I realized pretty quickly that most  AI files available on Adobe Stock were worthless to me if I wanted to edit them in Illustrator. When I resave the file, even if nothing is changed, all of the effects are ruined.But, sometimes the file is unusable even if I never open it. For example:This is a nice snowfall, but when I placed it in my file it has brown circles and lines in it. They look like they correspond to paths inside the file. It's really frustrating that the previews don't match what I'm given.

Spent over 30 minutes waiting for a chat that said "0 minutes remaining to wait"  This is a multi-million dollar profiting company that says customers are cattle.  these guys on the other line barely know what I am saying.

Hi Adobe Staff and Administrator !I don't know why when i logged into Adobe Stock ! So when i  try to access Sales..It's have problem :" Internal Server" .Who is know what is problem and how can i do it right now ?Thank you

I was able to download an image, maybe this is part of my first 10 free, but I want to use this image for my website.It downloaded fine, and I added my website name to it.Is this a free image that I can now use, and don't have to pay for it?

I downloaded this image: Abstract Vector Illustration Halloween Sale Background - image | Adobe Stock When I open it in photoshop it is not layered and only 400px!Am I doing something wrong? I have never had this issue before.

Hi, I got 10 free images from Adobestock and we are planning use them to design our company`s website, we are not going to sale these images to other people.  First of all, is it ok to use them for this purpose? Also, since one of the shareholders is responsible for designing the website, can I share the images with him on Google drive and then he can download and use the images to design the website?Thanks

Hi there!I designed packaging and purchased an Extended License for the stock images but I need to transfer the license to a client. How do I do this?

I am new to using Ps, Ai, Lr and St. All of Cc really. As I work on developing my website and write posts for later publication, I am doing what I can to learn the Cc tools.In the past, I've used other stock image sources. When I license an image, I simply download it to my computer. That doesn't seem to be possible with St, or am I missing something?What I see is the only way to get at licensed images is to place them into a project in Ps or Ai. Since I am not at all comfortable with Adobe tools yet, I would like simply download images and do simple cropping and resizing in the tools I am comfortable with at the moment.What is the process for downloading licensed St images onto my computer? Until I am comfortable with Ps and Ai, this will be the best way for me  to get work done without a lot of frustration.Thank you.

I am tired of purchasing what has been tagged as a vector file with the "AI/EPS" file name only to find out after purchasing and opening it in Illustrator that it was actually a photo! I am an angry at this. We should all be reimbursed for not only the fake vector images but also the time it took to search. I'm in business and we bill for time. Disappointing.Thanks,Paul

Hi there,My Adobe stock subscription end this month, and i still have 56 credits haven't been used, and i don't want to randomly use it all of them (because the plan was so expensive). however, i am afraid if the system will close my access to the adobe stock since i don't the the subscription anymore, and i will lose the credit and even my listened stock images, but seems like the system did not close that for now.My question will be how long will last for my access to the adobe stock after i finished my subscription? can i use it forever since i still have my credits?Thank you

I'm totally confused! I took out a free trial of Illustrator which has now expired. I have just attempted to make a single purchase of an image and was emailed a receipt for £5.99 plus vat. I clicked on download image to computer but when I attempted to open it, I got a message to say that my free trial has expired and to update my subscription. I can't now find the image I purchased on my PC so does that mean the image is lost or has the purchase been cancelled?Do you have to have a subscription to CC to be able to purchase images? And when I've looked at the credit option, the smallest pack is £29.99 for 1 premium image. At this stage I only want a standard image until I decide whether to go ahead and purchase the full extended licence. It appeared to let me do this but having read the previous comments, am I right in thinking that a single image purchase option is not available? And do I need to have a subscription to CC to be able to purchase the extended licence? Please can a memb

I've tried several browsers, but whatever I search for: e.g. chocolate, dogs, flowers etc. comes back with the same totally random images. It was working until today.

Today (on OCT 24) I recieved an e-mail that my Account will be automaticaly renewed on OCT 23 (yesterday)!!There is an information that it will cost EUR 29.99 unless I am paying EUR 12.09 now. And there was no information about the price increasing before!However my Account says account renewal will be done on NOV 24.I am confused. If it would stay on EUR 12.09 I would let it renew, but absolutly not for the new price.Can someone tell me where is the truth??Tomas

Hi guys  - just wondering  - I cannot contact anyone in support so im posting here. Yesterday in our account I had over 1000 images available still to licence to my account. I logged in this morning and there is only 300 -  I have no idea where all my images are gone. Any ideas ?

Problem: Clients do not usually want nor have Adobe Accounts, there is no way to easily share a Collection/Library with them. when a collection URL is send by email the client can NOT view it without first creating an account, this is a roadblock to SALES. Also, when a search is performed it creates a very long URL, this "search URL" with all the _GET vars in it is also not easily shareable unless its shortened, another roadblock to sales.Requested solution: Allow collections to be shared simply by pasting the URL to the collection. Add an option to each collection to set it to "public or private". (Similar to how Adobe Kuler can be shared)When a search is performed add a button that says "share search" which generates a shortened URL  that is valid for 30 days which will show the user the search performed with filters.If there is already a way to do either of these without making users create accounts, without a "brand account", and without using an annoying URL shortener please

I just attempted to save a photo to my preview library. I 100% know that is the choice I made. However, it gave a purchase ERROR instead. When I refreshed the screen to try to save again, it suddenly showed that I purchased it. In no way did I press the purchase license option. I do not want this photo. I have not downloaded it to my computer. Please advise how it can be removed and the credit restored to my account. This is definitely an error on Adobe's end. Thank you.

Hi I have found the perfect image for my book cover but I can't buy it.The only options I have are monthly licences which I don't want. I just want to buy a single image. I am in the UK if that makes a difference and I have hit the shopping cart (trolley) several times both in licences and on the image itself. I have logged in but it makes no difference. I really don't need a monthly or, heaven forbid, a yearly subscription when all I need is the one photo.heeeeeeelp!!!pulling my hair out here thanks to you allScazedit : I have just noticed, UK time is it 1.43 am so I am away to bed, will check in the morning as I am sure to foul it up if I do anything now. I see this has been asked several times before, but I too am having difficulty.  I am logged into my account using Internet Explorer, so not sure if I need to use another browser.  I have several (well, more than a dozen) images in my Library that I would like to purchase for use on a website.  I do not wish to buy a subscription.  How do I go about purchasing the images in my library?  Is it possible to only purchase a few images (and not get a subscription).  Or should I get a subscription to obtain the images I want and then cancel after 1 or 2 months?  Again, I am an individual (not a business), so  subscription does not make sense for me.  Thanks in advance.
