When right clicking on an .eml file, the context for save as PDF comes up but then it creates a .log

This is for Acrobat Pro 2017.  When I went on the user's computer it started working but was wondering if anyone else has come across this.  I see there is a way to change settings for "save as"

but I don't see one for .eml files.  It may just be a hiccup, or there may be a particular email that has a font it is getting stuck on is my opinion
