Signing in to the Adobe Account Access app on my new phone

Adobe Account Access app error. I recently purchased a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and never used the Adobe Account Access app on this phone before. I tried signing in over a period of two days. I’ve spent countless hours trying to sign in to the Adobe Account Access app. I contacted support she suggested I sign into my account using an Incognito browser. I don’t think she understood I can sign in to my Adobe account. I can’t however sign in to the Adobe Account Access app on my Android 16 smartphone. It won’t accept the password. It won’t accept the code I recieved via SMS. It won’t accept the code sent to my email address. I’ll attach a screenshot of exactly what the error message looks like. If anybody knows what is going on or has a fix to this please hit me back. Thank you, 

PS: My phone won’t let me take a screenshot of “Sorry something went wrong. If this problem continues, wait and try again later, or contact Adobe Support for assistance”. That’s the error message I get when I try signing into the Adobe Account Access app. Thanks again,

    And can you sign in to your account via a browser? (I never used the Adobe Account Access app, and neither did I know it existed.)

    Yes. I can sign in to accounts.adobe.com no problem. However, a few years ago I set up the app from the Google Play Store: Adobe Account Access app. It’s app icon looks like a security shield  outline with a white lock in the middle and the rest in black. I forget exactly what for or how often but I’ll get a push notification to open the Adobe Account Access app and tap in the corresponding number. I can no longer sign in to the Adobe Account Access app with my password or any code. Someday, I’m going to be asked to use the Adobe Account Access app and if I can’t sign in to it I can’t open it to tap on the corresponding number. As I said that chat support AI couldn’t understand my question and I saw” connecting you to an Adobe agent, I got connected and read something like Hello: I’m so and so allow me to go over your conversation to better assist you - AI Generated, I don’t think I was chatting with a live agent.
