Hi,I found in the community page on how to insert auto date in the pdf form.this.getField("Today").value = util.printd("dd-mm-yyyy", new Date()); But I want to auto populate both date and day (eg 25 Dec 2024, Wednesday) etc..I am not sure on the JS or how to write the code. Appreciate any help.

When Safari exports a web page as a PDF (File>Export PDF) it comes out as one very long page. This result reads okay in Acrobat (or Preview) but if I try to print, I just get one page with a column of tiny print down the center. I want to make such files into an appropriate number of letter-size pages for printing. How can I do this?

I need help figuring out how to resize individual pages within a document. I am creating a new PDF by inserting individual PDFs into it to create one master document. Those individual PDFs come in different sizes: letter, legal, and executive.  The final Master PDF needs to print 8.5 x 11 for all pages EXCEPT one page needs to print as legal (8.5 x 14).When I insert the PDFs, they all print in their original sizes so the document comes out with all three pages sizes. I did figure out how to change the print settings so that the entire document prints as 8.5x11 (letter), but that doesn't solve my need for one page printed larger.QUESTION: Does anyone know how to get the final result I am looking for? I was thinking I could shrink the individual PDFs down to 8.5x11 before I insert them into the Master. And only leave the one page as 8.5x14. But the only options I find for that are in the Print Options, which doesn't actually change the size of the document. Any other ideas?(Hopefull

Recently some users in my company have had problems opening PDF files when double clicking the file in Windows File Explorer, but there is no problem when opening through the Acrobat file menu. This is a relatively recent problem so I haven't been able to narrow down what is causing it. There are no error message when this happens, the file just doesn't open.  What I do know is so far it appears to be limited to a specific shared network folder. It's not a file permissions issue as I've double checked the people it's happening with and they all have appropriate permisisons. One thing that might be related is I have file syncing set up through a Synology NAS. I have disabled the synching for now to see if this eliminates the problem.   I'm just trying to see if anyone else has experience similar issues and if you've found a resolution. 

I cannot connect onedrive 365 business to adobe pro. I authenticate my account but repeatedly getAn error occurred while adding your account. Please try again later. I have unistalled and reinstaled and nothing works. Unless this is fixed I wil not renew next month and will find an alternative. At £235 a year this is fundamental to the way I work. I need to save directly to onedrive and  not to adobe cloud.  I am on a Mac and up until about two weeks ago all was ok. I have updated everything.

I need to generate a copy of a PDF containing only a subset of pages that have been revised. The page labels are set up in InDesign to generate according to a specific format. The front matter section includes pages 10-1 through 10-6. The next section includes pages 10A-1 through 10A-2. After that is 10B-1 through 10B-38, etc. How do I delete the unneeded pages or extract the needed pages while retaining their original page labels? Currently, when I delete pages 10B-1 and 10B-2, page 10B-3 automatically renumbers to 10B-1. How do I stop it from doing this? Is there any way to convert the "live" page labeling to become "static?" I would simply export the subset of pages I need from InDesign. However, they span multiple INDDs in my book file and as far as I can tell there is no way to export a subset of pages that span multiple documents in book.

Hallo Community,nach jahrelangem, korrektem Scannen von DIN A4-Dokumenten scannt mein Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit - v24.005.20320) seit einigen Tagen nur noch Logos und QR-Codes, wenn diese auf der Seite vorhanden sind und stellt diese auf eigenen Seiten in Acrobat zur Verfügung  (siehe Screenshot)Bei einfachen Textseiten arbeitet Acrobat Pro jedoch korrekt.Kann mir bitte Jemand mitteilen, warum das jetzt so ist und vor allem wie ich dies wieder abstellen kann.Scanne ich mittels HP-Software über die selben TWAIN-Schnittstelle, erfolgt der Scan korrekt.Acrobat habe ich bereits deinstalliert und neu installiert, brachte keine Änderung.Vielen Dank! 

