Guten Tag zusammen 🙂 ich würde gerne mit einem Fotografen in Kontakt treten, dessen Foto nur für redaktionelle Nutzung zum Download bereit steht. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie das möglich ist? Bisher habe ich leider keine Kontaktmöglichkeit findne können – weder direkt noch über Adobe.  Danke und viele Grüße

I just don't understand it.  We pay a ton of money EVERY month to have the Adobe Creative Cloud but we have to pay extra for Adobe Stock.  This just doesn't make sense to me at all. Randy

Does anyone know how to stop adobestock from syncing the pics i download to my library? Everytime i download a photo, it appears in the Library with my other teammates. Annoys everyone as that Library gets clogged with stuff. I have to manually delete. Thanks!

Es sind auf Adobe Stock eine sehr viele KI-generierte Bilder vorhanden. Leider scheinen diese Bilder vor der Veröffentlichung nicht ausreichend geprüft zu werden. Man findet eine große Menge an Bildern, die gravierende Mängel aufweisen. Müssen in einem Newsletter bei Bilder mit Standardlizenz der Urheber genannt werden?

We use images from Adobe Stock while developing our content. However, when we attempt to complete the image attribution table at a later stage (typically after the video production stage), we sometimes find that certain images are no longer available on Adobe Stock. How should we handle this situation?

Hi,I have noticed that I have been charged for an Adobe Stock subscription, even though I did not purchase or sign up for any such membership. I would like to request clarification on this matter and kindly ask to review the charges applied to my account. but somehow I don't see any way to ask support for?? If I want to cancel the membership I have to pay a whole year in once!!

Liebe Community, liebes Adobe-Team, wir wissen bereits, dass wir über die Lizenzübersicht alle von uns erworbenen Bilder (über 3.600, zum Teil auch von Fotolia) finden können und bei Bedarf einen  gesonderten Lizenznachweis über den Kundenservice anfordern können. Trotzdem würden wir gerne die Lizenzübersicht bei uns archivieren, um ggf. auch in ferner Zukunft stets zuverlässig darauf zugreifen zu können. Gibt es die Möglichkeit, die komplette Lizenzübersicht in vereinfachter Form herunterzuladen (bspw. als Excel-Datei) bzw. sie sich vom Kundenservice zusenden zu lassen? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe und herzliche Grüße,Barbara

I'm working on a movie that will be shown on Netflix, TV and in cinemas. Can I use music from Adobe Stock? If so, under what type of license?

Adobe, seriously, I'm getting so frustrated. I depend on Adobe Stock for work, and I'm fine with good-quality AI images. But there are more and more images flooding in now with ridiculous AI errors. Seriously ridiculous. You need to do a much better job managing your creators. Have some standards, for heaven's sake. We all know AI spits out a lot of ridiculous images compared to the truly usable ones, but it's each creator's job to use a critical eye and either fix or discard those images.  Would you like to tell me how this dog uses this dog house with that TINY opening? Not to mention that so many of the cat/dog images have weird issues with their snouts (weird shapes, missing/wonky teeth, etc.). And don't bother telling me that the target audience for this ad campaign (for a SHELTER) won't notice. They love dogs/animals, and they will notice.  And there's no option to report those images either.  I'm getting close to taking my monthly subscrip

Why do I get an advert or nag screen to upgrade my plan (for videos I don't need or want) Every. Single. Time. I. Downlaod. A. Thumbnail¡? It's absolutely infuriating. Adobe have ZERO respect for us as clients - they see us as cash generation bots to be abused and squeezed for more cash at every little tiny opportunity. To the point of making their already overpriced and buggy services close to unusable. How can I ensure someone at Adobe learns of my displeasure and annoyance at this? Their "help" system is s a master class in Dark UI/UX. Actually finding help or someone to complain to results in a loop of links and promises that lead nowhere and acheives nothing but frustration and anger. Mr Angry, SE England.

Good morning community! We are having an issue with Adobe Stock. Our contract owner has assigned a license to one of our employees for Adobe Stock (10 Assets). We have logged in/out and even tried both profiles but the account does not show that they have access to Adobe Stock. It keeps informing them to try out the trial. Is there anything we are missing here?

I pay almost $70.00 a month for access to these apps. Why is it that Adobe Stock is not offered with at least 1-3 assets with my current plan? This is just pure greed plain and simple. They did this a while back with Typekit, when you could only have a limited number of activated fonts. If this is the case I'd rather go back to purchasing the software out right. Adobe, do better.

Hi, I want to print the image on my products and resale but I am confused about the Extended License Plan cost.The 1 st screenshot show the price is RM140.98/ month or RM1691.76/ annual (From all plans and pricing page).The 2 nd screenshot show RM356, so this is per image cost or extended license plan? (image from Adobe Stock)Another question is how many images I can download daily with the extended license plan? more that 100 images or .........Thank you. 

I tried to used adobe Indesign on the 12th May, 2025, but I find out that my system is not compatiable with the software. I immediately cancel my subscription about the app. Not knowning much about the cancellation process. A mail was sent to me on that same 12th of May, 2025, confirming my cancellation. To my greatest subsprise was charge today for a service I did not use. Please kindly help me refund my money. How will Adobe still change me when a cancellation mail as being sent to me confirming the cancellation process. I have attached the screen of the may sent to me on the 12th May, 2025

Hello,I have a subscription to Adobe Stock and I'm logged in to my account. I'm trying to download a photo I need, but it still says "purchase license". This happens more often — I’m logged in correctly, yet I still have to pay extra for a photo or vector. Hi,I have a question. In 2017 we purchased a license for a graphic on Fotolia.pl, which was taken over by Adobe. The account has long since ceased to exist, but recently we received a reminder that we are using a photo without the permission. Is it possible to recover data from the Fotolia.pl account? Without it, we cannot prove that we are using the graphic legally. Thank you in advance for your help and information.

I've been on an Adobe Stock subscription for over a year, I have the maximum amount of credits yet I'm still having to pay full price to maintain all these credits; otherwise, I loose them all. Is there anything in place so that I can pay less per month which would keep all my credits ?  When you're at the maximum even if only a few credit per month at half the price that would be beneficial.
