Bonjour à tous,Je rencontre un problème avec Adobe Acrobat lorsque j'essaie d'envoyer un document pour signature électronique. Bien que je dispose d'une licence Adobe Creative Cloud, une erreur apparaît :Code d'erreur 403"Impossible d'établir une connexion avec le serveur, enregistrez votre accord comme brouillon et réessayez ultérieurement."J'ai essayé plusieurs solutions, notamment :Vérifier ma connexion Internet (qui est stable).Me déconnecter et me reconnecter à mon compte Adobe.Mettre à jour Adobe Acrobat à la dernière version.Désactiver temporairement mon pare-feu et antivirus.Essayer depuis un autre réseau Internet.Malgré tout, le problème persiste. I have the paid version of the product.  In the attached document, why can I not fill out on the computer?  I tried to create a form but this did not help.

When I have made changes in our documentation I make a pdf with all changes marked in red (I make the changes in FrameMaker). As an extra thing, I open the pdf and use the text tool to write a short summary on page 1. Why don't I do that in FM? Because all the red text I can easily search and replace with black, but it's easy to forget to remove the text on page 1.So, I open the pdf, use the text tool and write. For the last couple of months there has been a problem with saving the file after that (I have done it this way for at least 15 years!). I want to write over the existing file, so I just press Save. But after a couple of seconds Acrobat tells me that it can't save to that file name and that I have to choose another file name or another place to save it. OK, I could live with that, but now my file has a gibberish name (ends with .tmp) and I have to be really careful when I re-name it to the correct file name, as ours are really similar to each other.Why does this happen? Hello everyone, I've noticed a strange change in the behavior of PDFs when I share them via sharepoint or google. The browsers open the files in application windows, which has not been a problem so far. For a short time, however, the buttons no longer work. Anyone have any ideas or noticed this problem too? Windows 11 Pro (24H2 26100.3476)Adobe Acrobat 25.1To make sure it wasn't just happening with specific documents, I created a new test Word document and new test PDF document.I then tested on a different Windows 11 system, same versions of software and OS...and it is happening there as well.I then tried an Excel document...same thing.It happens whether it is on my local machine or over the network from the server.I'm not finding this exact issue when searching. So here I am.

hello there, I bet there is a simple solution to this but I just can't figure it out and have not found it in the forumall checkboxes in my pdf form check unbidden when clicking on one- I copy pasted a row of checkboxes to make aligning easier, checkboxes have an individual number each, so same field names are not the issue. (I need multiple checkboxes with the possibility to check all the ones applying.No frills, don't need to hide anything, no 'uncheck x if y is checked'...Read something about export value in the forum but cannot find any such thing in the properties, please advise!

I've had a paid Adobe subscription for almost ten years.  It feels like things I was able to do are now behind a pay wall and I'm looking for alternates to Acrobat for tasks like reorganizing pages, converting spreadsheets in PDF to excel, etc.  Thank you.

I am getting a huge "paragraph" sized cursor when i open a new pdf...how do i reduce this to a standard cursor size?

Is there anything in Adobe that could help me capture a PDF version of blog posts (scrollable with images)?  Looking to save my blog off a blogsite.  I'm willing to do it post by post.  

In the latest release of Acrobat, I cannot send by email.  They took that link away and replaced it supposedly with Share.  But I don't want to upload to Adobe Cloud and send a link to my clients.  I want to send a copy of the actual PDF by email.  How do I do that now in the latest release??

Installing Acrobat Pro DC 2015.006.30527.898 on replacement computer licencing message unable to activate too many computers. Options to deactivate on old computer or enter different key. Sure I have the old computer with Acrobat 2015, but there is NO option to deactivate. Yes I am aware older version had (I have done so in the past), but 2015 does not have that option. Repeat > 2015 does NOT have the option to deactivate. Can Adobe support reset the counter?? Or does uninstall deactivate??

When clicking on a previously filled text field to edit it, there's a duplication of the text but at a slightly different font size while trying to edit.... makes things very difficult. I'm having to SELECT ALL, CUT, click away, click back in the field, then PASTE to make it legible for editing.

I have created a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro that I want to have people download from our website. fill out and be able to click a submit button.  Once the button is clicked it should send a pdf document of the form to the email address assigned.  Unfortunately, though it's not giving me the option to submit a "PDF Complete Document" option in the properties action tab under Export Format. Am I missing a step to get this option? 

