I've recently formatted the translation of a form into 5 languages, and my client notes that I've added translated tooltips to all of the form fields, but the signature field still has the words "Click to sign" in English. I suspect that this is part of the Adobe Sign infrastructure, and there' s no way for me to change this "Click to sign" text. Am I incorrect? Is there a way to change "Click to Sign" to custom text I input myself in Acrobat? Or, alternately, a way to mark this field as Vietnamese, or Arabic, or Russian? 

I have this pdf file:data.pdf, I don't know how it was created. When I copy the text from this pdf and paste it somwhere else it shows boxes instead of the text. I think it has to do something with its encoding or font-ECQMlV+Helvetica (Embedded Subset)       Type: TrueType (CID)       Encoding: Identity-HZZSOZT+Helvetica-Bold (Embedded Subset)       Type: TrueType (CID)        Encoding: Identity-HPlease help me to copy paste the text.

From time to time, I meet pdf like this one:https://www.warco.co.uk/img/cms/WM14%20Operators%20Manual%20&%20Parts%20List_1.pdfWhen I try  to find let say the word MANUAL, it does not find it.  When I try to copy the word MANUAL and paste it to the search windows, it is not readable.  When I try File-Save as Text, the result is unreadable.What is wrong with this pdf? Can I repair it somehow?

Hi Community, Hope this post finds you well. I'm having an issue reading a PDF document in Adobe Acrobat reader DC and it shows bunch of circles and squares for some text content. (this happens on all machines for all users)  If the same problematic document is opened in NitroPDF or Acrobat DC Pro or even chrome browser the text is displayed correctly. This problematic document was created from  merging two other source documents using Acrobat DC Pro and both source documents looks fine in any of the  readers (reader ,pro,chrome etc). This happens on regualr basis but not all the times.   The problem reading is only with Adobe acrobat reader and we cant ask our customers to buy DC Pro or Nitro PDF because they are not able to read some text.Kinldy suggest screen shots belowProblematic document ;   

How do I create a 'submit' button where after the questionnaire has been completed, the user can click the submit button and have an auto generated email created for those users who need to receive the responses?

Hi all, i've been reviewing previous posts from a couple of years back and people have talked about how to turn off the blue colour in pdf editable fields which i've done.  But, when I upload a document to another software and go to fill in the form, the fields are still blue?  Has Adobe created a fix for this since 2022?  Thanks.

Buenos días,tengo una licencia perpetua de Acrobat Pro, y como desde Adobe no me han podido dar soporte, me han derivado a la comunidad. Intento instalar el programa después de desistalar todo lo anterior, pero al parecer quedan rastros y no me funciona, he usado AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021 para eliminar instalaciones anteriores, pero tampoco funciona.Es decir, cuando instalo el programa, me pide iniciar sesión, lo hago, le pongo el numero de serie, y después me lanza una pantalla de error, de la cual pongo imagen.Entiendo que tiene que ser por restos de instalaciones antiguas, pero no lo consigo, incluso he intentado quitar todo a mano del registro de windows.Espero que me podais ayudar.Muchas gracias por leer. 

Hello,i have Creative Cloud plan active and use it on my 2 Macs. Now i installed a new Windows PC for some printers and need only Acrobat Pro on this.Can i active a Acrobat Pro plan on this pc, with same account that i use for creative cloud plan?Mac 1 (creative cloud)Mac 2 (creative cloud)Win 1 (Acrobat Pro)I know that can deactivate 1 Mac and use Creative Cloud (then Acrobat) on Windows...but is a continuos of "prepare graphics file on mac and sent to windows pc only to print"...so Active-deactive-active-deactive isnt a good expirience.  Thanks a lot!

Hi all.i have produced a catalogue in indesign and exported as an interactive pdf. It has images that are opened via buttons but hidden until the button is clicked. when I view the pdf in Apple preview or iBooks all the hidden images are seen on top of my catalogue page.what can I do to stop this, it looks fine in acrobat.

Hello, i have created a price list with calculated fields. I use a1. check box_1,2. Price_2 (this.getField("Price_2").value = "6495";)3. and Calc_2 (this.getField("Price_2").value;) It worked perfectely , but now i want to add check boxes and what i am trying. All the numbers in my pricelist go to 0000. Can someone help me?

