The Acrobat Pro AI features worked well before but recently found that generating summaries & generating suggested questions take forever. tried to re-install the Acrobat Pro but no luck, appreciate if anyone can help. many thanks

Hola, cada vez que apreto para abrir un archivo PDF se abre en la aplicación y en la misma ventana de chrome, quiero que se abra solo en la aplicación o por último si se va a abrir en la web que sea en otra ventana y no en la misma porque me saca de la pagina en la que estoy y cada vez tengo que volver atras y cargar de nuevo.

Hi All, We have a client that is experiencing an issue with Adobe and the Chrome Adobe Add-in.The issue with Adobe is that the Fill and Sign is not saving the signatures. They are able to use the saved signatures for the day but the next morning or after a restart the signatures need to be re-added. There are 3 users that are experiencing the same issue with different documents. We have disabled the new Adobe interface but the issues is still in effect.The second issue is with the Chrome Adobe Add-in. When opening PDF's from SharePoint the default view settings are remembered. It defaults to the smallest view and if the user changes the setting it is not remembered for the next document that is opened. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.

Hello everyone here at the company we have two certificates for purchasing Adobe Pro X licenses. However, there is a difference in the name of the license, one of them is called Acrobat Professional 10.0 WIN AOO License P (6 units) and the other is called Acrobat Professional 10.0 WIN Upgrade License P PRO-PRO (15 units). What is the difference between these licenses? Can I add up the quantities and assume we have 21 Adobe Pro X licenses?

In the New Acrobat GUI, is there a way to add the erase tool, enable scrolling, and one or two-page views to the floating toolbar—or anywhere else that's easy to locate?

Hello. We use our main ERP system to create "routings" that needs text added after being saved. We select print "save as PDF" an save the PDF'on our C drive in Solidworks PDM. Then we open the Solid Works PDF and find the location where I saved the PDF. I need to to add text to my PDF, but I do not want to create a "form" or edit any of the other text on the PDF. As the attached pictures show, the font is very small and on the far left of the line. How do I make the default font bigger without hitting the "A" several times depending how big I want the text and how do I get it centered on the line as default? Also, is there a way to auto fill the 'work completed by' line based on current user signed in and auto fill the date? The yellow/orange highlighted font on the attached 'screenshot 2025-02-21 105837' is the auto size and location I would like the font to be.  The yellow highlighted font on attachment 'Screenshot 2025-02-21 1032025' you can see is too small and

Installed Acrobat Pro 2020 on two new computers using two newly purchased licenses/serial numbers.  After opening the program, I am prompted to use a QR code or URL to log in.  Logging in using either method appears to be successful, but I after I open Acrobat,  I am presented with the QR code/link screen again. Any tips on how to get past this sign-in loop?

This is an on going problem with my iMac, running High Sierra v 10.13.6.Regularly, my acrobat will stop printing. I can open a file, but when I hit Ctrl-P I get the spinning beach ball.I restarted my computer, now it tells me that I should "please wait a few minutes while the update is installed..."This comes after I have already uninstalled the application, reinstalled it, restarted my mac, reset my prefs, restarted my mac, searched for a solution, and it never finishes this phantom "update install".I'll force quit the app, uninstall it again, reinstall it, and maybe it will work?david

Is there a possibility to Hide the "Create" button that appears in the "new Acrobat" format?this button allows one to create a new PDF, merge, and open a file, which can be done easily through keyboard shortcuts.

A header was showing in the reading order but was not showing in the Accessibility Tags panel. To try and fix this, I went back to the page, cleared the page structure, and tried to manually tag each item. But once I hit the tag that I wanted, I could not see the dark box with the number that usually appears when I make a selection. The whole page is like this. How do I fix this so that I can re-establish the reading order on this page AND have all the contents in the Accessibility Tags panel?

bonjour   Je possède une imprimante Canon Pixma TR 4650 avec scanner. Lorsque je veux numériser un document sur une page A4 sur fond blanc, celui ci ressort sur fond gris après numérisation. Comment puis-je modifier la couleur sur tous mes documents après numérisation afin qu'ils ressortent sur fond blanc ? Je vous remercie pour votre réponse.

