HI, Thank you very much for you help   I'm a little confused on how Stock works with team members.I would like to use Stock for teams. I currently don't have any adobe products and neither do my employees.So let's  pretend I buy an Adobe Stock for Teams subscription just  for me and I become the administrator.Question: Can I invite my employees to join my team and give them access even if they are not paying for any adobe products?I guess what I am saying is do my employees have to be adobe paying customers to be able to join my team and access stock photos?Thanks again

The template I bought was for a 'fairy dust' credits yet the one that shows up Premier Pro is like an atom burst. I am not able to use ID or PS, I want to download only images that are JPG, GIF, PNG   How do I do this in Stock?

HI, have purchased a number of line drawings such as: 178617145 From RetroColoring.com (this is not a live website but author name)My question is are they available as a simple single line path, when I go to adjust them the setup seems to be far more complex. If not is there a way to convert them to a single path?Secondly I would like to use them in after effects and  have them draw from left to right, I can see some are available as videos but not all. Is it possible to purchase video of the ones not showing in Adobe Stock and if not is there an easy way to automate the effect I'm after?Can't find any contact into on Adobe for the illustrator or company who did them 'RetroColouring' to ask.Thanks in advance.Leigh.

I am thinking about purchasing an Adobe stock subscription for a year, but I want to know if I can keep the photos I download after the year is over and the subscription is ended. I guess that would be 120 photos for the whole year with the $29.99 a month subscription.

Seriously I paid that subscription fee every month and now I lose the images as well.  Seriously this is disgusting.

Hello!I would like to know how I could buy an unique image on adobe stock with the proper license for enterprises.My account already is for enterprises, however, if I click on "buy license and save...", it automatically comes with the correct license?I've read the terms, but I didn't understand where I should click to buy the image with the enterprise license.Thank you,Jéssica.

I'm really upset about this, I've just noticed charges on my card and have tracked it back to Adobe Stock. I had so many emails and banners telling me to use my 10 free images, so I logged in and downloaded 10 images, now apparently I have a subscription?! I'm always very careful about cancelling free trials in time but I didn't see a single warning that this would happen, and I most definitely didn't get an email to say my trial was ending, that payment would taken or that I was signing up for a YEAR on monthly payments almost double what I pay for creative suite as a student. I'm gutted and I do not want this service. Please can someone help me.

I would like to subscribe a monthly plan but I need a clarification about these two points:- I will download mockup images of product (coffee mugs, t-shirts etc...). I'm not a producer of coffee mugs and t-shirts, I'll buy these products from a reseller. The only purpose of my mockups is to give to my customer an idea of the final product.What kind of licence I need? I would like to lodge a complaint with you in regards to the assistance request ADB-4274023-G7G1.In October 2017 I subscribed at Adobe Stock, as many others, with the tricky trial of 1-month free. I contacted support via chat, asking to cancel my subscription and I was told it wasn’t possible to cancel it without losing all the credits I paid for. So I was sort of forced to pay the annual subscription.Before it was too late to avoid the feared renewal, I contacted support and they suggested me to not cancel my subscription, but just to stop the annual subscription renewal. And so I did.The last days of my subscription I tried to download my 98 resources (which I paid about 400€ for) but an alert reported an error for a payment problem, even if I’d already paid all the subscription billing and you assured me I had the chance to download my images until the actual end of my subscription.I lost 98 resources just because of that platform error in the last chances to download the images. I have a question. If you are not allowed to use the stock videos here for Youtube videos, or in anyway someone could reuse it,  for what purpose and how would you use these stock videos?

I am trying to use a photo I purchased as part of a state license plate. What is the protocol for this, as I will need documentation / permission to use the photo/image.

I used a photo for a background image.  The only modification I did to the background image was cropped it to fit my image I placed in there.  I am still required to do the photo credit with the artist/Adobe Stock, correct?  I am sharing the image I created on social media.  I will not be making a profit from it.  The photo credit is not on the image, but in the text.  Is this acceptable?

We want to use a  stock video on our website and want to know if we can host on YouTube or Vimeo, then link to it on our website? And if that is not possible, do you recommend a WordPress plugin to protect anyone from downloading it from our website if we host on our server? Your licensing agreement is vague. Plus, we have an enhanced license to use a video on social media. Do we need to add our logo or watermark of some sort to be able to share it on our Facebook or Instagram?

Hi All,Just need confirmation - Can i resell Extended Licensed images as Wall Posters/Artwork on Ebay?Meaning i would print out the image on A0/A1/A2 Print Format and sell the printed image for profit, which i purchased from Adobe Stock (Extended License)??Is there any limitations to this? I see many others on Ebay selling Adobe Stock photos so i assume this is fine with Extended License purchase.Also - Once i purchase an extended license for an image is it mine forever? do i need to renew the license?

Hi All,I'm looking to purchase a standard image of an interior of a house, i will then edit the image to showcase my product within the standard image i will purchase, which i will then list on Ebay.I have an attached an image to show you what i mean more clearly - Where it says "my image goes here" is where i will display my product for sale (which is artwork), i will only use the stock photo for background purposes on Ebay and not to sell the image.In this case can i purchase just a standard license of the image, or do i need to buy the extended license for it?

Hi There,It's seemingly impossible to get in contact with anybody at Adobe that can answer this question... help centre is useless.We manufacture personalised chocolates for B2B clients. The personalisastion is by means of a bespoke wrapper around the chocolates/chocolate bar/box.Some of our clients will be reselling the products, some will be giving them away. They will always be sold at least once; from us to our client/intermediary.We'd like to know if a standard Adobe Stock licence would cover us to use an image in a wrapper design for our clients, to be printed in numbers of around 100 units?An extended licence wouldnt be feasible for us to buy at those quantities, so its either a standard licence or we find another way to do it, we're not just trying to save money, this is 'make or break'.I have read the licencing terms and I just wanted to check as the image wouldnt make up the main value of the product and I think this is a bit of a grey area.Does the situation above breach the
