Hey Community Members, It's amazing how much feedback we received in the past week few weeks. Thank you for helping us make this community healthy and thriving. My team is working diligently to resolve issues and concerns so bear with us. On a side note, we wanted to get the communities feedback on a new email template for Digests. We basically would like to show a list of conversations from a specific product in the digest. Leave a comment and let us know what you think of this WIP design.
All I get is a black box.. no way to insert images any longer.Not sure if it's a Chrome 24 issue or a forum code issue. It used to work.
After logging in to the support community, I started receiving email notifications to posts I viewed, but did not create and never commented on. In addition, the email notification says that someone has replied to my post, when, in fact, they are not my posts.

Since the new update of the "Creative Cloud Desktop App" I cannot access the creative cloud libraries. My work appears for just a second and then it says that it not be accessed. I tried all the recommended steps (restart app, delete cache, check host etc.). Anybody else with these problems? Or is there any other solution to solve this problem.
Incredibly, the Khoros forum software is explicitly disabling the use of the browser's built-in spell-checker. Chrome's spell-checker is superior to the Khoros checker in every way: It checks automatically (so you don't have to click a button), it has a better dictionary, it handles more languages. Looks like the latest anti-tracking update to Firefox is blocking these forums.
Looks like there is no way we can go to Experience Cloud from community site https://forums.adobe.com redirects us to https://community.adobe.com/ and from "community" site.. there is no link or option to go to Experience Cloud forum https://forums.adobe.com/community/experience-cloudI always have to login at communiyt site then use the direct URL to go to Experience Cloud forum. Until now, I have been copying and pasting screenshot images into forum replies without problems. Today it does not work. The image is not accepted. No error or warning messages either.

I kinda thought a blue one would be OK but I have to scroll up to top one? If I do that can I see the post I want to respond to ? Sometimes I need to reference what the last poster said and I'm not sure how to do that.I also , when I get a private mssg, don't see a "reply" button and in options I can only mark stuff as read .. no way to reply. Sorry but I would have replied privately but I don't know how to do it.Yikes.I also don't understand about the 'nested' thing... like, when I look at posts I just scroll away from top to bottom and if I see something like " look at all replies" I just click that and see more stuff... is there some secret way to see everything without clicking on that " see all stuff " or what ?? Good evening.When the private message is unread,it will notify you on the screen, but when there is unread in the notification feed,it is difficult to understand because there is no edge on the screen (when Jive was notified).Khoros Jive Especially when email notifications are turned off, it may be difficult to understandthat there was a reply or praise. Since it is not necessary to display the number of messageslike a private message, it would be helpful if you could let us know on the screenthat there is some unread notification.
As far as I can tell, there is no longer any way to link to an individual message within a thread. The date/time of each message itself is not linkable, as is customary on discussion boards, Twitter, Facebook, etc. In addition, the messages are no longer numbered either (as they were before), and may be collapsed. So... how do we direct a customer to a specific place within a long discussion? This is important. We really need a method to get back and refer to an individual message within a Forums thread (with URLs and/or numbering), as there used to be! Thanks.

More of a "nice to have" than a critical need, but it would be nice to see the name of the person who creates a new thread in a community as part of the information shown on the community page. It can't be that hard to do, since it's done when an answer is marked correct.
The verticle line to the left of the unread posts in the Notification Feed should remain there if the reply has not been read, but if you go to the Notification Feed, don't view any of the replies, and then exit or go to another thread or site, upon returning it no loner is there to indicate unread replies. For example: Without clicking on the unread message and returning to the Notification Feed:
In many threads screen dumps form users are the key of being able to help users. In the old forum people could upload images and one could easily *see* the parameters in let´s say the Export Settings dialog in Premiere Pro. If someone upload an image today it is impossible to see any setting. If i click the image it is actually smaller than is i look at the picture in the thread. It seems that the new forum do similar to what Facebook do, iow it scales down images to a size that are predefined but unfortunately impossible to use. In this thread the TS answers byroncortez but it is impossible to see the details of the Export Settings used by the TS: Glitch on 4K footage in 1080p sequence Try to read the frame size and other settings from that picture. This must be solved asap.

No Colorsync Folder I'm trying to add ICC profiles for my Canon Pixma Pro 100, but I don't have a ColorSync folder. How do I add this? Or am I missing something?