I'm trying to create a PDF and insert the logo for a company. I'd like to insert it as a vector so that it can be extracted later, but the options for inserting images don't allow any vector file types, and when I try to copy and paste the object directly from Illustrator, an unwanted white background is included. Is there any way to do this?I know that I can just save it as a png, but I really want to retain the vector information. Thanks

Hi,I'm using the Sense 2 scanner from 3D Systems that create 3D pictures under PLY, OBJ and WRL (the ones I can use for my university project) file formats. I would like to importe the 3D models in an Adobe software to use the 3D Measurement Tool to take measurement between two points on the same 3D model. Do you know which software will work for me?I found Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended and Adobe Acrobat 3D. See the difference in font sizes between acrobat and word - why is this happening? Have to use a magnifying glass to read anything in adobe now. I don't want to universally change font scale in windows display settings as every other program's font size is fine and I don't want it larger

When our in house desinger converts a DWG from CAD to a PDF, we are finding the PDF is not responding. We can open all other drawing PDF's sent by other people and all other PDF docs, just not the in house converted ones. Is there something we are missing here when converting?

Hello! I would like a list of possible Agenda items in one part of a PDF to populate on another section of the same PDF when the checkbox for that item is selected.  I would like when the checkbox is selected that the item(s) appear sequentially on the Agenda. As different items will be selected at varying times, I cannot code that "Checkbox A" appears on Agenda line #2 as that may not be the case each time. So if the third checkbox is selected, it should appear as the first line item on the agenda. I hope I haven't made anyone's head explode.  Is this possible? Thank you so much in advance!

I had been working yesterday evening and all this Saturday reading and adding a lot of comments in a complicated document when something suddenly happened. The program shot down and I got a message that the program had restored a document and asked if I wanted to keep the file. Yes or No? I managed to hit the wrong bottom (probably a knee jerk reflex because I normally never save restored documents because I do most of my writing i Word, where everything is saved every minute and there are sure copies of everything) and now the document is clean. And I cannot find the restored document. Is it possible to get the information back?

Hi all,When I'm opening my A4 pdf in adobe acrobat  it shows as normal under 'size', but when under 'poster'  it shows this massive white border. How do i fix this? I wanna print this A4 to A2 so I'm scaling it up to 200% and still face this issue. 

It was working just fine while working one day. Was working fine earlier in the day. No new changes made to the OS or software. No Acrobat preference changes. It just began to crash during startup of Acrobat.1. I cleaned out my User folder fonts. 2. Rebooted.3. Rebooted in safe mode.4. Adobe Acrobat crashes every time I try to drag a page from one pdf file into another. It also crashes every time I try to copy and paste a page from one file into another. This happens in a dual-monitor setup, and also when I try to drag/drop with both windows open in one monitor. Multiple uninstall/reinstall cycles have not fixed the problem. This occurs with all files; not one specific file.

Hi there! I am trying to create a custom Calculation script for a text box that concatenates many text fields from a separate page that has space for the details of 20 users. I have been able to use the script below to pull the details of each user and display them with the "|" character in between the data and a line break at the end of each user, so that the following user begins on the following line. This method though is very cumbersome and will require so many lines of code to build in the potential for all 20 users detail fields to be filled in. I have a PDF that is an Arabic translation of an interactive form. There are a large number of yes/no radio buttons with tooltips and "Yes" and "No" export values in the source English form - a few thousand.     So I've written some JS to automate the process of replacing English tooltips with Arabic tooltips. I've already done this without a hitch in a dozen other languages.  However, when the form content is laid out right-to-left, as in Arabic, like this:     then my script to replace exportValues with localized Yeses and Nos reverses the order. Note that, when I'm selecting the Arabic Yes and No in the following GIF, that they're in logical order in the JS console, yet still get inserted in the wrong order when I run the code.    How can I get the array in the console to insert values correctly into the radio buttons?
