Ich habe eine email mit vertraulichen Dokumenten erhalten um sie zu öffnen habe ich folgende Anleitung dazu erhalten:--Um auf die Anhänge zuzugreifen, klicken Sie auf das Klammer-Symbol unten links im Adobe Reader (siehe Bild) oder wählen Sie Anzeige -> Navigationsfenster -> Anlagen--.Leider funktioniert das bei mir nicht (Adobe premium), ich erhalte immer die Meldung Passwort eingeben oder Passwort geschützt. Hat jemand einen Tipp bitte. 

Hi, I work at a university that requires students to complete PDF forms and return them for additional signatures. Due to the changes with the pandemic, most of our students are now esigning the forms using the "Add Signature" button where you type out your name and can choose between a few fonts. This is locking the document, however, from recieving any additional signatures. Attempts to get the students to use the Digital Certificate feature is not working (I send out instructions on how to use the digital certificate option with each form). I am using the digital certificate fields and setting the document to lock everything but the next signatures once the student signs, but they are not using this and it is becoming extrememly frustrating as I now have to print the document, rescan it, add the signature fields again, send it to the next approver, then shred the physical document. Is there any way to turn off this option in the security settings? 

Hello All, hope somebody here can help with my question I can create a 3D object in the Adobe Dimension app of cup like this I show in the picture  My goal is to export this object as an interactive PDF, so my client can open it in Acrobat Reader and see the object, rotate it in any direction to have an idea how its product will look at the final result. Any ideas?Thanks in advance   

Hi there, I have converted several documents to editable PDFs using fields so people can type, save their responses, and share them with me. Here are some issues I'm facing: - In some instances, the user isn't able to type into the field despite the 'multi-line text and scroll long text' settings being enabled.- User isn't able to go back and edit their content. Do the end users need to have an adobe editor to be able to interact with an editable PDF with fields/forms? Does it limit any functionality if they only have adobe reader? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello, I have a user who was sent a PDF. When opening it in Adobe, when viewing it in the web browser, and when viewing it in the Outlook preview function, it displays weird characters instead of the standard Arial font that is being used. I have checked for updates on Adobe and the system and it is fine. I have sent the PDF to myself and others and it is viewed fine. I attached screenshots of what it looks like and what it should look like. 

I am using the NEW Acrobat Pro DC, and I can not find where to change the Portfolio view.  I liked the old view with the files as icons along the left hand side.  This NEW Acrobat, only show the view as a list of files.  Can someone help me find where to change that?  Thank you.

Thanks in advance for the help! In the form below, I need the user's selection from the drop down menu (Dropdown12)  in the Status column (selections are Green, Yellow, Red, N/A) to color that box the corresponding color. I'm running this script as a custom validation script in the Validate tab. I have the "Commit selected value immediately" box checked on the Options tab.  This script turns the dropdown menu background to the correct color (except for black which isn't doing anything), but does not turn the box itself a color. I use an old version of Adobe Acrobat at home, and it's driving me nuts that it always displays every document by a generic "Layout #..." instead of using the filename as the layout name. I never know what I'm working on. All the instructions say to change the preference in the Document/Open settings under preferences, but no such option is available there. Is something wrong with my installation? Was no such option available in Acrobat 9.5? Is the option hidden somewhere else in that version?

Hello All, I'm seeking assistance with an issue I've encountered today with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I installed the software on a Dell Latitude 9520 laptop, but unfortunately, when the user attempts to open a PDF file, Adobe Acrobat freezes and becomes unresponsive. I've taken several troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling, and reinstalling the application, but the issue persists.

Hello, Today for some reason all forms I have and all fields have become request for e-sign and will not let me type or earse anything previously typed into a field or type in blank field. It worked fine until today, and now every form I have is acting like this. Any ideas what is causing this?

Salve, volevo gentilmente chiedere se ci fosse un modo per aggiungere qualora servisse all'utente che compila un modulo, più spazio a disposizione per editare ulteriore testo. Cioè una volta creata una casella di testo editabile, successivamente alla  compilazione,  c'è un modo per far si che la casella accetti in automatico ulteriori caratteri?

Hi,So, I received the wrong printing format from someone and was wondering how do I fix it?It's a book and the person has printed the page size and handling of the PDF to "multiple" and "custom 2x2". How do I change it to normal size cause right now, it seems like the default is by 2x2 instead of one page per page.

Hi, after combining the Pdf  files  ie 2 pdf files which is having 5 pages each, its not coming as a single file which is pages from 1-10, its showing a single pdf files which having 2 seperate files inside. Pls advise

Hello, I have 500 pdf files that I need to combine into a binder. All of the files have password, but not the same password. Are there any chance that I can combine these files? I can open each document indivdually, but not edit them. I have tried using Adoce Acrobat PRO and PDF-XChange editor. 

I purchased Acrobat 2020 Student and Teacher via download from Best Buy. This is the serial number version, which I have in my possession, and my status as a teacher was validated by Adobe. At first it kept asking for sign in every time I tried to launch it, and then quit without me reaching the Adobe server. After fixing that problem (Cleaner, Uninstall, turn off Firewall, etc), I did a reinstall. Now it doesn't ask me to sign in any more, it just won't open. I click on the app, and pouf, nothing. I am on a Macbook Air 2022 running Sequoia, and many other people in the Community say this should work. But for me, no. I am thinking of downgrading my MacOS as a result as I know it runs in earlier operating sysyems. Anyone have any ideas besides getting rid of Sequoia? I live in an area with little internet coverage, so moving to Cloud-based anything is problematic, hence the SN version.

Hi, I recently updated my windows OS to the below version  Since the update my Acrobat will no longer open. I tried deleting and reinstalling. This caused it to work again, however has no reverted back to freezing. I am getting the following error.   Could you please advise on the fix? ThanksJack

When i go to print on adobe Acrobat Reader on my mac the "properties" button is missing, how do i get this back?I have the Acrobat app fully installed to the newest software and also my printer driver.I am using a Epson ET-8500

I have a form with radio buttons and a total. When you select certain buttons the price is totalled in a 'Total' field box.. There is one radio button 'Withdrawal' that if clicked, the total price in the 'total' field needs to increase by 6.9% I've tried adding code to 'Total' the extra 6.9% if the radio button 'Withdrawal' is selected. No LuckI've tried adding code to ''Withdrawal' radion button to incrase the 'Total' by 6.9% if selected. No Luck PDF ATTACHED!

Oh great gurus of the WWW....I have a question for you!  Vendors send me pdf's of their catalog, but they are setup in a two page landscape spread.  I want to simply cut all of the pages in half down the middle and turn them into single landscape pages.  So the number of pages will essentially double in the document, but when viewing on Ipad, it is much easier to see the pagesIs this function hidden in there somewhere and I just cannot find it?  I found another small bit of software out there that can do this, but it seems as if the leader in PDF software should have this function within its basic set of tools Any help, ideas, or if this just is not a function of this Acrobat Pro...please let me know and tell them to make it so! Thank you in advance for any replies! Again...just cut all of the pages that are set up like below...in 1/2 vertically down the middle of the page.
