My friend recently signed up for Adobe Stock for 40 standard assets a month with Free 1 Month trial. He received a confirmation email saying Your Adobe Stock subscription is now active! However, whenever we try to set the password, it gives us this error message: ErrorThere was an error with this action. Try again later. 945804f2-87b4-4558-b086-29b293d7058b We already tried signing in and just clicking the forgot password button but the same error message comes up.Please help.
It says on your License Terms page that you can view the license associated with your chosen image on the image preview page (screen grab of your website page shown in Pic 1). However, I only see the option to Buy License & Save to My Library (screen grab of what I see, shown in Pic 2). Can you only see the licence terms once you have purchased the image? Thanks, any help muchly appreciated.
I have a complaint about your Adobe Stock available through my company's creative suite. I had downloaded the attached vector graphic for a 4th of July marketing campaign. There was found a serious typo "Indepence Day" instead for Independence Day on File #: 162518143. This was unfortunately recognized after the launch of the campaign and as you can expect was humiliating.
HELP!!!I really want to talk to someone on the phone but can't seem to get to that option. Every month I pay for adobe photography, creative cloud and adobe stock. I can access the first two, but I am having trouble accessing adobe stock. HELP!!!! I need access to it and is there an all inclusive plan so that I don't need to have all these separate payments every month??? Thank you!
Good morning, I registered on June 22nd 2018 and I have many questions about how the site works.1 I downloaded 56 photos in my library of which I bought 10. How long do I have to wait to be able to download the 10th of the following month?2 Why could I still download the images as jpg even without buying the license?3 Why in my library do not enter more than 56 photos?4 How should I cancel the subscription in three months?I found it very difficult to ask for assistance, I think the system is not efficient. Other sites provide telephone support, I hope you want to provideTank you for help meSara
Hello,My problem has different layers. I used to have a subscription On Demand, later I bought a subscription 40 images a month, for a big project. But I didn't need that much anymore, so I cancelled it with still 64 images unused, which I now realise I've lost 😞 . Also the On Demand subscription is expired, which I highly regret. Now the most urgent problem: since the On Demand Subscription is expired I bought a 5 credit pack as I want to buy 1 (standard) image. But when I want to buy, I get an error message that says I have to update my billing info for the 40 Images a Month Subscription. As I fill in my details and click ok , another error message appears with a unknown error. I assume it's because I already cancelled that subscription. Is there a way to select that I want to buy from the credits instead of the subscription? Can anyone help me fast, as I need this image for a deadline tomorrow!!After this, we can look into the other problems. Thanks in advanceT.
Maybe I'm not getting this. My company purchased creative cloud with the extra $30 per month for Adobe Stock.I got 10 free images, now everything is charge me. Is my company paying an extra $30 a month for the ability to browse, but must still pay for any images?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.-lem
Hi! I would like to download the picture AdobeStock_202242391 with extended licence, but it dosen't work since yesterday. What could be the problem?Standard licence works.Regards, Tina
Hi I just download an image #68588217 Redwood Forest Road, the image is way too brighter than the original. It is not right, I am after the original one, is there a way to get the right one like shown here #68588217 stock photos and royalty-free images, vectors and illustrations | Adobe Stock
2 years later and this is still an issue. I downloaded a bird file I was very excited about. It is an .ai file which is not indicated anywhere. It looks to be very poor quality as the friend I sent it to who has illustrator, who could convert it to a file that photoshop could actually use, sent back something that is still worse than the jpeg you could steal off the preview screen.
Can you please let me know what I’m paying monthly for? I don’t remember signing up to anything that would charge over £20 a month. Thank you
There is no "size" label that I can see. I have found no way to view an image size in Adobe stock.
Dear Adobe: You just bought a perfectly working stock-website: FOTOLIA.Why don´t you simply abandon your crappy Adobe Stock website and promote FOTOLIA instead?Adobe Stock is crap and I guess you know that very well.
Same issue, very annoying when you are in the middle of work!
When I click on a stock asset, a completely different assets are loading in the preview window... Completely unusable. We are forced to switch to another company for stock. So disappointing.
I can't buy images anymore because it says I had to update my payment information. I updated it several times but nothing happens. I don't know what the problem is? There is no specific error message. I'd like to contact Adobe directly via mail in matters of personal payment-things but it seems that this is not possible. That's really bad … Maybe someone can help me here?
Cancellation has now effected. Nonetheless you have somehow managed to arrange payment through PayPal. Please arrange immediately refund. I find your business methods extraordinary
I licenced File # 88111271 (condom catching ramen to water bag). But when I tried to put into illustrator, it turned out to be File # 88111254 (man keep the condom in back pocket)
I would like to buy a credit pack to use for extended licences. Where do I see how many credits each image needs?
I am the webmaster/photographer for our local city lacrosse team... for the last few years I have only done portraits for my kids and a handful of kids on our league teams with composites and templates that I have purchased through other website (Photobacks and PrivatePrize to name a few). I was hesitant this year to do our whole league mainly I felt like I wasn't up to snuff in compositing but I have gotten a lot better at it this year using my own kids and a couple other players. This year a 3rd party came in and did the individual and team pictures, and I have to admit Im jealous because I have a lot to work on. Right now Im doing it on my own but the league has expressed interest in me doing the photos next year. I understand the standard and extended licenses but personally I am limited on my funds to purchase stock images to use on pictures (lacrosse fields, lightning, lens flares..to do composites)for the league and I don't want to have the league t

Just in the past hour or so I started seeing, in addition to the familiar blue "licensed" tags, green "transferred" tags on all our licensed images. What does this mean? Thanks
Following the directions on your website does not enable cancellation of Adobe stock membership. I simply don't get the link your support page indicates. I know I am not the first to have been utterly frustrated by this. Please provide an effective answer.
I have a very specific question that relates to license transfer to clients - I am a freelance designer working for a client (Client 1) who is coordinating marketing material and a website for another client (Client 2). Client 1 has asked me to (1) purchase an extended license for a photo (not an editorial photo) through Adobe Stock, (2) edit the photo, (3) give them the edited photo to be used on a website and a brochure for Client 2 and (4) charge Client 1 for the cost of the license. As I understand, I can transfer the edited photo to Client 1, as long as I get written consent to follow the terms and to only use this photo as part of this work. What I am not sure is:- can I charge Client 1 for the license fee?- can Client 1 send the photo to subcontractors to be used in brochures and a website for Client 2?- am I doing anything wrong? This is all very confusing, any help understanding this all would be greatly appreciated...
