Hi! I had a free trial subscription to Acrobat Pro, and I canceled it on the same day it ended. At the same time, Adobe tried to charge my bank account 23.79 euros, but I didn’t have enough funds. My question is: do I still need to make that payment, even though I didn’t use the app afterwards? The transaction still appears in my banking app, and they’re asking me to deposit the correct amount of money to complete the payment.

I'm the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administrator at my comany (having recently switched over from Citrix).  I have a location where users are must use the Fiori side of SAP for their work.  When generating .PDF Files which they need to save, the users click the save button and the Fiori session freezes and a save dialog is never presented.  We use the Edge browser.  We've done several things to troubleshoot this.  We set Edge to always download the files, which fixed the issue for about an hour then the lockups started happening again.  In Acrobat Reader, we've tried changing the registry key AcroPDF.PDF.1 Edit Flags and also turning off Enhanced Security features and we still have the issue.  I have one more thing I'm going to try with them (set Acrobat Reader is default app and add the Adobe Acrobat Extension for Edge).  I was hoping someone else may have seen something similar and be able to help me with suggestions.  My thanks in advanc

At least once a week my starred files and recently opened files list is cleared without me asking it to be cleared. Today I opened Acrobat Pro DC to start work and the files were there then they just vanished. I use the same base files every day, and it is starting to get annoying to have to go back and set up my starred files again for easy access. My recent files list is set to 100 so I'm not sure why they keep disappearing. Is there a setting somewhere that clears the list automatically that I can turn off? Or if I get logged out does it clear my starred files? Thank you for suggestions!

I can't deactivate my free plan because the section for cancel the plans is not loading? The support is always off, i don't find an e-mail address to write them down. How can i do it???

 I am a writer and artist in the genre of horror and Science Fiction comics and was hoping to be able to use the AI assistant to get things like quick outlines and synopsis of scripts that I receive from other writers in acrobat format. as I have noted I work in the genre of horror and science fiction both of which contain action scenes and R-rated film level violence at times. your guidelines make a product that I paid money for completely unusable and I need a refund or a way around those.  it's ridiculous that you would offer tools like this but then hamstring their use with these prudish ridiculous user guidelines. what point will it end? at what point will Adobe start trying to say that if we use an adobe product to edit our content that content has to fall Within adobe's  user guidelines? heaven forbid someone need to edit a horror film using premiere... or art for a horror comic using Photoshop. where does this end or is there a way around this ridiculous constrai

When I open a pdf attachment and then save, it adds AcroBrwEx(filename).tmp.tmp.pdf.  How do I stop this and just save filename.pdf? This

Today, I'm attempting to install Acrobat Pro 10 on my new desktop running Windows 11, but it's not working; the application launches and then closes automatically. Do you have any tips for installing it on Windows 11? If not, is it possible to obtain a compatible version without having to make another payment?I couldn't find a contact address to ask the question.Thanks.

Greetings,I had to sign some legal documents the other day. They had to be verified by a notary. Since I'm currently living at an SNF and have no car, too ill at the moment to travel to the attorney's office. So They use peroof.com an online video conference where at the other end is a Notary Public whoo's company proof.com has a registered digital signature that should be in a way attached to each document I signed, and there were several and when these PDFs are open in Adobe any user looking at them can find out inside Adobe if they were digitally signed. The problem being so far at least for whatever reason Adobe doesn't automatically recognize proof.com's digital signature. Every one of those documents opened in Adobe at the top in a blue strip reads: At least one signature has problems. There's a way to take proof.com's trusted certificate and add it to the first one of two IdenTrust Global Common Root CA 1 into Adobe repeat steps 6 - 9 and add the second  IdenTrust

I keep having the "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Adobe Acrobat DC" when the file is not open.  I have to completely close adobe to be able to delete/rename/move the file in question.  It's been happening more often lately.  I save the files to my creative cloud folder if that makes a difference.  Thank you

Several of our users are unable to highlight .pdf documents using Adobe Acrobat DC in various colors.  They've given up and are now highlighting their documents by hand!  Please help.  Thanks.

Hello everyone,I really hope someone is able to help me. We run a small business, and having our sign-up forms done electronically is incredibly helpful. However, recently, this has stopped coinsistently working, causing us a lot of problems and unnecessary work. I'll point out that that it stops working for a day or so, then seems okay the following day, which is very odd - this has been going on for about a week now.'Request E-Signatures' is clicked from the sidebar, and this takes us to the usual screen where we input an email address. Then, 'specify where to sign' is selected to move on, and here is where is goes wrong - it show as 'updating' when the windows loading circle is rotating, then we get the error message that something went wrong and Adobe crashes.Any ideas that could help us?Many many thanks in advance,Nicholas Lungley

I have multiple Digitally Signed PDFs which should be part of one document. Since these are digitally signed, I cannot merge them together. So I created a Portfolio and added all the files in a single portfolio. Now I need to take print of these files, since the individual files are large in number, I need to take double sided print. Portfolio has option to print all files merged also and I am able to select double sided printing also while giving print command. However, the print is coming single sided only. Any way ahead would be appreciated on how to print double sided.

I keep getting a pop up that says "Unable to create the temporary folder. Error 5 - Access is denied"

How can I completely lock the whole pdf so nothing can be selected or is detected for editing? All I want is to be able to type text on top. I've tried flattening it, but it still detects text and bits of the background. I just want to be able to add in more text without the background getting in the way.

Hello all,I'm hoping someone can help me solve this mystery 🙂I have a form that has many check boxes. When selected an "X" will appear in the box. However, we are finding somewhere along the way, text is there instead of the X. It seems to be in the same place of the document - bottm left - "backing" No backing". I've attached the doc and examples of what is happening.  Here are the steps that the document goes through...The Designer should mark the correct boxes, then has the client sign in-person or will send out to be e-signed. Once the document is signed the designer flattens the doc to combine it with other documents. At some point during these steps. The X that should be in the box turns into text.  Any help, thoughts, ideas is appreciated. Thank you! 

I created a fillable pdf for supervisees to complete after meetings for us both to sign. Everything worked properly on the forms until April 2025. Starting in April, the font inside of the text boxes appears extremely small and is all combined on a single line instead of the font size that is readable on multiple lines when saved. I created a new form to see if this would correct the problem, but we are having the same issue with the new form. I am not sure what to do! I've attached a pdf displaying the way text appeared prior to April 2025 and how text now appears.

I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and need to find calculator (adding tapes),  some annotations or markups that I was able to use in my previous accounting job. There were some 'connectors' that were capital letters with circles around them. We used them for footing and cross footing. We also used mathematical symbols which could be green or red and small numbers with circles around them, also for footing and cross footing. Can anyone tell me if I have the right Adobe for these tools and where to find them? Thanks.
