We have a fillable PDF Form to fill out for users, i filled out the first one with all pertaining info and did a save as and saved it to a specific file, then i grabbed the same file and changed the name in a fillable field, did a save as again to save the new files, i did it 3 more time all grabbing the original file as most of the fields didn't change. After this i sent out emails each file to the respective person, verifying that all PDFs were correct. However users reported that when opening the file, for some time it still showed the original name, then loaded with the correct name. I was able to replicate the issue by sending them again to a different email

Hi, I am new to remidiation for accessiblilty and I have a document that has content that is a list of legal references but uses no numbering or bullets to designate each item. This is in an agenda that I am remediating, is there a way to create the list with LBody but have no Lbl? Advice for a beginner? Thanks in advance,M

Hallo an alle,auch wir haben ein Problem. Ab Januar sollen wir B2B Rechnungen in ZUGFeRD in unsere Buchhaltung und Archiv einpflegen. Aber leider bekommen wir die von Adobe zugesandten Rechnungen als PDF und bekommen sie auch nicht per Preflight umgewandelt, so dass die Rechnungen eingespielt werden können. Aber die Vorgaben sind ja nun eindeutig. Was kann man tun?????????????? Per Mail antwortet leider keiner. Vielleicht hat einer von Euch eine gute Idee. 

Even though I wanted to use the trial version as a member last week, the program did not allow it. Now you are sending an e-mail saying that the trial period has expired and we will issue an invoice as if there was no problem? This is not something I will ever accept.

I've created a form from an existing document, adding text boxes where called for.  Per the instructions on the original form, the text must be double-spaced but I can't find a way to format this.  Suggestions?

I have a word search puzzle in PDF format that I need to make interactive. The only thing so far that seems to work is adding buttons to each letter. My thought is once the user finds the word they can select each letter (button) to spell out the word.  My dilemma is that I need the colors of each button to be transparent enough for the letters to show through. Plus I would like for the colors to toggle between a blue (selected), green (correct) and transparent (starting point). I saw a previous post about javascript for buttons changing colors, but the colors weren't light enough for my letters to show through. 

I have been working with the same set of interactive forms for a client for years and all has been well. Suddenly, a new set of office personnel and a few minor changes to company logo and the client reports that menu items that have not been selected by office personnel begin to randomly appear on the forms when emailed and opened by customers. This is causing a lot of confusion. I've never seen anything like it. The forms have always been bulletproof. Any ideas?? Hans

I am having trouble with esign.  When I click the esign button, nothing happens, so I search for it.  When I search, I get as far as putting in emails, but when I click either "more options" or "specify where to sign" nothing happens and all dialog boxes close.  I just end up at the original document

Adobe forced me into upgrading from Pro 2017 to the newest pro version (2024).  About 1/3 of my Actions Javascripts no longer work.  Was there changes to the language, and if so, where can I find samples of newer scripts?example:  Paths pointing to folders no longer are recognized unless the pdf I am inserting is located in the same folder as the pdf that I am inserting into.example:  The function "today" to insert today's date is no longer recognized. Thank you

Wenn ich in Acrobar / Text bearbeiten / Button - einen Button einfüge, kann ich den Text auf dem Button nicht sichtbar machen. Die Farbe springt bem schliessen des Fensters immer wieder auf 100% Deckung (ÜBER der Schrift) und man kann auch die Ebenen nicht verschieben.

Non riesco in alcun modo a reimpostare la lingua di Acrobat Pro con licenza annuale da inglese a italiano (Windows 11 e' impostato in Italiano.).Se cambio le preferenze nell'applicazione, si ritorna sempre all'inglese, la lingua originale. Originariamente l'upgrade e'  stato fatto da acrobat  in inglese ad acrobato pro (inglese). Pure operare sull'adobe cloud non ha risolto niente, essendo la preferenza già messa in Italiano.Ho provato tutto tranne la disistallazione completa, cosa posso fare?

Is it possible to create an e-sign workflow so that all users don't have to choose who needs to sign the claim form they need signed? Also, we have Acrobat Pro - does that include the E-Sign app or does that need to be added on? Sorry for the stupid question/s. Thanks in advance. 

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  I have a PDF document, created in MS Word, with links to other PDF documents in the same folder on my PC.  When I click on the links I get a warning saying that “This PDF file is attempting to launch  [file name]. Are you sure you want to continue?”How can I disable this warning?The main PDF file is essentially a menu to the other PDF files.  If I can’t disable the warning, is there another way for me to create my menu? (It doesn’t have to be a PDF file.)ThanksRobert

Hey,If we try to open a new document , we are getting the below security warning alert. Even though we added the folder privileged locations, the security dialogs still appears.Is there a way to disable those security warning dialogs through preference or registry?

Hello,I created a PowerPoint document with hyperlinksI saved it in PDF formatWhen I open the document in Adobe Acrobat and I click on a link, I have the security warning. These hyperlinks point to documents locally and not on the web.How to remove this warning?Thank you

My plan says acrobat dc pro is part of my plan, but in the cloud app I can only download the non-pro version. any help?

I work for a UK training organisation which teaches proofreaders how to use Acrobat's commenting tools to markup digital proofs. I would like to make contact with someone from Adobe to better understand how we can support our industry to use the tools successfully now and in the future. Having lost the paper workflow and with it the BSI markup system, our industry is struggling to work in a cohesive and efficient way. We would value some contact and direction from Adobe.
