HI. I'm having a problem with Adobe printing POSTERS. The Poster option isgreyed out despite unchecking imaGge suggestion in Advanced. Can't understandf how to send query to Adobe. Help Please.  Thansk Philip

Acrobat Pro consistently beachballing when resizing windows especially if there are two or more files open at once. Latest Acrobat Pro (Modern interface) and MacOS with an M1 machine. When this happens, the CUP usage spikes, sometimes over 100%, as seen in Activity Monitor. Can someone please try this "at home" and see if you encounter the same issue?  thanks.

Hi Adobe Community, I need your kind assitance in writing an If and Else If Statement. Please find my situation below. I have two fields named as Vehiclecountduration and Vcd. The Vehiclecountduration is a drop down field with the options - 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 60 minutes and 1 day. This is a required field and thus, the user must choose one of the options. I would like the following to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 5 minutes is selected then I want 5 to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 15 minutes is selected then I want 15 to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 60 minutes is selected then I want 60 to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 1 day is selected then I want 600 to be displayed in the Vcd field. The Vcd field should be a number

Whenever I open my PDF document, usually a document from DocuSign or similar with signatures, it gives me this notification: "An error exists on the page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem".  Then, a bunch of the signatures will disapear. It's odd because I know these are standard forms being normally executed in DocuSign. Any ways to prevent this or reset?

I have a text box ("PKG_PRICE") sest to calculate a value  based on a dropdown menu "PKG") (value is defined by OPTIONS>Export Value).  The "PKG_PRICE" text box properly displays the value once a drop down ("PKG") selection is made.  However, I have another calculation ("TOTALS") that should show totals based on a bunch of other values calculated throughout the form including the value from the "PKG_PRICE" text box.  The problem is "Totals" doesn't calculate the value from the "PKG_PRICE" text box (based on the "PKG" dropdown selection) UNTIL another random selection is made somewhere else in the pdf.  The "Totals" field is calculated with just the simple Calculate>Value is the Sum of...  The only custom script I have is the PKG_PRICE which is defined with the script: var dropdownField = this.getField("PACKAGE");var textField = this.getField("PKGPRICE");if (dropdownField.value != "") {textField.value = dropdownField.value;} else {textField.

My highlighter tool in Acrobat Pro DC stopped working! Can anyone help me? I press the highlighter icon on top of my screen, highlight my text, and then nothing happens. If I click the area that I tried to highlight this blue box/border shows up - but nothing is highlighted. First screenshot is my text as I'm highlighting it - Second screenshot is after I "highlighted" it, but nothing happenedThird screenshot is when I click on the area that I had "highlighted", this annoying blue box appears. I shared a document with my client, and they have been providing comments as a Guest without logging in. However, a HUGE percentage of their comments have gone missing, and now they have to repeat over an hour of the work they did yesterday. Hello I need to know what causes this to happen in Acrobat. I am combining a ton of PDF's none of them are made like this but once they are combined this happens randomly across the whole document.   

I was able to use the AI generation & AI assistant and its features on my web browser  when opening up a PDF for the past week or so, but today when i am trying the  feature is no longer there?  Is there somehting i can do to enable it on the extentions?I have access on the desktop version, jsut not on the extentions anymore.  

I have created a fillable PDF for our music department to use.Box A = number of students you teachBox B = number of students who participated in a specific event. Box C = percent of students who particpatedThis box is read only and I have the calculation set to Box B/Box A. I have it formatted to be a percentage. Whenever I go to preview the document it pops up with the error that Box C is the wrong format (Even when I haven't typed anything into it). How do I fix this?

