For a reason currently unknown to me, our firewall blocks the address https://as2.ftcdn.net/ , an address that seams to be used for the image previews in stock. However as no other image gets blocked, I'm wondering what's special to that address and why does Adobe not use one of Adobe's addresses (something ending with adobe.com)

I am brand new and the other day I accidentally purchased a picture by mistake by pressing the wrong button. I thought I was saving it to my library. If possible, I would like to return the license for this picture. Thanks. 179798748

Is it me?  I have not had anything like this before.. and even if it is for some strange reason locked, why would that be? Thanks for your help. I used to have a balance of images I could download from Adobe Stock. Now I have no idea if this balance still exists or was wiped away. Worse, I have no idea where to check this balance? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I purchased #93348583 but when I blow up the image I can see a diagonal red line on the middle of the image on the left side which goes across the bushes and the wall ... is this meant to be there? It looks like a flaw to me??L

Say for example on Amazon you're selling a water spray bottle, and here on the stock images there's a picture of someone using a water spray bottle. Am I able to use that picture on Amazon as one of the "product photos" with a standard license ?

I seem to be unable to cancel my subscription!  There’s is not a cancel button anywhere to be found.  This is bad business.  You should not have to make it so hard to cancel If you are a reputable company offering a good product.  I guess I will have to write this company up and cancel payment through my card.  Very unfortunat,  I may have used this again had I not had this difficult of a time.  You have now lost my business for good. 

How do I find out when a video was uploaded or posted on Adobe Stock?OrThe age of of when the video or imagery was taken?

I stumbled upon this by mistake but my grandma has been paying $30 for stock for almost a year not even realizing she signed up for it, she thought it was something that came with cc! Can someone PLEASE cancel the adobe stock subscription for us?-Liz

Trying to purchase a single image and get the choice of two "plans" that I do not need or want. Soooo, I update my payment details and still no access to purchase a single image. My last single image purchase was only a month or so ago... I saw on another forum were an Adobe person said that Adobe Stock stopped the single image purchase in February of LAST year - that is not true! When going to the sign in page for Adobe Stock, there is no option to sign in with your Google ID. I have to go to the main adobe site, login with it, and then refresh the stock site now that I was logged in on the other site. The Facebook login button is there. Can Adobe please add the Google login button on the Stock sign in page? Sign in - Adobe ID 

I just started my membership, and as I thought I was adding images to a lightbox I was in fact licensing and downloading. I did this with two images, using up my allotted 3 for the month. I have a feeling I'll be subscribing to this service soon and I wanted to know that if I ever unsubscribed from Adobe Stock, if the licenses I would have had would no longer be valid.

I really need help because i need to cancel my plan with Adobe Stock...i signed for a 40 month images just for try. I used about 3 images thani forgot about it. Do I have to have a confirmation id or something for every photo I download. Since it is a license it sounds like I'd have to have a code or something in some way shape or form. If that is the case, what would happen if you somehow lost a code or something. Would you just be out of luck. I'm still fairly new to this so I'm just curious.

You know what would be great? If people who've purchased rights to an asset had the ability to review it - with a star system and/or a comment.  Especially since the only preview you can see on most stock is a fairly small, low res image.Add to that, if there were a way to exclude a particular contributor from search results, it would help a lot with working past the ones that like to spam search terms with hundreds of almost identical images. Also, for that matter, simple Boolean operators on keywords would be awesome.  Like car+road+driving -truck -pickupAlso also? MAKE contributors who've 'shopped up the image list "photo illustration" or "manipulated" or whatever the decided term would be as a keyword.  It would be awesome to be able to remove thousands of results where someone had added a buzzword or some arty effect. I know it'd be damned near impossible to do this retroactively, but dang, it'd be nice.And, of course, that calls to mind isolated / cut out images -

HI,I licenced an image without realising that it required vector software #63918349. Is there a way of converting it to a jpeg without adobe illustrator? Or can I unlicence it?Thanks!Danielle

As silly as it sounds, I accidentally licences the same vector objects in two licenses.  They have different item numbers, and this particular seller does all they can to flood the search results - s/he has vectors where there are over thirty versions of the same object mirrored, flipped, with or without a fill or background.So, anyway, I had to buy a number of elements from this set - over 50 stock assets for this one project - it it turns out, even with the hours and hours I wasted going over every one of the 5000+ images s/he has spammed the service with, I still managed to purchase a few assets twice.  The auto-traced parchment background (they include it in hundreds of images) is licensed in several other assets I licensed, because they make it very difficult to find the clean single version of many of these - so it doesn't matter which one is returned.Is there some way to unlicense those duplicate assets?As clarification, for those who don't work in vector art applicati
