Hallo zusammen. Wir haben Adobe Acrobat Pro 2025.001.20432 im Abo mit allen Softwarepaketen gekauft und wollten wie bisher im Adobe Acrobat Reader die generative KI nutzen, diese ist jedoch nicht vorhanden?! Es kann ja nicht sein, dass wir Geld ausgeben und weniger bekommen als diejenigen die gar nicht zahlen, wo ist da die Logik? Die neusten Updates sind laut Creative Cloud Desktop anscheinend installiert. Kann mir hier jemand auf die Sprünge helfen? Danke Euch!

When I am reading manual and books, I like to keep track of the line that I am on by using a reader strip. Here is an example of one:https://www.reallygoodstuff.com/ezc-reader-strips/p/143538/Now I am using more PDF files, and I find I could use something like this. I even feel the need for it more because a lot of the material I read via PDF is interactive. I mean that my eyes move from the document to other places on the computer. Could someone suggest a plugin or addon to Acrobat DC that could help with this? To be clear; I want something that helps my eyes not to lose the place where I should be reading. Thanks

I have created fillable forms and formatted them with the multi-line features but as soon as I link the form to be filled in the text becomes a huge run-on line that can't be viewed. How do I fix this?

So given the fact that I am in Canada, I would like to be able to add a permanent form field under the custom category - kinda like how the zip code one is already there. Hi All, Hoping someone has seen something similar and has a suggestion outside of, Run AcroCleaner.Have installed Pro on a number of users devices in the last few days and seeing the same frustrating failure occuring. All instances are new devices that are being allocated to exisiting users that have had Pro running on their previous device.As we change them over to a new device running Windows 11, the installation process will start, but the installer will spontaniously close, and in Creative cloud it will detect that Adobe Acrobat Pro is installed. However Pro does not appear under 'Apps and Features' and PDF's can only be opened in Adobe Reader. Have tried a full uninstall, AcroCleaner, and even in one case reimaging a new device, all with the same result. Pro is saying its installed but cannot be opened, even if prompted through CC, online or otherwise. Has anyone seen anything similar? Is there anything else I can try?Thanks in advance.

I constantly have multiple PDFs open, and I want to use a keyboard shortcut to toggle between. You could do that in the told version (I think it was CTRL + ~).  What keyboard shortcut allows you to switch beteen open windows...without having to use the mouse every time? Thank you

Adobe Acrobat 2017 version - 17.011.30171Window 10 1809 I am having issues combining pdfs on certain computers due to acrobat saying they are XML forms (see image) yet when I try a different computer it doesn't throw any error and is able to combine the files into one easily. Is there a setting that needs to be on or off am not seeing? Is there a way to tell if they really are XML forms? They don't carry any fillable fields. I don't want it to be a "portfolio". Just simiply need a single pdf. Any help is appreciated.Things I've tried:Restarting, Reinstalling, and deleteing everything adobe and then reinstallingHaven't tried:complete wipe of said computer and really starting fresh

I need to move this down. I'm confident it's an Adobe setting because it seems to be specific to this computer. The issue doesn't occur on another computer with the same printer settings.Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? 

We had recently installed Adobe Acrobat Pro for our users and we would like to standardize printer preference settings amoungst other settings for our user base.  The gpo admx files do not seem to address these settings.  What is the best method to deliver standard Adobe printing preferences to our user community?  Other Acrobat Pro settings? 

Windows 11Acrobat Version 22.0 I can't use preflight at all. When I open the preflight panel, I get this error: I have seen elsewhere the advice to rename/remove the "Preflight Acrobat Continuous" folder, which does not resolve the issue.

Hi everyone. I create shared review PDF files using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024.005.20421 64 bit on Win11 and upload them to SharePoint Online. All Windows users can access the shared review PDF files and publish their comments. All Mac users can access the shared review PDF files but cannot publish their comments.  Has anyone encountered this issue on Mac? Thank you in advance!

Here and there I am unable to organize my pages. I cannot drag and drop a page from one file to the next. I have to shut down adobe and start over in order for it to work again. Trying to fix the issue- I have installed the latest version of Adobe hoping that would fix the problem. It hasn't

This is one of the questions: Did you verify the account activiny is in line with the investment profile?No (If no, please explain.): ____________________Yes Is there a way if "No" is selected, the field to please explain is required for them to move on? If they choose 'No', then they MUST explain? Conversely, is there a if 'Yes' is selected, the field to explain is locked down and they cannot enter any information? This one is not as important, but our reps need hand holding any chance they can get. So, we were thinking to lock down the explain field when 'Yes' is selected. TIA!

Unfortunately, I cannot open my pdf files using either the pro or reader version of Acrobat. In the past, I have been able to bypass this by opening files once the app was already open, or choosing "Open with" instead of simply double clicking on the file icon, but this time the workaround isn't working. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem, and have you found a solution?I use a Mac and am using Sonoma 14.6.1Thank you very much in advance for any help and support
