I created a file this morning and the file was only 166k when I pdfed it. Then I made modifications and added emojis and the file jumped to 3mb, why?  Is there something wrong with adobe chrome browser adobe addin or something else.  Your products are simply unreliable....I could spend all day opening tickets your bugs.  I've atached the files for consideration. 

I wrote a script to rename fields by creating new fields and deleting the old one, but I am having a problem with the accessibility on the fields. Before I run the script the reader reads what is in the tooltip just fine, but after it is not read. It might be that the field is just not tagged? I am merging PDF's for a children's book. The problem is that no matter how I merge, Acrobat keeps compressing my files. The merged document should be almost 1GB but it's compressing it down to 128mb which is terrible for print! What am I missing? Please advise, I've tried making sure the button is selected for highest res.

Herewith I want to record that my Adobe Acrobat Pro, version 2024.003.20112|64 bits (see the enclosed sysinfo.txt file) does not print the enclosed PDF-file properly with respect to the thickness of the lines in the 16 figures. These are much too thick. See the enclosed photo, below.Earlier, I used Adobe Reader XI, version 11.0.08, and that piece of software lets print this PDF-file correctly.My PDF-file was generated by a LaTeX interpretator (Scientific Word). In Acrobat Pro, after selecting "Edit" when I want to alter previously written text,I keep on getting the message:  "This XFA form cannot be edited using Adobe Acrobat". The file is a PDF document which I was previously able to edit.   The file's suffix is PDF – not XFA.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I recently renewed my subscription for Acrobat Pro, on February 5, 2025, on order Number AE03529733411CUS, expecting a smooth and interactive experience. However, I have found that the user interface is not as responsive and intuitive as I anticipated. I have a user that has this white space at the top of the acrobat window and we can't figure out how to get it back to normal.  Creative Cloud says its up to date.  Any help is appreciated.  Video attached of the issue. Thanks

I understand that "digital-signatures" are more secure , and "eletorinic-signatures" are similar to an awknowlegment.Keep in mind, i am NOT refering to "duplicating" since that is impossible and doesnt make sense for the "digital-signatures". I am refering to an option to imbed an independent "digital-signatures" box on each page of a multi-page document.  If this is not a option, How can we request it to be an option? 

I'm using forms prepared by a different organization to set up contracts. There are a few different types that we routinely use, some are one page, but another is 8-10 pages. I fill out a lot of the information, then send to other institutions for signatures. I cannot figure out an easy way to select multiple fields and either freeze them or assign them to myself as prefill fields.Looking for suggestions

Hi - not sure if anyone has issues but checkmarks (not image) created on keyboard isn't appearing on our Adobe Acrobat. I'm wondering if this is a bug that we can request to resolve?

Hi team, I've almost got it, hopefully you can help. I have a billion PDF/A PDFs.  Some have e-signature (docusign).  I don't know if they have a full digital certificate or just 'the signing'. I need to shrink these if possible. 1)  If I use Preflight, and check "Check if Digitially Signed"   - Will this always be true if the PDF is PDF/A 2-b format anyway?   - It marks them as "success" for all my PDFS  even when there are no clear signatures on the doc (nothing in the e-sig section of acrobat), so wanted to confirm 2) As above - is there any other way to in-bulk find if there are e-signatures on the file using Guided Actions? 3)  IF I have a PDF/A file, I CANNOT shrink it.  I must remove the PDF/A formatting, shrink it, and then PDF/A it, correct?  Thank you team in advance for your help here.

Ich möchte ein PDF-Dokument, wo in der ersten Spalte Namen und in den weiteren Spalten Abkürzungen, die 90° gedreht sind, eingetragen sind, in eine Excel-Tabelle konverteiren (siehe Bild 1). Ich benutze seit kurezm Adobe Acrobat 11. Nun werden bei der Konvertierung alle Zeichen um 90° gedreht und es entsteht eine nicht brauchbares Excel-Datei (siehe Bild 2). I am trying to move one page in the thumbnails view of a 16 page pdf. When I drag and drop the page I get this error:"An incorrect structure was found in the pdf file" and it will not move the page.What can I do to fix this without starting over?I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DCThanks

I have a form fillable PDF that has 5 amount fields a user needs to enter.  They are each formatted as dollar amounts.  I have a 6th amount field that is read only that calculates the sum of those 5 fields and is also formated as dollar amount.  An amount is entered in field 1.  When an amount is entered in field 2, the amount in field 1 goes away, and so on with the remaining fields.  I have verified all fields numerous times.  There is no other validations or calcuations on any of these fields.  What am I missing?Thanks!

I have the following issue and have found no solution so far: I want to embed multiple mp4 video files inside a PDF file in Acrobat with Rich Media. But doing so only causes the "first" instance of videos to play, which in this case, is a page where 2 smaller videos are embedded. Those videos play automatically when opening the page as expected, but every following page that contains a video requires it to be manually clicked on in order to play, despite the settings "the page with the content is open". This used to work just fine, I've created many PDFs with embedded videos that autoplayed on multiple pages, little to no issue.. I have a valid subscription and downloaded application to my computer.  Creative Cloud shows that Acrobat DC is installed but it is not.  Uninstall function in Creative Cloud runs to 1% then stops.  Uninstalling and reinstalling app does not solve the problem.

Hello, When we have hundreds and maybe thousands of fields in a form? Is there a way to name them quickly?Especially when I want to give the fields specific names, not random ones.for example:QDM_S_BE_1QDM_S_BE_2QDM_S_BE_3QDM_S_BE_4QDM_S_BE_900 ... etcIs there any trick so save the time?  Thank you

I have search the discussion board, but can't find an answer to this question: When editing a PDF and you click on an image to resize it, you get a pop-up menu with options Replace Image, Choose Image, etc.  The problem is, the pop-up menu covers the anchors I need to click on to drag the image to the proper size. If I click out of Acrobat and back in, the image is still selected and I can see the anchors I want to drag, but this is slowing down productivity. Can anyone tell me how to disable the edit graphic pop-up menu?  (Not all menus, just these pop-up that get in the way of what you are trying to do.) Thanks in advance, Jack 

Disappearing headers/footers using Microsoft Word 2013 "Save to PDF" to Acrobat Pro XI.  Accidentally changed a setting and can't figure out how to fix it.  Please help!  I have tried creating new documents and inserting a header then saving.  I have tried using old documents.  My headers keep disappearing when I use the "save to pdf" function.  The headers are visible in the print preview and they stay if I print to a pdf.  Please help me fix the "Save to PDF"  I don't know what setting I  changed and can't figure out how to change it back.

Hi, I'm trying to print a large image using the Poster option, but when I add "Cut Marks" and print it they either end up outside of the paper if I print the page at 100%, or I'm forced to shrink the picture to include cut marks. The poster needs to be in full size so I can't do that. I don't understand why the Poster option seemingly adds a border rather than shifting everything a little bit so there is a border included without changing the size of the paper. Am I doing something wrong? Is there no way to add cutmarks without changing the size of the picture or the paper?I added a screenshot to show what I mean. Here I have made the poster into a PDF first.
