We are looking to sell prints using adobe stock photos but we are curious about the licensing. We will purchase the extended license once we have sold a print - but we wanted to hold off on actually getting that license until a print is sold. Can we advertise to sell the print with the standard license until we sell it - and at that point we would buy the extended license.

Hi all, I subscribed to Adobe last year and paid 35 euros in October at the end of a free trial.  The content isn't great for me and I can't afford 35 euros a month, so they offered me 10 files a month for 2,57 euros a month over a year.  I signed up to this but would now like to cancel.  The cancellation policy states that a cancellation fee representing half of the remaining sum over the contract is applicable.  So 2.57 x 6 =15.42.  But, when I try to cancel, they insist that the cancellation fee is 163.23 euros.  I can't believe it, I don't understand how they came up with such a huge amount.  Please help!

I have downloaded 438865971 &250477835 by mistake. I wanted to see a larger view of the image & clicked on the pop up to buy the licence. This is not the first time this has happened its really annoying.

I downloaded this image a few minutes ago: #281735031. I admit it was my mistake not to look at the file type, but it is ridiculous to provide an "icon pack" as a JPEG--a lossy file, and nearly everything I've downloaded recently has come with a file-type option popup, so I was expecting the same this time. Instead it downloaded this useless file. I don't want a bunch of icons I have to rebuild in illustrator. I could have done that without using a credit. Please take it back and return my credit. I can't find cancel button anywhere.  

I bought images from Stock and put into my Library. Then I downloaded it for use. However the download name is xxxxxx.jpg.part and I do not have any application that will open it up. And I want just a plain jpg that I can move and use anywhere which is what I thought I paid for.How do I download the image in just a plain .jpg extension?4Jc1ER8R.jpg.part  this is what I get and cannot use.Here is the only place I know to go to download and cannot see where I can change the .jpg.part 

I just got off the phone with Adobe support. I was attempting to cancel my Adobe Stock account. The guy asked why I was cancelling. I said "I don't use if enough to justify its expense." He replies, "I see that you have used all of your allocated photos, so that is not the reason." Seriously? I explained that I had downloaded all of my allocated stock images (mostly abstract background art) within the last two days because it said that I would lose them otherwise if I cancelled. Then, he tries to charge me over $100 to cancel, despite that fact that I had already been paying on it for a full year. I guess I'm getting screwed by the fine print - all I remember from signing up was "30 day trial, cancel any time." – very unhappy with Adobe customer service.

Hi there! Does anyone know how I can stop my new assets from automatically downloading when I first license them? Every time I click license, it downloads the image immediately, but I just want to license them to my Library without downloading. I used to be able to do this, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it now. Thanks in advance!

Is it just me, or are others finding it difficult to manage clients' accounts for reimbursement billing purposes?I've been using Adobe Stock for some time now and I've yet to find what image was purchased per invoice or order number.  All I see is an order number with zero details; I need to know what specifically was purchases per order number.  Is that detail hiding and I just don't see it?  Unfortunately the order number has nothing to do with the image stock number.Thx.

A coworker just noticed a stock photo I used in a presentation that my be misspelled. I have no idea what language "Equility" is but the photographer is from Norway (according to a Flickr presence).    Luckily I found the similar photo from the same photographer with the correct spelling, downloaded and photoshoped it in.       I'm asking to please have submissions key words include location and language. Product ID - 127601128 is available as a JPG while it's actually a mockup. How do I edit it this way? Is there an alternate where a PSD / PSDT file is listed?

Hi,I recently paid and downloaded this video stock in 4K:https://stock.adobe.com/fr/video/soaring-up-dandelion-seeds-on-black-background-4k/268880634?prev_url=detail(The clip reference is: AdobeStock_268880634)However, we couldn’t open the file in Premier, Quicktime, or encode it so it was unuseable. It was needed for an urgent project so in the end we couldn’t include it. Hi there,I've accidentally downloaded a Premium Photo on my company account that used 100 credits, not 1 credit per usual. This was completely unintentional! I did not mean to download on my company account and also never would've downloaded knowing it was 100 credits as opposed to 1 credit. Hello all,   I'm planning on writing a book that will use stock images/vectors that I'll buy enhanced liceses for. All being well, I intend to sell the rights of this book to schools/publishers (which will naturally include the enhanced images I will pay for).    As far as I can tell, there shouldn't be any issues for me (or anyone who buys the book I make) as resale and distribution is covered by the enhanced licence, but I'm worried I'm missing something.   I tried the AI chat, but I couldn't get the answer I was looking for, so if anyone has any insight or experience, I'd be very grateful.   Thanks!   [moderator corrected the topics, this is not an API question]
