Depuis 2 mois mon adobre acrobat pro ne fonctionne plus correctement.Il était lent et se bloquait à l'ouverture, j'ai donc suivi les consignes de désinstallation et réinstallation.Des techniciens adobe ont pris la main, Mais le problème était le même. Sous prétexte que les parefeux bloqués (sauf que cela fait 3ans que j'utilise Adobe normalement)Avec mon informaticien nous avons réussi à désactiver des sécurités afin que de le réinstaller et de l'utiliser.Sauf qu'il est toujours assez lent. Je modifie mes préférences mais lorsque je ferme pour réouvrir cela à tout effacé.J'essai de migrer vers la nouvelle version d'adobe acrobat mais rien ne se passe. Avec du recul les problèmes ont commencé quand Adobe n'a pas pu prélevé mon compte car ma carte était périmée donc y'a t'il un problème avec la licence ? ou autres choses ?Merci pour votre aide

Hello, I have created an application and made it pdf fillable.  However, the applicant must complete, sign and date it, then save it and forward it to their one up to review, sign and date it and one more after that. We seem to be having a problem after the applicant saves it, the one up cannot add their signature or date.Is there a way to fix it?  We can not do multiple signatures at one time nor do we have control of what format the applicant saves the intial document. Any suggestions? Thanking you all in advance.

I am looking to calculate sub totals dependant on a dropdown list, the field values change because the pages are based off a template. I want to be able to seperate the different sub totals and tally them based on categories across multiple pages. Help is most appreciated I been wracking my brain on how to solve this.

Seems like a simple problem right? I have a Creative Cloud subscription and my account says that Adobe Acrobat Pro is included. However, when I go to the list of apps I don't see Acrobat Pro, only "Acrobat." When I download Acrobat it doesn't have all the features of Acrobat Pro. I've tried going to the public download page and clicking "start a free trial" but as soon as I do that, it says "Are you sure? Because you already have Acrobat Pro in your Creative Cloud subscription." Please, just tell me where to find Acrobat Pro so I can download it. Thank you.

I have on old CD with Acrobat X standard on it. It comes with a serialnumber.I can use it on 2 devices.My old pc crashed that had te program installed. My laptop is the second device.Now a have a new pc but it is not possible to install  anymore because I have to un-install the program on my crashed pc before the serialnumber will be released again. This is not possible offcourse.I logged in on Adobe, found my purchased Acrobat X standard but cannot delete the device(s)Is there a way to get my Acrobat on my new pc? Looking forward for your help. When validating an Acrobat Reader digital signed document the validation service https://ec.europa.eu/digital-building-blocks/DSS/webapp-demo/validation reports "The signed attribute 'signed-certificate' is absent".Because of that the Hungarian State issued digital signature service is also refusing the countersigning of that document.

Previously, using the "Comment" toolbar I was able to click on the circle or square icon and then simply draw a circle or square around existing text in a pdf.  Now, even though I follow the directions after a Right Click (on the square with the sizing bubbles), to choose a frame style, frame color and line thickness; and even click "Make Properties Default", the square with the sizing bubbles disappears.  What am I not doing?  None of the Acrobat DC tutorials address this specific issue.  I have tried Adobe chat and have been left on hold for over 30 minutes and then was told to try calling Adobe Help.  When I called Adobe Help I did not allow the 45+ minutes that I was on hold to talk with a live technician, before I had to hang up, so did not want to try phone help again. That was such a nice function, any help will be much appreciated! Thanks,Jeff

Hi, I need help! I'm editing a book (as a favor) for a 77-year-old man who wrote the whole thing in the Notes app on his iphone. I told him this was a bad idea from the get go.  It's riddled with emojis. He loves these emojis so deleting them is not what I'm after.  Acrobat Pro DC won't acknowledge the emoji/image if there's a text box over it. The spots where there is a bare emoji and no surrounding text box work and can be moved as you'd expect. Somehow the emojis between words of text are inaccesible. I can resize the text box to cut or move the underlying emoji, but this messes up all the spacing when I move the text box back into shape. What am I missing?  It seems there's gotta be something I can click to expose that underlying layer. View > Navigation Panes > Layers has all options greyed out except 'import layer'

Hello,I have both Acrobat Pro 11 and Acrobat Pro DC (2017 continuous) installed on my mac. I am attempting to export PPTX files as tagged PDFs, but am having no luck. I do not get a CreatePDF ribbon in any of my Office applications. If I try to use the Create PDF feature in Acrobat Pro DC, it opens the doc in PowerPoint etc, but then immediately it all disappears. If I try to re-run it, it tells me a file is already converting. It never finishes converting or offers me a status bar. If I use the batch processor in Acrobat Pro DC, it will create a PDF, but it is untagged. I know using the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf will allow for conversions, but it requires a paid account which my institution does not have. As I have both Pro versions of Acrobat, surely there is a solution? Thanks! Best,Robert

How do I embed a Courier font into an existing PDFI have Adobe Acrobat Standard

When I send a document to a client for a signature, in the body of the email it shows the "From" email address as the address that I used to create my Adobe account.  I don't want my clients seeing that address.  I want them to see an address that I use for my business.  Surely something that basic and obvious is possible, but I've looked everywhere in my account and Adobe Send options and I can't find it.  Can someone tell me how to change the email address that my client sees?

