My plan says acrobat dc pro is part of my plan, but in the cloud app I can only download the non-pro version. any help?

I work for a UK training organisation which teaches proofreaders how to use Acrobat's commenting tools to markup digital proofs. I would like to make contact with someone from Adobe to better understand how we can support our industry to use the tools successfully now and in the future. Having lost the paper workflow and with it the BSI markup system, our industry is struggling to work in a cohesive and efficient way. We would value some contact and direction from Adobe. Good afternoon, everyone.I have a user in my organization who uses Adobe Acrobat Pro.This user creates PDFs from documents created in Microsoft Office 2016. The PDFMaker Com add-in for Excel has stopped working, although it still works in Word.I have checked the registry path “HKEY_Local_Machine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin” and can confirm that the load behavior is set to 3. I have run Excel as an Administrator, opened the COM Add-ins, selected “Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM add-in,” and clicked OK. This action enables the PDF Maker for as long as Excel is open.However, once you close and reopen Excel, the PDF Maker is disabled. The COM Add-in reverts to Load Behavior: Unloaded. Thank you all.

Well I have purchased subscription for Acrobat DC Pro and I get a daily popup to try organizing my pages. I will absolutely cancel this subscription if there is no way to turn this off. I sign multiple pdf's every day and this continuously interrupts my workflow. In addition to the annoyance it offers to reoganize one page. One @#$#@ page! Most of my pdf's are drawings that I need to sign.I know how to reorganize pages so how do I turn it off. And yes I have turned off Adobe messages etc in the preferences. I have even tried some registry settings but nothing gets rid of this Herpes of a message. Attached is the popup that opened for a single page pdf this morning. (Happens every day). 

Hello,I'm struggling with an issue in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Using the Action Wizard, I'm trying to add a graphic and text to multiple files. I want to place them in the same position in each document. However, at the moment, I need to choose the graphic file and type the text for each file. When I apply it to one file, the Action Wizard jumps to the next file, and I have to choose the graphic and re-enter the text again. Is there a way to make this process easier? It would be better if I could do it in fewer steps, as I don't want to repeat this for each file.

For example: If the value of the field is between 8-10: turn the field red.If the value of the field is between 6-10: turn the field orange.If the value of the field is between 4-6: turn the field yellow.If the value of the field is between 0-4: turn the field green. Also I would like to be able to change the fill of the field as well as the color of the text.(for example a red fill with white text, but a yellow fill with black text) so that everything is readable.

Hi Community, could someone help me with how I change the text colour of the dimension line when Im using the measuring tool on a pdf building plan.I can change the colour of the dimension line, etc but cant see anywhere where I can change the text colour of the dimension.

I must have just automatically downloaded an adobe update because now I am not able to scroll by using my mouse pad, I have to use my arrow keys or grab the side bar to move down the document. I wasn't having this problem yesterday. I have looked all over for some kind of setting to allow me to scroll but haven't found anything. Any ideas?

Hallo zusammen,ich habe eine Frage zu Adobe auf Mac OS: wenn ich eine PDF öffne, kann ich über das Menü "speichern unter" (ich glaube es hieß so, hab das Gerät nicht hier) das PDF abspeichern. Hier kann ich auch Cloud-Ziele eintragen. Wenn ich nun z.B. einen Sharepoint eingetragen hab, die Zugangsdaten aber falsch sind, kann ich es nicht bearbeiten. Gebe ich es neu ein, kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass der Zugangsaccount schon genutzt wird. Wie kann ich die schon hinterlegten Cloud-Ziele löschen? MFG Toni

I am trying to add rich media (video) into PDF (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) but it appear to be just a black box after. I saved the video in different formats to try with Adobe Media Encoder, all H.264 compressed but none of them work.Cant figure out what I am doing wrong. 

My Acrobat is no longer able to locate OCR text in a pdf.  The weird thing is that when I search using ctrl+f it will show that there are results, but if I try to see the location of those results it tells me that no matches were found.  But I can select the text, and in this example you can see that it's already been selected.   I have older files that were OCR'd a couple of years ago and I am not seeing this problem. A wrinkle in the problem... the advanced find works just find. My Acrobat is whatever the most current CC version is.      

