Save a list of 200 word and excel sheets to convert them in PDF every month

Hello, the idea is simple but i can't manage to find a solution (on Adobe Acrobat Pro DC)

This idea would be to :

1 -

Be able to save a document with a list of word and excel files (maximum 200 pages).

I need to save this list of files because I want to update this list every month with new figures.

2-

Publish this book in PDF

In Acrobat Pro you can use a action for this. Create the action with the Action Wizard.