Seit ein paar Wochen habe ich das Problem, das ich kein einziges Dokument mehr ausdrucken kann und zwar egal auf welchem Endgerät (Drucker). Das Problem besteht auch nicht nur auf einem Rechner, sondern besteht auf mehreren Rechnern (iMac, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air).Auf allen Systemen läuft MacOS Sonoma 14.0. Der Acrobat ist auf letztem Stand 2023.006.20360Das Problem stellt sich so dar, dass beim Drucken jedesmal der Acrobat Distiller im Hintergrund geöffnet wird, und dann im Acrobat eine Fehlermeldung erscheint (siehe Screenshot). Zudem steht im Acrobat unten die Meldung "Bitte warte, während das Dokument zum Drucken vorbereitet wird." Diese Meldung ist auch neu, zumindest ist sie mir noch nie aufgefallen.  Klickt man die Fehlermeldung weg, erscheint danach diese Meldung: Nach schließen dieser Meldung kommt, dann diese: Ich bin relativ ratlos. Hat jemand anderes dieses Problem auch?

Hello. I am a content creator and need to protect my Adobe document from piracy. I want to add a watermark, but unfortunately the only formats accepted are JPEG, PDF, and some other non-transparent supporting type. Therefore, my watermark looks very bad with the white background. Is there any way at all to add a transparent image background? Is there a reason PDF doesn't accept any transparent-image compatible file type when adding a watermark? Thank you. 

I don't always like making a PDF straight from my Illustrator files because it can cause some weird things to happen with effects from time to time. Most times I save a high quality JPG and then drag that into Acrobat to convert it into a PDF.EVERY TIME I do this, it makes my JPG a massive size. It will be an 8.5 x 11 jpg and as soon as I drop it into adobe it's like 32" x 52"!! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?! I've been having to open my JPGS back up in Illustrator and then export the PDF from there to get them to be the correct size.Can any one tell me why Acrobat is resizing my images at all and how can I fix this? It seems like a crazy bug to me!

On the phone for almost an hour with Tech support to see why I could no longer use the e-sign feature in Acrobat, who had such a heavy accent it was difficult to understand him. And because I couldn't understand him instead of trying to resolve the issue I was having he just hung up on me. 

I want to be able to edit document properties in a PDF file that I have downloaded from online.  I'm currently downloading using (I guess!!) Acrobat Reader.The issue is:  Certain PDF documents download with a page layout of 6.92 x 14 in (for example, credit card statements).  My current printer does not accommodate this size paper.  I want to be able to print statements on 8.5 x 11 in paper and I DON'T CARE IF PART OF THE DOCUMENT CUTS OFF AT THE BOTTOM.Right now all I can print is an 8.5 x 11 in document that is  shrunken down from the original longer page layout into a size that fits the smaller paper but is very hard to read.QUESTION: which Adobe product can I buy that will allow me to go into Document Properties and change page layout from 6.92 x 14 in to 6.92 x 11 in (or ideally, 8.5 x 11 in)?

Hi, I have a adobe acrobat dc pro version installed on my macbook.And I also have a office 2016 for Mac.The acobat addin on the word for Mac version ribbon bar is unnessceary and I want to remove it.However, the word for Mac is not the same with the word for win so I can't find ways to remove the addin.

When creating fillable forms, whether from a scanned document or an electronic saved copy, how can I make the form wrap sentences down to the next line?  Currently my forms don't move the sentences down to the next line along with the entered text and has to be done with the mouse or tab button.  I want to make the form user friendly and "flow" from line to line when writing multiple sentences.

Folgender Fehler tritt nur bei PDF Dateien von LexOffice auf. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - v2021.001.20149 (aktuelle Version zur Zeit)MacOS1)  PDF Datei öffnen2) Datei > drucken...3) Drucken4) Fehlermeldung "Das Dokument konnte nicht gedruckt werden" > OK5) Fehlermeldung "Keine zum drucken ausgewählten Seiten vorhanden" > OK In den Erweiterten Einstellungen die Datei als Grafik drucken funktioniert, ist aber keine Option!Das Blatt wird dabei nicht Formatfüllen gedruckt (Kopf und Fusszeile fehlen zur helfte) und die Schrift (Laser Drucker) ist unscharf. Bei allen anderen PDF Dateien, keine Probleme! Dort druckt der Drucker ab Nummer 4 das Blatt perfekt aus. Kennt jemand die Lösung? Danke im Vorraus!

have had this issue for years. old interface, new one. different win 11 pcs and mice.I hold ctrl key and select say 15 mostly non consecutive pages. before i get half way thru selecting, the previous selections deselect on their own.have tried going backwards from last desired page to first. repaired Acrobat. tried selecting a large consecutive range and then deselecting. other problem, is that I often cant' deselect by escape key or clicking in a blank area. have to close doc.two tech calls. no solution.in the past I'd print to paper, separate pages, scan into new docs. suppose, i could extract using a bunch of specified ranges without mouse.

Hi! I create fillable Reader Enabled pdfs. Up until this past update from Adobe there was a method to save a copy of the Reader Enabled pdf as a NOT Reader Enabled pdf. That function seems to have disappeared with this latest update. There is a pop-up window in Adobe Acrobat that pops up, when using a Reader Enabled pdf and trying to make any change other than filling it in, that says:"This document restricts some Adobe Acrobat features to allow for extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. To create a copy of the document that is not restricted (and has no extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader), choose File > Save a Copy." When I would do that, "File > Save A Copy", the copy would be fully-editable. This pop-up message still appears now but with the update it seems like the "File > Save A Copy" option is gone, or moved and I can't find it.Can someone please help me to accomplish the above? Thank you SO MUCH!!Diane