Acrobat Pro V2024.001.20615 (64 bit) Every time I open Acrobat Pro, it opens in a maximized window (as opposed to full screen which is  a different thing). Is there any way to make Acrobat open in a window the same size as when I lasted quit the app?

Logical page numbers allow to follow the source book page numbering, when scanning a few pages from the book to a new PDF. Is there a way, extension or tool allowing to block renumbering logical page numbers, when later adding or deleting pages from the pdf? For example, I've PFD with logical pages 630, 632, 634, 1280, 1560. When I later add a new scanned book page to it, or delete a page from it, or drag the page to a new location within the document, I need other logical page numbers be frozen, i.e. don't change. How to accomplish that? Another question: how to add an offset to logical page numbers? For example, when scanning book pages, often 2 adjucent pages in the open book are scanned together as one document. After adding several such scanned pages to a new PDF and selecting a range of page thumbnails, how I can automatically add logical numbers in Page Labels with ofset 2, i.e pages 630, 632, 634 etc?

Since the Mar 13 update, I am unable to use any tools to access a word docuemnt. I get an error mesasage requiring downloading additonal files. I have deleted, downloaded and restarted the program, have repairied the program, etc. No changes. Adobe Acrobat Pro has become usless for our organization.

When I select the "Prepare a Form" tool to turn my document into a fillable form, I would like Adobe to recognize all fields called "Date", so it knows to automatically put a calendar date-selector (with my preferences set) in that area. Bonjour,  J'ai créé un PDF à partir d'un document Powerpoint, dans lequel est présent un lien hypertexte vers un tableau Excel. lorsque je suis sur le format PPT d'origine, le lien s'ouvre. Quand je suis sur le PDF, j'ai bien le message demandant d'autoriser l'ouverture, mais quand je clique dessus, rien ne se passe : le document ne s'ouvre pas. Pouvez-vous m'indiquer à quoi cela est dû et comment résoudre ce problème ? Merci par avance pour votre aide. 

How do I go about printing PDF documents so that fillable fields show and print ALL information in the text box (and don't cut off anything).  I did not create the original file. Buenas tardes.Expongo mi problema esperando puedan apoyarme.Se requiere migrar una licencia de "Adobe Acrobat XI Standart" a un nuevo equipo de cómputo.Se realizaron los siguientes pasos:1.-Se desactivo la Licencia en el antiguo equipo. 2.-Se instalo el Programa de Adobe Acrobat XI Standart junto con la Licencia. 3.-  Me aparece el sig. problema: "El numero de serie xxxxxx  ya está en uso por el máximo permitido de ordenadores. Debe desactivar otro ordenador en el plazo de 29 dias para poder usar este producto", reitero se desactivo previamente la licencia en el otro equipo. Ambos equipos tienen S.O. Windows 10 Pro.Podrian indicarme el proceso que debo de sguir.Agradezco de antemano su atención. 

I'm running a Mac Studio (2023), Chip Apple M2 Max, Memory 64 GBmacOS Ventura 13.4 Every time I try to open a PDF file, after about five or 10 seconds Adobe Acrobat crashes. I have the full adobe creative suite. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 1 billion times. For a few weeks, it could open PDF files less than 150 pages. Currently, it can't even open a two page PDF

I use Macbook Pro M1 running OS 15.3.2. I am subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro and have the Acrobat extension installed on Chrome. I'm using the current Chrome version 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (arm64). A couple of days ago I started having problems correctly download pdf files from Chrome - the background colors & images appear in the document, but no text and most other graphics are missing. The file displays properly on my screen and I can print the file without a problem - the problem is limited to saving as or downloading pdf files. I've had this happen now with multiple websites.I've tried a number of things to resolve this:(1) restarting computer(2) Cleared browser cache and cookies(3) Tried another browser (Safari)(4) turned off firewall and virus protection(5) Adjusted settings on Acrobat extension and Chrome security(6) tried using incognito window The only software update that I made recently was MS Office (yesterday) updating Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outloo

I have posted about this problem several times before. Again I am experiencing this issue. I have both a personal profile (with an Acrobat Standard subscription on it) and a Business Profile which is added to an organization (with all Adobe Apps on it). Every now-and-then the admin of the organization makes changes that somehow corrupt my personal Acrobat license. Please fix it for me, it has been done 2 or 3 times before.
