Hallo wir haben die Lizenz für das Bild #447036066  erworben und damit ein Banner erstellt.Bei gestalten ist es und noch nicht aufgefallen. Al jedoch der Banner im Format ca. 3x1m bei uns ankam,sahen wir drei sehr große "Flecken" auf dem Bild. Wir dachten zuerst, das es sich um Farbkleckse der Druckerei handelt, aber leider war dem nicht so. Beim genaueren Anblik der Originaldatei stellten wir fest, das das Bild von Anfang an diese Flecken enthält. Somit haben wir uns leider das Banner entstellt und können es weder verwenden noch reklamieren. Daher bitte ich Sie um Erstattung/Gutschreibung des Credits. Anbei ein Ausschnitt

Asset Number#335469427 I downloaded this .ai file and it only has one of the 12 pages as shown. I've checked layers and art boards and there are no other pages? How do I solve this please?

My supervisor contacted me asking about a charge made to our Adobe Stock Account for a stock image that was licensed in 2022 for a Halloween Project between myself and other department designers. It showed up as if it had been licensed on JAN 03 2023 when that is NOT the case. (especially not at 8PM) Please assist with this issue as I do not understand why this has happened. Or remove it so it doesn't happen again? 

HiWe signed up for a free trial of Creative Cloud All Apps, which expires in five day.    We do not want to purchase this and can't see where to cancel it.    Please helpTracey

Can any photograph that I purchase with extended licence and without the restriction of „editorial use only“ be published under a CC BY licence?- If yes, where do I find this information black on white?- If not, why?Thank you!

Dear support and community,  I was wondering about the possibility to use a modified stock image, which I'd buy under an extended license agreement and that can be used commercially, on a platform such as Eventbrite to advertise an Event showcasing a commercial service? Would Eventbrite count as a subcontractor of the licensee while the platform would not allowed to use the project in any other way or is the upload of the modified image on the platform's server not allowed at all? I'd be grateful for your legal insights.Many thanks in advance

Hello,I no longer have any adobe stock credit available. I wanted to take illustrations but I was offered to take the free version, which is weird and suddenly that's how I noticed that I had no more credits. I went to my account and I see that I have nothing left even though I paid for this month.Every month I have 40 credits from the 26th of the month. If you know where the problem comes from thank you in advance

I see this topic in the search but did not find a solution I can do on my own.  I accidently licensed #98242876.  I did not download this image and I did not delete either as I was not sure if this would be correct.   Thank you!

Can someone please advise how I initiate a chat with an Adobe support agent.  I am signed into my account but cannot see a chat option for support, the Help Feature is taking me around in circles and I am getting frustrated as I am having an issue with my Stock Licencing and cannot access content I need to download, even though I am fully paid up to both CC with a valid licence and a monthly Plan for Stock images.

Does anyone know if you can pay your monthly stock subscription invoice via a corporate bank account instead of by credit card? 

I am having a problem when I want to activate my trial month on Adobe Stocks, I get a system error message back.They just tell me to try again later, or contact support.The problem is that I need the files pretty quickly, and I can't find where I can contact support.Can you help me please ?

I'm currently contracted to write an academic book for Oxford University Press. It will have approximately 70 photos, a limited run (<250,000), and none of the photos will take up more than half a page. Is a standard license ok for this?

How can I filter out the images  at stock.adobe.com.The quality of the images is too overdrawn for me and would like to clearly filter out the AI images from the search mask.Can you make this possible. There, would only have to be a small check mark in the search mask programmed.

I am really concerned with the number of stock images that come across as really inappropriate. I was surprised, while creating, to find a very sexual image of a woman in nudity, everything showing. This is only because I wasn't expecting to find something so sexual in nature on Adobe itself. It didn't bother me, I was just a little surprised; however, as I've looked more into it, I've learned there is a BIGGER problem. There are so many images of girls who look WAY underage in Adobe Stock. I've looked at previous discussions and seen THIS  stock was reported, but is still standing and it is mild in nature to some other images I've come across in adobe stock while working in express. The worse part is, I do not see any option to report images when you come across something so terrible. I know I can't be the only one bothered by this.

Hello, I accidentally licensed image #348439055 - could I please undo somehow? I was browsing and suddenly the image was licensed. It should be done better in UX. I'd like to contact support in chat, but I really can't find the chat anywhere on the adobe support website! Really frustrating.

When I try to License&Download a template from the Essential Graphics > Adobe Stock > Free section, it says "An error occured during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again." I tried another asset without downloading and then it says "This asset cannot be licensed." I closed&open Premiere Pro again, and downloaded templates seems as didn't downloaded.How can i solve this?   (moderator added Premiere Pro to the subject for clarity)
