Hi All, Not quite sure where to post this.  I have a user that needs to use a specific font per management.  The font is available in Adobe Fonts "Orpheus Pro".  Microsoft Publisher was used I guess to create the calendar using the font.  The issue is that the user uses a Chromebook primarily for work.  Is there a way to use Adobe fonts within Google Docs?  From what I can tell, to use fonts in Adobe you need: Windows or MacAdobe Account with Creative CloudMicrosoft Publisher or similiar program Looking for clarity here as, when I do a Google search half the time the generative ai post is top of the list. Thanks all, 

When I open the comments in PDF files in Acrobat the screen tends to redraw the page continuously without stopping.  I've had this Problem for a long time with a wide range of macs.

Why does this message come up when opening a pdf file? “Starting the application that created the selected document. Please wait.”

"Publish comments" button is always active even there is no comments to publish. Popup with "there are unpublished comments, do you want to publish them now?"

Hello. Wanted to know if anyone knows why Acrobat has the old windows window insteead of its own? Same with the scroll bar. It looks awful and causes the program to crash. No other application has this issue, happens across machine windows resets and different machines. All updates installed, drivers up to date, windows up to date.

I take screenshots of whatever project or course I'm working on, organize them into folders and eventually create PDF's out of these PNG's or JPEG's. For years I've noticed if I attempt to use the combine tool, Acrobat would take FOREVER insisting on doing a security setting scan on every files before assembling them into a PDF. When I select multiple files in the finder and choose open with Acrobat, I'm now asked if I want to to combine the files into a single PDF. There are no security setting checks and the PDF is created almost instantly. I don't always create PDF's from the finder and don't understand why Acrobat behaves so differently if I use the combine tool. Is there an way of changing my Acrobat security settings so that it doesn't check files generated on my own system?This issue has followed me through several versions of macOS on at least 2 different Macs, so it does not seem to be system specific. Hi, I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and I have a scanned document that needs editing. I have used the crop tool to edit the section I desire, but once I've edited that section, I can no longer uncrop the scanned page, which is frustrating. I am able to crop and uncrop prior to editing. Can someone help me with what I might be missing?

Ever since adobe went to signing into a web based account for access to my licensed software, I have been unable to utilize my PDF files without them locking up. Our comany pays an enormous amout of money for licensing use of this software and there is no support or function for smooth operation of my files. Very sad.

Hi there,Since 15.02.2025 Adobe Acrobat Pro halts when opening any kind of .pdf file! This happens on a Windows 11 Pro platform with every application on it, includind the OS as well, up to date! The only solution to open an .pdf file is to unlog from Creative Cloud, this makes Acrobat Pro unusable, uninstall Acrobat Pro, install Acrobat Reader and open any kind of .pdf file without any problem. There is a major issue for my company, the fact that I'm not able to use Acrobat Pro as I use to use it in the past.Please do all the necessary diligences in order to solve this issue.Looking forward to hear news from you,Yours,Claudiu Nemes

Adobe Acrobat under Sequoia 15.3 on a MacBook Pro M3 Max still has bugs without end, which have probably been known to adobe engineering for years, but for some reason are not fixed.These include the ‘page transitions’ functions - these simply do not work at all on the Mac. Likewise the functions under ‘View when opening’ (size in %, open on page ..., page layout, for example continuous). All of this does not work or no longer works if you equip yourself with new hardware and software - very annoying!The last functions mentioned, such as ‘View when opening’ > Size in %, Open on page ..., Page layout, for example continuous - are simply ignored. Ich habe neuerdings – ohne was geändert zu haben - Probleme mit dem Farbmanagement in Axcrobat. Es synchronisiert meine "Settings" via Bridge nicht mehr. Die Settings sind auch nicht auswählbar... Es zeigt mit nur noch Benutzerdefiniert und die 4 Standardauswahlmöglichkeiten an Meine Settings befinden sich alle im USER-Library-Application Support-Adobe-Color-Settings Auf meinem iMac Ventura läuft alles, hier auf dem MacBook Air unter Sequoia lief bis letzte oder vorletzte Woche auch alles... I'm working on a 30+ page doc and have to manually tag it. First, it won't let me work on the entire doc at one time without glitching. It won't let me change the reading order. Because of this, I'm working on each page individually and will merge them at the end (silly that I have to do this in the first place).  Second, the more tags I add to a doc, the more likely it is that it will glitch out. I was tagging a Table of Contents page and it's messed up the reading order audibly, but not technically. The reading order AND the tags show they're nested and ordered correctly. However, when I read the page as a whole, it's skipping entire groups of tags. It was working fine until my last group of tags. Why is this so buggy? Is there a fix? My company pays for Adobe Suite. It's 2025, it should not be doing this still when it's obvious it's been an issue for years. 

I'm using MacOS Mojave, Version 10.14.1. I also use MacMail. When I open a Adobe Acrobat Pro DC PDF file, it shows the blue share button and the email envelope button, but when I go to click one of them, it automatically freezes up and greys out either option. Anyone else experiencing this problem?! Help!

Hello, I running Windows 11 Pro with Acrobat DC.  I always uncheck "rely on system fonts" and set to "high quality print" and then save this as default for printing documents to Acrobat PDF. Several times over the past 12 months, I will try to print a document and get an error becasue the font I'm using isn't available in Acrobat. I then find the box is now unchecked re fonts and set the Standard rather then High Quality Print. I have now worked out this happens after some after Acrobat DC updates, with the Acrobat Printer printing preferences getting set back to default. This is highly annoying Is anyone else having this problem? I'm wondering if this is specifically something to do with my settings or it is a more widespread issue? CheersMick

The PDF was commented on using Acrobat and no other modifications were made. The document was saved. When retrieving the saved document, it is listed with the correct date and time, but no comments appear. It does say the document was modified at x date and time, which is correct, but those comments (the modifications) are no where. I have tried all the typical things to get them to show up. I think they are gone. Since the file is saved with the right date and time, could there be a way to recover the comments?

Since I got the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack, when I scan a document with my printer, a Brother J985DW, it creates the PDF but will not let me download or save it to my computer. I get a message "you need an Adobe subscription." How do I pair the printer to my subscription? I had a prior Adobe product that did work.

Hallo. Ich nutze einen PDF printer auf um eine schreibgeschützte PDF als PDF zu drucken. Ich gehe auf drucken und wähle den Drucker aus. Anschließend öffnet acrobat dann die gedruckte pdf wieder. Das machen ich, da die PDF zu groß zum versenden per email ist und ich diese verkleinern möchte. Bis vor kurzem funktionierte mein Weg noch reibungslos. Jetzt wird mir nach dem Drucken die Datei als leere Seite gedruckt bzw in Acrobat angezeigt. Mit einer nicht schreibgeschützten Datei funktioniert es weiterhin. Das Problem besteht nur auf IOS. Auf meinem Windowsrechner, kann ich das weiterhin machen. Ich hoffe, dass jemand eine Idee hat. lg
