Security problem

Hi,

i use the activex component acroPDF into a visual basic 6 program and i don’t able to open the PDF, when i try to open a file stored in a local network location  with the command loadfile i receive the attached message

recently i have moved my file from a windows server2008 to windows server 2016.

Please, how  can i do to workaround?
