Hi Adobe,I bought the wrong Image., ugh! The one I bought is very similar to the one I need. When my staff saw it they made me aware that it was the wrong one. Is there a way I can replace it or get a credit to get the correct one?Thanks!

Hello. I only ever applied for the student package from adobe, but i just noticed ive been charged with bills from Adobe Stock for several months. When i tried to cancel it, they wanted a cancellation fee that was super high. I never wanted Stock and I feel like Ive been fooled by Adobe to subscribe. I want to use these in AE for a video and the quality is impossible to work with. Is there anything I need to update to import this in a better quality format?

Good morning,I have two questions, concerning stock items:  I want to use an image/illustration on a workheet, that I offer on my website. The main content is, for example, learning multiplication. Therefore are several excercises and explanations on the sheet. The image (or sometimes images) is mainly for the aesthetics. Do I need an extended license, or is a standard license sufficient, as the stock item is not the main part of the sheet? Does it make a difference, of I offer the Sheet for free or if I demand a small fee for it? I read, when I use stock images on a website, blog, … I have to write the source under each stock image I use. Does this apply to any website, or only when I write about daily news, current events? Thanks for your assistance!

I have assigned a user the adobe stock product and sent them the access link, but it does not reflect this change in their account. I double-checked in the admin console and the adobe stock product is assigned to them.

Folgende Fehlermeldung erscheint: No download packs available (download #545258687; license #1; license type #5; product #213598874....... ) Ich benötige dringend Hilfe! Schön wäre es, jemanden mal anrufen zu können, der schnell helfen kann, wenn man schon jeden Monat über 50€ fürs Abo zahlt!!! Danke

Hi, About a year ago we decided to get an Adobe stock subscription. While checking our Adobe invoices, I noticed that we have been paying for two Adobe stock subscriptions since Augusts 2022. I've tried canceling the subscription using those links:- Een proefversie of lidmaatschap van Adobe annuleren: no Adobe stock subscriptions are shown here (screenshot 1)- Admin console: products:Adobe stock products are not active here (screenshot 2) Then I tried the Adobe chat service to help me out, but the moment I type 'Cancel subscription', it doesn't reply to my messages any more (screenshot 3).  So the question remains: how can I get rid of this subscription? 

When I go to download these images: 85645148 and 85635797I get this error code: {"error":"Internal Server Error","code":"000","case":"82914a495ad650c0b11859762a5ff8e2"}It is only on those two images I have purchased. I have tried different browsers, clearing my browser history, downloading from my license history. Nothing works and no one on my team can dowload them either. 

You have taken a payment for the trial of adobe stock before the date advised, without giving me the full amout of time to change my mind. I'd like my money refunded please.

I would like to ask about licensing for ebook and print book cover.   Can I use the adobe as my primary image for book cover? Ex. main character of the book. Does all your image royalty free? Does book covers with non-editorial image still considered as 'editorial works'? Do i need to credit the artist and adobe stock for non editorial images? Does the limitations of print runs with 500k for print books are also same for ebooks? I only need a cover for ebook, no print cover, does the limitation also 500k?
