Hi I accidentally purchased adobe stock credits, please remove
I am creating 1 'white label' video for a client who will then re-brand this video for several of their clients. Nothing will change in the video, except the logo that appears on it. Is this covered by the one-off standard licence I have bought for both the video clips and music track OR do I need to upgrade the video stock licences and music track licence to enhanced or extended licences? My aim is to pay ONCE for multiple re-brands as my client will not want to go through the admin of paying for a new licence every time the video is simply rebranded.
Viele Grüße A.J.
I accidentally licensed an insanely expensive image for 48 credits!#486615448 Static images all usually cost about 1 credit, and there's no way I would use this fairly innocuous image for that sort of cost! How can I recoup these costs?
I have active subscription for #10 Adobe Stock Images monthly. For last few days I don’t see any images in my Library. - https://stock.adobe.com/pl/Library/I tried some help on Adobe chat support, but they couldn’t help me. I have cleaned the cache, turned off add-blocks and antivirus – loggedin on Google Chrome browser as usual. I have also tried the same procedure on Ms Edge browser.I have also tried the same procedure on other computer – My Library is still empty. Even when I download new licensed items from stock – they don’t appear in Library. This issue really makes my work difficult. Can you please solve this issue? Best regards,Maja Żyluk | TypoEdition
Dear Adobe Stock Team. I just downloaded 27 illustrations, worth 324 credits, and got sent a download link. In the zip file sent are only 17 illustrations. What happended to the rest - how can I get them without downloading the rest singularly?
So I paid on December 1 or 2 after, presumably my trial was over, and I believe I canceled the plan because it's not showing up in my Adobe plans. I even checked my statements to see if I was charged after that month and I didn't anything. It was until today that I suddenly saw I was charged. Does anyone have this problem and can someone please help me with this? I don't know if I canceled the plan or not.
Do I can use photos of Adobe stock in more than design if I still learn and practice and put the designs on behance?
I accidentally licensed #94925804. I deleted the file using a screen in Adobe Stock, but the system doesn't show a credit on my unused images. Is there a way to get a credit for the image I accidentally licensed, haven't used, and have deleted?
I purchased six images with an extended license and I would like to use them on a game that I am designing at GameCrafter.com. The game site requests receipts showing that I have purchased the extended licenses for these images. But Adobe Stock does not issue such receipts. My only receipt is a receipt for my payment to the subscription service. The best I can apparently do is to provide the game site with a screen shot of the relevant portions of my license history. This seems like a very awkward, insecure and potentially time-consuming way of proving my right to the images. I suppose GameCrafter will accept it, but it seems makeshift. Since the whole point of a stock photo site is to grant licenses, I think it should be easier to prove to others that one has actually done so, without having to compile a set of screenshots for the purpose. Is there any other way for me to prove my ownership of my images except by taking screen shots of the releve
Hello! I am pretty new to Adobe Stock so i have a few questions. We are trying to create an ebook for educational purposes. It will be available for free to download for anyone around the world. We expect great number of people to download it. But we will gain no profit from it in any way.We use a lot of our own photos and artworks but for some places we would like to use Adobe Stock images. These AS photos would be added to the book pages to illustrate what the text is about on the page. We would like to use around 20-50 images in total in the book that has more than 100 pages (most times these photos would be placed in small size next to a text, rarely would it be bigger). My questions are the following:Which license should i use in this case? (ebook with probably many readers but its free so we gain no profit from it)How to credit? (we credit all our photos at the end of the book in a Credit page, is that okay in this case?)Can I make minimal adjustments to photos? Such as
This is a question for adobe support, whom I can not seem to be able to contact. I am stuck in an infite loop; when i try to cancel my free trial, it tells me that social sign in is not supported for this application and tells me to reset my password. I then reset my password, and it gives me the same message and prompts me to reset my password. I have also tried changing my email in my account settings with the same results. My Adobe account is linked to my Google account. I noticed that there is a link to contact customer support included in the reset password emails, but when I click on it I get a 404 page. The customer support page via the Adobe website is not helpful; my issue is not listed and there is no option to contact a human being that I could find. If anyone has experienced and resolved this issue, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Today I downloaded an image I needed for a charity poster. In the preview, it looked fine. But it turns out it has been generated by AI and it is covered in "watermarks" where the AI has clearly referenced watermarked images when creating it. It's TERRIBLE! I can't use it, yet it's cost me a credit on my account. How do I go about getting a refund and reporting it? I've gone around in circles trying to find a way to complain. How it got past the checks to be on the site is beyond me.
AI artwork (really really bad works) are flooding have taken over Stock and it's becoming increasingly difficult to sift through to find what I'm actually looking for. This isn't about stepping into the debate about the validity of generated art, but just let me filter the garbage out of searches. It's getting harder and harder to jusitfy a subscription when the only thing that I'm gaining is lost time looking for quality resources. At a quick glance this image is better than most. But on a closer look, it's just poorly made trash. This dog with a leash looks as if something unfortunate has happened to the left side of it's mouth, the leash is a mess, and has a bottle opener / churchkey on the end of it instead of a clip, and why is there an ear piece from glasses sticking out the side of the dog's muzzle? Please, label the artwork as generated and us a way to filter it out. Thank you.
Estou a tentar cancelar a minha subscrição à imenso tempo, e não me permite. Tenho valores em falta, mas poucos dias após terminar os 30 dias de usufruto gratuito da aplicação, e não deu. Como posso proceder?
I've seen a few contradicting answers online as to whether a boolean search will exclude generative AI images, but in practice, it doesn't seem to work. These are very quickly overwhelming the database, and there needs to be a quick, easy way to filter them out when needed.
The vast majority of this users pictures are generative AI, but none are tagged as they should havehttps://stock.adobe.com/be_en/search?creator_id=211154203Almost everything except maybe people photos are 100% Midjourney@Contributor1 take a lookI see a raising problem with not tagging content as AI in Adobe stock. Ignoring this issue devalues all originally created content in the store.
User Artofinnovation is uploading ai generative content and not tagging it properly. At the time of this posting it looks like every asset uploaded in their last 45 pages of uploads are all ai-generative. Some are tagged properly, but most aren't. I have gotten this error message for 3 weeks now. "Error We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.: I've been connected to tech services 2 times with no resolution. the last time I was simply told I would :get a call back" when they've found the problem. That was a week ago. I seem to be out of options. Is my only choice to quit Adobe Stock? I just started here after almost 15 years of using Pond5. I've never had anywhere this typoe of dificulty there...
If I learn individuals social media posts in course, or on YouTube. Do I can provide them photos of designs which are photos of Adobe stock (standard license). ?
Why can I not remove this image, I dont want to use adobe stock, I have not signed up for trial. I accidentally clicked an image to see how it works, there was no confirmation and Adobe stock image is now not removable from my plan image number #482292579 - image is not being used anywhere. Please remove as I even tried to cancel my subscription but decided against it and now I am writing in forums as there is no way to contact adobe directly to get this resolved, what a headache - please help!
Do not try Adobe Stock. I was charged for so many months and had to even pay a cancellation fee. It is a real scam because the price is exactly the same a Creative cloud subscribtion on your credit card bill so you wont notice. Shame on you Adobe. I will find every way to stop using your products
I just noticed that I have been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock on april 3 2023. I did not buy the free trial or use it. My plans are the free plans of creative cloud and adobe acrobat. I should not have this charge and need my money back. I do not use this at all and never agreed too.
