Hi, has anyone received a license agreement for the b-footage that you downloaded or do we only need to give a credit and/or only need to use Adobe Stock logo in the credits?

I sell digital nursing notes & I want to copyright my notes. Yet, I also include medical images from Adobe stock (I have a standard license). Am I able to legally copyright my work even with the Adobe stock images?Plus, the images are NOT the primary asset and center of my notes. They're only for visual purposes. My information/words are the primary asset

Howdy, I struggle to comprehend adobe stock licensing.Im looking at an item i would like to use in my project for commercial purposes. For example, this one here:https://stock.adobe.com/ro/search/free?filters%5Bcontent_type%3Avideo%5D=1&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aaudio%5D=0&filters%5Binclude_stock_enterprise%5D=0&filters%5Bis_editorial%5D=0&filters%5Bfree_collection%5D=1&k=hexagonal+pattern&order=relevance&safe_search=1&limit=100&search_type=filter-select&search_page=1&get_facets=1&asset_id=323578110 It says License for Free. So, can i use this item in my project for commercial purposes, like for example creating some video presentation with it?  Another question i have is for the Extended License.https://stock.adobe.com/ro/search?k=hexagonal+pattern&search_type=recentsearch&asset_id=237092310 This one here. I have to purchse the extended license, like 65 smakaroonies for this one single item to use on my come

can i refund and why i cancel you take 3431.49 baht on my account??????and how to cancel my card to atomatic bill

This is strange. If I search for marble fox from within adobe stock images I get just one photo, but if I search from Google for marble fox adobe stock, I get a page which shows me 56 images and another one which allows me to download 79 images. If I cant trust the adobe image search, what is the point? I can download all of the pictures but only by going to google first.Any ideas why this is happening? I feel like Im missing out on a lot of images because the search isnt showing me them.

Hi, can someone help me? I don't know why I received a bill for $35.99, since I didn't use anything. And now I can't cancel my plan in Adobe Stock

I licensed a image by mistake , can you guys remove the last one?I use a Wacom tablet and sometimes I happen to double click on things by mistake since I'm still mastering how to use the pen...I would really apreciate if you guys could remove the last set of images named ' branding ' its a set of black and white stuff if not I understand, thanks !

I can post a video that includes Adobe Stock audio tracks to YouTube. Each licensed track comes with a license validation code. When you post a video with Adobe Stock audio tracks, you may receive a YouTube copyright claim. You must submit an Adobe Stock license code for every licensed track. Is this mean that I need transfer license for the client?  And what that, do I need pay for asset again ?

Can I use photos or illustration or any assets of Adobe stock (standard licence) to design web or mobile pages using XD ? Do I give the client photos of Adobe stock (standard licence) for design and XD file?

Is YouTube is social media or video platform? Can I use photos of Adobe stock ( standard license) to create video to add it on YouTube? As (standard license) :   post the asset to a website or social media site with no limitation on views.

I downloaded from Adobe Stock for 8 plan credits each what I thought were editable mogrt files or something of that nature, but all it gave me are mov files and it's not even an Alpha Matte with transparancy.  I took screen shots of what these assets were.  Is there any way to use them in my Premiere or After Affects projects?  Thank you so much!Katherine

I was browsing and within seconds I had accidentally clicked, begun downloading and licensing an image - there was no prompt or question of whether I was sure and now I've used one of my 3 monthly images. Can I undo this? And is there a way to ensure a prompt so accidents like this don't keep happening? I work off of a laptop without a mouse and double clicking is easier to do than not.

I paid an adobe Stock subscription for several years but did not use it. Now I have ended my subscription, but I would like to use some of the images I paid for those years. Unfortunately, I can't buy anything. Is it lost?

I'd like to use a stock image as an NFT (digital art), I would only use the image for one NFT not many. I would add a few words to the image, nothing in bad taste or disrespectful. Am I allowed to do this if I get an Extended License for $79.99? I believe I am but I just want to make sure. Vince

Hi, I would like to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription, but would like to know if I still have access afterwards to my account and all photos I have licensed so far for download?  Thank you very much for your reply in advance.  Best regards, Caroline

The legal says I can get written consent from the artist, but how do I contact them to do this?

Hello, for a school project I tried using the Creative Cloud but immediately cancelled all trial subribtions within the mandatory time period (February). Now I've noticed, that I am paying for some sort of Stock Photo Package that I DID NOT order on purpose and also I have checked twice if all subscriptions are inactive. This was the case. Now it shows up in my account and  I get billed for something that I didn't order and never needed in the first place. This feels a lot like being scammed which I didn't expect from a company like Adobe. Can please someone help to fix this.

I purchased the clip "Scary Dark Castle" AdobeStock_56581200, it is supposed to be HD but the clip I received is unusable, very soft and blurry and definitely not HD resolution. Is it possible to get a refund?

I have accidentally purchased an enhanced license for the image stock 443924278. I do not intend to use this enhanced license version of the image, I just want to use the standard license version of the image. Therefore, is there any possibility of having my 750 credits re-added to my account please?

I posted a while ago about reporting images that have issues on Stock.Adobe.com and was told this is the best place to do so. I'm not certain if this one falls enough in the gray area to be "okay" or not, so I figured I would bring it up. I'm currently looking for kids' coloring pages to give them an activity to do while they wait at an event. My search results included this -https://stock.adobe.com/images/funny-stoner-coloring-page/503350604I'm not certain if it violates Nintendo's licensing directly enough to be a problem, but it's pretty obvious what branded characters it's directly referencing. It also seems sketchy that it shows up under a search for "Kids Coloring Page" (Safe Search is on, though I'm not certain if that would matter for this kind of imagery), since it's depicting smoking and paraphanelia of something that's both age-restricted and illegal in many places. (Apologies in advance if this ends up in the wrong part of the forums and needs moved - I've had the

A vacation rental is advertised on airbnb. For the picture gallery there, a picture of an elderly couple with a dog is required. Can I use stock.adobe images? Does the photographer have to be credited and is a standard license sufficient?

Hi allI have a client that wants to do some fun stickers as a small piece of branding. They want a Gorrilla on the stickers. If I was to use a stock image and manipulate / customise it - would I/they need to purchase a standard license or an extended license? The stickers would be a free giveaway, they would not be looking to sell them. They would probably want to use the customised Gorrilla image on other digital branding (social/web etc )Regards

If I design social media posts using Photoshop, and used Adobe stock photos in designs. Do I can provide the client designs in PNG , PSD?  Do I can provide the client Adobe stock photos (standard license) for designs if he wanted ?