I am making a self-assessment in adobe pro.  I have 64 drop-down menus, named Dropdown1, Dropdown2, and so on.  Each drop-down menu has a value of 0-10.  I am trying to create several calculated text field boxes using the values chosen on the drop-down menus.  So, for instance, we add up four drop-down values, add 40, and subtract four drop-down values for a total.So far I have tried:Dropdown1 + Dropdown2 + ... + 40 - Dropdown20 - Dropdown25 in the Simplied field notation box.That just kicked me back to the "Value is Not Calculated" when I click "OK". I tried the same formula in the Simplified field notation box but took out the spaces in between the names.  Same result.Next, I tried the Javascript function.  event.value = getField("Dropdown1").value;+getField("Dropdown2").value; ... +40-getField("Dropdown5").value;getField("Dropdown6").value;After clicking OK, this also just kicked me back out to the text field properties.I am ob

Bonjour   Dans Adobe Pro, j'aimerais faire suivre les informations de ma signature numérique sur une case que je coche dans un formulaire. Nous sommes plusieurs à travailler sur le même document et nous devons cocher des cases, mais nous aimerions savoir de case cochée en case cochée qui a coché ladite case. Donc en pointant sur la case cochée les informations comme celle de la signature numérique serait visible. Dès que nous ne pointerions plus sur la case, les informations ne seraient plus visibles. The page at https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/wishform.html claims it has a feature request submission form on it, but it doesn't!So how can I submit a feature request for Acrobat Pro?And please could someone at Adobe remove the above webpage, as it doesn't work.Many thanks Dave

When I try to start Acrobat DC, I get a pop-up window with "Sorry, something went wrong" followed by "This is likely an issue at out end, but it could be that you are not connected to the Internet. Please check your Internet connection and try again later. If you are still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide." Nothing displays and the program goes away. Repeatable. This problem started early last week. Long previous use without this problem. Can't find anything helpful in the troubleshooting guide. Connection to the Internet is good. Subscription is active. No indication of any problems on the Adobe pages to manage subscription. I tried using a different user name on the same machine without logging into Adobe and get the same behavior.  Only some of the other computers on the network are having this problem. How can I get more information on what is causing this problem?

I have a genuine copy of Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed on my PC but am now receiving messages that it is not a genuine copy and my Adobe account doesn't show the software being registered. I registered the software when I installed it several years ago and it has been working perfectly up until today. When I try to re-register the software Adobe keeps coming up with a message saying there is a problem with the registration app and to try later. WHAT'S GOING ON?????

If I open a pdf, make a change, and 'save as' why do I have to navigate back through the network and relocate the folder or location from originally opening it. 

Hello,I have Adobe XI Pro, and I used to be able to save as Adobe PDF from Excel on my old computer. However, I can no longer do so on my new system, and I receive an error message: "Unable to find 'Adobe PDF'." I am using Windows 11 (64-bit).I have tried all available online solutions, but the issue persists. I do not want to use the "Save As" option—I specifically want to use the "Save as Adobe PDF" feature.I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions.Thanks,T

I can't edit my PDFs, once I click on edit PDF inside the "All Tools" Menu-Point, it just switches over to edit but nothing shows up. I also can't select editable text anymore in the PDF, which works if I'm just on the "All Tools" point, but as soon as I'm under the "Edit", it doesn't work anymore. I have to change text and fonts, which doesn't work in the web version, as it doesn't recognize all fonts.    

I have a letter mailing which is created in InDesign. I used Data Merge for the variable information. I received a message that there was overflow text on page 435. In Acrobat I manually adjusted the name to 2 lines. Below the text box with the variable text there were 2 lines which said Email with a line and Phone with a line. After manually fixing the name the words Email and Phone disappeared on all 700 letters in the Acrobat file. The lines were still there. Aside from NOT making the manual change, what can I do to prevent this from happening again? I am using Acrobat 2025.001 on a Mac with Sonoma OS

I recently signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat (not this account), but I mistakenly entered an incorrect and non-existent email address during the registration process. As a result, I’m unable to access the account to manage or cancel the trial. Is there any way for the trial to be canceled on Adobe's end or have the email changed to a valid one?

How do i add a license to an existing account?

I've got a stack of watermark layers that I can make visible/invisible with a checkbox, but I'd like to look into using a radiobox instead. I can set the buttons up so that they are grouped and set to you can only select one at a time and each button has its own export string. I'd like to know how you take these values to make one layer visible and the others transparent.
