458 keeps crashing. It crashes after a 2 or more minutes when opening any pdf file. I've proved that it only happens on the latest update as the problem gets fixed when I roll back to Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20435. I had to disable the automatic update in Adobe as the issue comes back once updated to 2025.001.20458. I've tried running AcroCleaner (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) and deleting all Adobe folders from the following:C:\Users\Username\AppData\RoamingC:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalC:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLowC:\Program FilesC:\Program Files (x86)C:\ProgramDataC:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\TempI've restarted the PC and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20458 but still crashing.This is happening on Windows 11 64bit machines. Hi When I log on to our business adobe I am unable to access E-sign.  I am just getting the error below?How do I fix this?  

I have a subscrioption for Acrobat Pro DC Continuous Release version 2022 I have files on my computer that I want to edit, ie add highlights or comments to. I want to save them after editing without them going to the cloud. I have looked through the preferences and cannot find an option to turn off saving to the cloud. I have tried removing the save button, but there is no save as button, so now every time I want to save a file that I have edited or made comments on, I have to go to File > Save As > then choose the location > then overwrite the file. This is crazy! I just want to save the file with the edits to the original location.   How can this be done now without so much effort?

I, too, am having issues with Pro crashing when trying to rearrange reading order.  It only seems to occur with files imported from Canva.  It has happened with multiple different files.

Today I purchased AI Assistant which switched Acrobat to a New Interface (instead of Classic View). I restored Classic view since toolbar is on top and can be personalized.  However, I'm unable to access to AI Assistant with Classic View.  Please let me know how to access AI Assistant with Classic View (or do I need to switch  to New Interface to use AI Assistant). When utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro to read PDFs, there's a blue overlay coating all pages of all documents. Opening the very same document on any other pdf reader doesn't present the blue tint. It popped up out of nowhere yesterday and it's quite infuriating. I would like to know how to remove it, if possible. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I’ve been working with Adobe software for a while and recently noticed an issue when converting documents to PDF. Whenever I convert a file containing images (whether from Word, InDesign, or another format), the image resolution drops noticeably. The images look crisp and clear in the original file, but once converted to PDF, they appear pixelated or blurry. I’ve already tried adjusting different export and conversion settings, but the problem persists. Could I be missing a particular setting or step that ensures the images retain their original quality in the PDF?I’ve attached a sample PDF for reference.
