Hi, The instructions to cancel a Stock subscription say to find your plan and hit "Manage Plan." That option doesn't exist for the trial subscription, it only says "Upgrade Plan." I don't want my plan to upgrade at the end of the cycle. Where can I cancel this?Thanks

Hi All,I would like to preface this question by saying that I have already read the License Terms & Agreements as well as the FAQs, so I'd really appreciate if you did not just refer me to those pages.  I've also read other forum posts asking similar questions, but would like a bit more clarity on how my specific intentions match up with the terms of an Extended License.  I would like to make a watercolor painting of a stock photo I found through Adobe Stock.  I paint in a realistic style, so my painting would be as close to the original photograph as my skills allow.  If I intend to make prints of my painting (wall prints, or on mugs/t-shirts etc.) to sell, would buying an Extended License of the reference photograph cover me legally?  I plan to give credit to the photographer on the prints' sale description as well. Can footage that is editorial use only be used in a fictional context with an enhanced license? For example, could I use news footage of a riot in the context of a movie about a zombie apocalypse?

Hi guys! I'm trying to purchase a stock image. When I try to purchase, I get a warning that says "Your Stock subscription has been suspended due to a problem with billing your account. To continue using the Stock service, please update your payment details." My payment details are correct, but I reenter them anyway just in case. No matter how many times I click save, it says "We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser." I've submitted multiple times and used all the web browsers I have.I'm on deadline and need to download this. Any ideas?

While browsing the Adobe Stock site, the page kept jumping around, and a photo was incorrectly licensed for my team account.The File is #206114705. We don't want this image in our list of licensed photos, how can it be unlicensed?

How long does it take to get access to download images with a Team account? Our team account payment was processed last week but we are still unable to download images using the team account license. We still have to pay for each image individually without benefit of the team account access we are paying for.

Recently got an AI/EPS file. In the past their size/quality has been decent, but as they have no file size, one has to guess at the quality, as far as I know.Anyway this was a massive collection of icons, except that the collection, when downloaded, is so pixelated and low quality that it absolutely un-usable. I'm not sure how it can be a resource stock of any kind.  I feel absolutely misled and wonder if there is a way to tell the quality on these kind of things. Other conglomerate AI files have not had such dismally low qualities, even for collections, so this was rather poor quality. File I'm unhappy with: 500 Mega set of cute kawaii emoticon face and chili pepper kawaii. Collection emoticon manga, cartoon style. Vector illu… can i get it refunded? why is it even stock at that low quality?

I work on a small magazine; 80.000 copies.I would like to buy and use images and backgrounds for differnt things in the magazine. I`m very careful about the licence so i dont use an background  or image when im not allowed.Do you have a clear exempel when i cant use for example a nice chistmas bak grund in the paper?Kind regards Anna

I have a stock image I downloaded from adobe stock: Minimal Nashville Linear City Skyline with Typographic Design - Buy this stock vector and explore similar vectors at Ado… I want to make something like this: Atlanta Skyline Invitation The issue I am facing is, how do I make the skyline itself not transparent? If I put a black background on it then it all goes black because there is no fill to the skyline but when I open it in illustrator there isn't a way to change the fill for the individual buildings. I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy stock images on demand. When I noticed the charges now months later, I immediately tried to cancel but was unable to. I never use this service. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating.

Hi,I'm working on a book about state symbols. Suppose I find public domain images of California's state flower and tree and make my own picture of the state flag. I modify the first two pictures and combine all three into a single picture that I can now claim as my own.Now suppose I purchase a picture of California's tree from Adobe. I modify it and add it to my bigger picture.What would be the proper way to legally describe the resulting picture? Can I say "Copyright David Blomstrom," or would I have to say "Copyright David Blomstrom...except for the state tree, which I purchased from Adobe"? Or should I describe the work as a "Derivative, copyright David Blomstrom," or something like that?Thak you.