Un saludo. Por favor intento instalar el Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, pero me dice "que ya tengo otra versión del mismo programa instalado". Pero me es imposible encontrarla porque ya he probado si lo encuentro en las carpetas, con windows, con IObit Unisnstallr, incluso con Cleaner. También he entrado en regedit para ver si está por allí, y nada de nada. El caso es que en su momento sí que la instalé, pero no se llegó a la instalación completa ya que me daba problemas con la licencia debido a que Adobe Creative Cloud tenía que aceptarla. Bueno, pues estoy haciendo todo lo posible por encontrar dónde co....o está el programa. También tengo la opción de "ver archivos ocultos". Mil gracias. También desactivé Windows Defender y Firewall. Tengo la versión Windows 11, 64bits 

É possível utilizar a função de "solicitar assinatura eletrônica" no Acrobat DC PRO?Já tentei tanto on line, quanto no PDF.No on line, fica apenas carregando o documento e no PDF, chego a marcar o e-mail do destinatário, mas não aparece o botão para enviar.

I have a digital certificate and I can sign with it any PDF file.But when I try to add a new one, the app ignores it and it doesn't appear on the list of certificates to use it. No error messages, no thing.I tried contacting support, and also I had a 30 minute call sharing my screen with a Support technician. They said it would be reviewed and after a while my case was closed, sending me a link to a page talking about graphical signing, not certificate signing.Anybody else with that problem?I tried both Windows and Mac versions of Acrobat. Both paid and free versions.

I am running Acrobat Pro Version 2024.005. 20320 and here is my issue: When I click "Save as Adobe PDF" through the print menu on my MacBook Pro (2021 M1 running Sequoia), I'm presented with the "Save as Adobe PDF" dialog box (for settings and after PDF creation instructions). Upon clicking "Continue" the "Save" dialog box appears and I choose a save location and click "Save". What happens after that? Absolutely nothing. Acrobat won't open and the file isn't saved. This is originating program and save location independent - in other words it doesn't matter which program I'm trying to print from nor the save location I have chosen. Conversely, If I happen to open a PDF from the Internet or a saved location, Acrobat Pro works fine.  Here are the steps I have taken so far to troubleshoot:"Show online storage when opening files" and "Show online storage when saving files" have both been disabled in Acrobat's preferences.I uninstalled Acrobat Pro and then reinstalled i

Recently I have been having a problem printing PDF documents through the Acrobat Reader DC (64 bit) to my HP Plotter. I have printed many PDF files on this printer in the past but all of a sudden it wont send the files to the plotter. It previews the file fine, however when selecting the print size it wont change from 8.5 x 11inch, whether I select a different or custom paper size. I have checked and updated all programs, software and drivers and this has made no change. The files will print to other printers fine, just wont send the file to print with the plotter. When trying to print from browser, the print preview wont even come up (see attached photo).

I edit pdfs in Adobe Acrobat (via comments and sticky notes etc). I have had a lot of problems with the program suddenly closing, sometimes telling me it 'had to close unexpectedly' or it's 'installing updates' - and not saving any of my my comments despite me frequently saving as I work. (And yes, my work is saved in OneDrive so it's on the cloud - but still my changes are automatically deleted whenever it crashes.) I'm losing many hours of work each time this happens. If I had another option I would delete Adobe and try something else. (I have a paid subscription.) Any advice gratefully received! And is there any way I can retrieve the version I was working on? It's not coming up when I click 'Open recent files'.

I installed Acrobat Pro DC on my new Windows 11 PC. I was expecting that Acrobat Reader DC would also install since that's what happened on my older PC. I don't have an option in my online account to install Acrobat Reader DC even though it's included in my plan. When I download Acrobat Reader DC from the general Adobe site and try to install, it returns a message that another version of Acrobat is already installed and quites the installation. I'd appreciate any assistance. I'd like to have Acrobat Reader DC on my PC too since I need to test how forms I create behave for Acrobat Reader DC users.

I am trying to create a pdf for print and need to convert the document to DOT Grain 20%, because I have a few illustrations with colours.It runs smoothly until page 45, changing everything, until it suddenly stops and I get a pop-up "The changes were not completed.". If I then go in and tell it to convert from page 47 onwards, skipping 46, it converts the rest without issue.I'm at a loss if there is anything wrong with that illustration or what is going on.Any ideas what I can try to get this completed?
