I have a client that has two websites. He wants to use some of the licensed images we added to his first website and added those images to his new website. Does he have to pay for an additional license for the images on the second site? Also, can he use the licensed images in a catalog? Is there an extra fee?Thank you.Stephanie Mondello

This is an endless feedback loop with no actual chat options.  How can I really contact someone.  I'd like to have my credits back.

Recently I contacted a rep. for Photoshop because I was having an issue where I couldn't download any stock templates from any of the categories apart from "Photo". The rep's have been trying several things for the last few months, but a couple days ago the rep took control of my PC and removed a folder from somewhere in either the Photoshop Files, or Creative Cloud files, and since then I'm unable to load any of the images for the Stock templates (apart from ones I've already downloaded) in any of the categories. I've been trying since then to get ahold of someone to fix this, but the person's been playing email tag for a few days and nothing's been resolved.Does anyone know where the "stock" folder goes in any of the CC or PS files? Inside the folder is - 2  "JSON" files, and one folder called "assets" which contains all of the stock template images.

Can you help me too? I logged in this morning and had 30+ credits left (from adobe stock not DPC) and they are not showing anything.

Hi, I posted as a reply in a similar thread but not entirely sure if someone from Adobe will actually see it so starting a new one.Like so many others I have also managed to license a photo I do not want by clicking on it. I just purchased the icon set with photo number #94782769 and am unable to open it in any Adobe programs, The error it's giving me in AI is the following:After looking up solutions, it says the issue would be not having an up-to-date version of AI, but I have Illustrator CC and it is up-to-date. I believe this is a corrupt image/icon set unless someone has a fix for this.

I manage a very small graphic design team (5 people) at a very large company (250,000+ worldwide). Without warning, they moved my little team to Enterprise pricing for Creative Cloud and we lost access to our stock photo plan for teams. What are the pricing options for Enterprise teams?  Please don't tell me to talk to my administrator as my company is too large and I can't get in touch with the right people. They are telling me I need to pay $35,000 for "unlimited users" but I don't need that and my team doesn't have that in the budget.I can't find enterprise pricing anywhere on Adobe's web site and I can't even use the "help" features because I'm not an admin.

To elaborate, my friend would like me to make a lyric video for a song he wrote by himself and owns the rights to. I would like to use footage from Adobe Stock as the background. Is it against copyright laws and usage if the lyric video itself makes no money (i.e. not posted on YouTube, no ad revenue gained from views, etc.), but the lyric video itself promotes the purchase of the song?

Hi, I recently purchased an Adobe extended license photo. I have created three different separate works wherein each contains this same extended licensed photo within. Is this legal use of the license? Can I use this same exact photo in many different compositions? Or would I have to Rebuy the license for each composition? Thank you and very much appreciated.

Please tell me this isn't the case...If it is...please EXPLAIN to me how Adobe can justify running their business like this. I've paid my monthly fees for YEARS...and the millisecond I don't continue...Adobe revokes ALL of the credits I've paid for?!?!?So...you're going to tell me you think it's RIGHT that someone should pay $360/yr for credits and the SECOND they cancel...all those unused credits VANISH?That's ridiculous. Nothing like holding LOYAL paying customers HOSTAGE to the tune of $359.88 a year. Nice racket...

You certainly do not make it easy to cancel an order. I signed up for a free trial of adobe stock and now want to cancel it, so how do I do that? There are no options on my account page to cancel. Having the same problem with this vector 199947767. It tells me that I have to open it in illustrator, which I don't pay for. How do we get refunds on vectors that don't work?

The Issue:I just wanted to submit this in case anyone has experienced the same issue.  I ran into this for the first time ever, the asset shown in the Illustrator Libraries Panel is not the same as the one that is licensed and downloaded.  Very odd, I'm sure it's just a small glitch, however, I've also tried downloading it from the AS site and the sample thumbnail image looks fine, but the actual download is something completely different.The solution:Get on chat and request your credit back, it's not a re-occurring issue from one machine to the other, although I do believe the asset is miss-represented on Adobe Stock. Hopefully, the misplaced asset will be corrected soon.

I recently downloaded a cute photo of a dog and his owner, but when I got the high resolution version, I saw very clearly that the dog had a HUGE arousal that could not go to any client work, but the photo had already been signed off on. I'd like to protect future users form the hours of photoshop work to make this image usable, since at the size you see it just looks like his foot! We have the 10 images / month plan. Was thinking of buying an Illustrator template and I can't tell how much it costs. Some of them have a dollar amount shown when you click on the image. Some say "1 image". However, the adobe stock site says Illustrator and Indesign templates cost between 2 and 4 credits. So I can't tell how much these things cost. If "1 image" means one credit, that means it costs us $3. But if templates are 2-4 credits, then it could be $6 (2 credits) or up to $12 (4 credits), however one straight up said $19.99. So confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to reach a human being on the Adobe staff. I had an issue with my Adobe Stock subscription. After a 2-hour+ chat that went nowhere, I was told that the case would be "escalated" and I would be contacted by telephone or "mail" (mail?) within 24-48 hours.Since that conversation (5 days ago) I have received two emails from Adobe informing me that a response is required or they will close my case. I have responded both times saying I still need help, with no follow-up from Adobe. Keep in mind I responded to the first email, which apparently was ignored since I received a second email 24 hours later that said the same exact thing as the first. Since there has been no phone call, I should assume I am being contacted by mail? LOLI don't know what the track record is on these forums, but since my chat was "escalated" to a 5-day (and counting) response, I figure it's worth a shot!!!Fingers crossed!!!