I need to send out PDFs for shared review, but I am having trouble sharing documents.Initially, using the "Share a link to this file" and then "Create Link" button seems to work fine: a link is created and copied to the clipboard. However, after a minute or so, the cloud symbol gets a red exclamation mark and shows this error message: "Document sharing failed. Please save a copy of this file to save the changes you just made and re-share". I did find a workaround: first save the document to Document Cloud, then share. However, my colleagues don't have to use this workaround, so it looks like a problem with my account.I tried to clear my preferences and even re-installed Acrobat after removing it with the Acrobat cleaner tool (AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe). Kind regards,Bastin

Hallo zusammen,gibt es mittlerweile eine Lösung für folgendes Problem:rechte Seitenleiste: hinzugefügte Werkzeuge verschwinden wieder.Das ist wirklich ärgerlich und nach jedem Neustart zeitaufwändig. Jedesmal muss ich z.B "Druckproduktion" oder "Formulare" neu hinzufügen. Offensichtlich bleiben nur die Standards erhalten.Bitte um Lösungsansätze. Danke und GrußThomas

Hallo zusammen, ich bin gerade etwas überfragt. Ich benutze Adobe PDF und Adobe Sign zur Erstellung von Verträgen. In diesen Verträgen befinden sich zum Teil Auswahlfelder mit Exportwerten. Die Auswahl frage ich per Formel, z.B. [05-taetigkeit] ab, damit der Exportwert automatisch gesetzt wird.  An einer anderen Stelle nutze ich eine if-Abfrage, wählt man also bei dem Feld "10-Urlaub" 20 Tage aus, gibt die Formel in Feld "11-Zusatzurlaub" "5-Tage-Urlaub" aus. Beides funktionierte bis vor kurzem noch problemlos, jetzt gar nicht mehr. Ich habe die Syntax geprüft und Adobe sagt, kein Fehler. Liegt hier ein Bug seitens Adobe vor?

We've some user using newest adobe reader with win11 and pdf will become this screenshot.We already installed all of font but it's not work.We tried to clear cache but only keep few time and then it's back.Could some one help this issue?Thanks. 

 Ich habe schon recherchiert, habe Acrobat komplett deinstalliert und neu installiert (was wirklich mühselig ist mit den ganzen Anpassungen). Ich bin Inhaberin der Lizenz und kann sie uneingeschränkt nutzen. Trotzdem habe ich seit kurzem immer wieder diese Fehlermeldungen. Es hilft auch nicht, die Datei unter einem anderen Namen oder als pdf mit reduzierter Größe zu speichern, weil es schlicht nicht möglich ist.Was kann ich noch tun? 

Hello Experts,I want to create an Action Wizard to arrange selected pages in reverse order within a document.For example, if I have a 25-page document and pages 3 to 12 are in reverse order, I’d like to be able to select those 10 pages range through a prompt window, press a button, and have them arranged in the correct order and rest of the pages remain same position.How can I achieve this?Thanks in advance

Buenas noche. Cada vez que abro un pdf adobe acrobat que lo tengo instalado me sale una pantalla para que pague un plan de contratación. Si lo ignoro me cierra el pdf y el programa.

Es ko.... mich langsam an. Wenn ich 3 pdf offen habe, schließe eine und will diese verschieben geht es nicht. Erst wenn das komplette Programm zu ist. Obwohl ich die zwei anderen noch offen haben möchte. Also muss ich erst alle 3 Dateien schließen, Adobe Reader schließen, die eine Datei verschieben, Adobe wieder öffnen und die letzte Sitzung wieder herstellen. Was bitte ist das denn für eine Schei...?Gibts es da eine Lösung für?MfgThomas

I am trying to save several documents in Acrobat after editing, and can easily bring up the Save As or Save dialog boxes.  I can click on all the buttons - and none of them do a single thing any longer.  It was working just fine yesterday, and even the first file I saved this morning.  Now, I pull up the Save As box, and try to click on "Choose a Different Folder", or "Cancel", or the folder I was already in and the box literally does nothing. I have restarted the app, I have made sure the app is up to date.  Not sure what else to try.

i am working on azure logic app i got issue with the output of the connecter the connecter  is Convert Word to PDF its not  i inserted a docx file its will formated but the output is not the same the formate of the tables inside the docx is not coreect  i have tables inside the docx i am trying it this is the docx and this is the output plz help as soon as possible 

For years I've been sharing PDF and ZIP files for our clients to consult and review.This week, ZIP files shared on Creative Cloud (Acrobat Documents) are no longer accessible just by sharing the link (like shared PDF files). When I quit Acrobat Pro it asks me if I want to save open PDFs. The answer is always yes, for all PDFs, but every time I quit I must confirm that I want to save each. Individual. Document. Separately. Over. And. Over. Again. This is annoying and time-consuming, especially when many PDFs are open. Is there a way to simply "quit and save all open PDFs" in one or two steps? I searched a bit (not a lot) online and found some people suggesting rewriting the software code to allow this. I don't feel able to do this, nor do I feel I should have to for what seems like a basic function.  Any help appreciated!
