Hi, I purchased a premium image by mistake on Adobe Stock. We are on a team plan with 750 credits pm. I do not need the image, can someone help me unlicensed the image please so we can get some credits back for the month?

Anyone else been charged for an adobe stock subscription they don'y want  and didnt ask for? I am on an Adobe plan, and I did not want to pay for Adobe Stock. They have just taken off 23 pounds from my account and I would like a refund. I am to be honest, pretty shocked. The promotion of the Adobestock plan is misleading, I assumed it was part of my existing adobe plan which I have for photoshop. Refund please.

I find Adobe Stock incredibly frustrating. I pay monthly for 10 credits. Dec, Jan, and Feb, I paid $30 a month. In that time I licensed 3 items. I checked the invoices, and I paid.  I have 0 available credits. I cannot access any customer support Why

Hi, a colleague has licensed this image AdobeStock_461362851.It is very low quality. Metadata indicates it is a scan from a film camera shot in 1988.Regardless of the fact that it was scanned at large dimensions, the original image was apparently low quality by current standards and is unusable for the large format artwork it was licensed for. Please advise.Thank you.

Hello All, I am having a hard time with the Adobe Stock search engine. I am searching for Product Catalog templates, filtering my results to show InDesign templates.The search results are showing me about 50% catalogs, and 50% brochures, portfolios, company profiles, etc... giving me about 26 pages of inflated and largely useless search results. Is there a way to force the engine to ONLY show files with the word "catalog"?  Thanks!

I work for a marketing department that uses stock assets for presentations to the footwear industry, and AI generated art is turning Adobe Stock into a minefield. I am wasting time scrutinizing photos of generic shoes for weird aberrations in design and human anatomy. Please require an "AI Art" or "AI Generated" tag on all artwork that qualifies, so it can be excluded from search results. Thank you.

Ich habe gesehen, dass ich Bilder mit einer Standard-Lizenz nicht als Motive für "Handelswaren" wie Kaffeetassen etc. verwenden darf.Bei den digitalen Produkten handelt es sich allerdings um ausdruckbare oder rein digitale PDFs, bei denen  Stock-Bilder nur einen Teil der Gesamtkomposition darstellen (steht nicht für sich).Es würde sich auch um sehr geringe Stückzahlen zu sehr niedrigen Preisen handeln.Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!Benjamin

How can I share an Audio Stock library folder with others, in a way that enables the recipient of the link to listen in on the tracks I selected? I can create a link, but when others click on it, they see the tracks, but cannot listen to them.

How do i return a stock image? I purchased this image 255317038  because that and the others like it said "vector" in the title, and it was a jpg. This is misleading and adobe should not permit contributers to misidentify their images so that we download them by mistake.  I cannot find how you report an image or how you request a credit anywhere so I am posting here. Please advise.

This is just to say I'm very disappointed that Adobe has chosen to take up AI art as it very clearly harms our community. Second, I hope they provide an appropriate tool to filter generated items out of their stock catalog. I have no interest in using it in my commercial work and find it annoying to browse their catalog as a result. I would be happy to switch my service to a provider that does not include AI-generated work if they won't. Sure I'm not alone on this.

Only content that has been properly labeled can be selected for inclusion in content highlight galleries, customer research requests, and other promotional materials. I recently downloaded a stock image that I assumed was vector art based on the appearance and no mention of AI-generated in the title or tags only to find this was a generated image, is there a way of reporting or flagging these as it is not possible from the preview to determine these are no vector art.Below is an example that appears to be a vector but once zoomed in has prominent AI-generated artefacts:   This is very disappointing in terms of quality control on the platform. 

I am on a 10 image per month plan and I belive I had about 3 images available. But now I go to download an image and it says I have to buy the image. When I check the account, it says "No Plan". Yet, when look at all my Adobe plans, it shows that I have an active Adobe Stock plan with the next payment on March 3. I don't understand why it's saying "No Plan".