Depuis ce jour il ne m'est plus possible d'imprimer un document de puis le logiciel, j'ai toujours ce message d'erreur : "Le document n'a pas pu être imprimé. Prière d'utiliser notre page d'aide pour résoudre ce problème." Suite à cela, j'ai mis à jour le Micro logiciel de l'imprimante, j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Adobe Acrobat pro, puis j'ai fais la dernière mise à jour. J'ai tenté également d'imprimer d'autres documents. Tout cela, sans succès, le message d'erreur s'affichant toujours au moment de lancer l'impression.  Version Acrobate Pro : 2024.004.20272  A noter qu'avec d'autre logiciel, les impresions se font sans souci.  

Lorque j'ouvre un doucment PDF et que j'y apporte des modifications, je ne suis pas capable d'enregistrer le fichier modifier. La seule option est "enregistrer sous". Ainsi dès que je fais une modification, je dois enregistrer un nouveau fichier. Pourquoi, comment faire pour régler le problème ?Merci 

Quando efetua uma alteração num documento que está no OneDrive, a mesma não fica refletiva no documento. Ou seja, se aceder ao documento via Adobe, sim, vejo a alteração, mas se aceder diretamente ao Onedrive não vejo qualquer alteração.

hi i am not able to validate the signature in the PDF

I have the problem, after updating my Win11, that my adobe pro, after I have opened the program, that it always crashes on the message that appears about "that I must accept the terms and conditions".This message does not appear immediately. I can still open my pdf documents and work on them or adjust them for x-time, but then this message keeps popping up and I cannot continue until I have accepted these conditions.The problem is that I want to accept these conditions, but when I press the accept button, the screen flashes and nothing else happens.I can then only close the program via the task manager.Does anyone know what is wrong and how to solve this please?

Hello Is there currently an issue with the Adobe Document Cloud? For the last 24 hours I've been trying to share a PDF for comments via the desktop version of Acrobat but the system is very glitchy.  On some attempts to share a PDF, the 'Preparing shared file' message appears but the file never shares.  On occasions when the PDF does share with members of my team, they are sometimes unable to make comments on the document via their browser as it says that 'Comments can't be added - file is shared for viewing only', even though the file shows that commenting is enabled.  When attempting to open a shared file in desktop Acrobat, sometimes the file will load and show comments, other times it'll fail to connect to Document Cloud.  Finally, while attempting to view shared files through adobe.com/files, intially the page will load but no files will be visible, only a progress bar. I shared a PDF of a book I'm working on with the author to get their comments and edits. it seems if she works on the PDF for a few minutes and then takes a break, I get a notification email after each session which is starting ot overload my inbox. Is there a way to turn off the email notifications so that I just get one when she is done? It's a 200 page book and she's only through about 40 pages and already I've gotten 10 or 15 email notifications. I like the shared feature but the email notifications are too much. Thanks--1st time using this feature so not familiar with all the nuances

Hello. I have Acrobat Pro 64-bit.After installing the update 23.008.2042, the colour palettte in the highlight properties is shown very small. Attached a snapshot of the occurence. Before this update, the size was normal and easy to select a colour. The last update 23.008.20458 did not fix this issue. The occurence remains with either "Use system setting 240 pixels/inch " or "Custom resolution 110 pixels/inch" in "Preferences / Resolution" settings. Thank you in advance.

I have added some pages to my Acrobat document and want to duplicate some horizontal fields across to them but when I do so they are vertical, not horizontal. I have no idea why or how to change this - does anyone know? Thank you.

Buenos días, actualmente y  en dos ordenadores distintos, tengo instalados correctamente 3 certificados digitales de la FNMT. Recientemente he renovados uno de ellos y mi sorpresa es que no se puede firmar con él,  ya que pese a estar correctamente instalado, no aparece en el momento de la firma. Hemos seguido todos los pasos que indican ustedes como posible solución, ir a Adobe Reader para actualizar la lista de certificados para poder firmar correctamente cualquier PDF. Para ello, fue a "Edición" y a "Preferencias. Allí fui a "Administrador de confianza" pulsé en "Actualizar" en el apartado de "Actualizaciones automáticas de la Unión Europea Truted Listed EUTL". Etc. Etc. Etc. Trabajo con varios profesionales del sector de gestorías y asesorías, y todos me indican exactamente lo mismo, está pasando con todos los últimos certificados que se están emitiendo desde FNMT. El problema es que en el momento de firmar un PDF en el selector de certificados sólo me apar
