Ich habe eine Frage zu den Lizenzbedingungen: Nach Abschnitt 3.1 (4) darf man ein Werk nicht mit einer Pressemitteilung zusammen verwenden, vervielfältigen, verbreiten oder anzeigen, die die Verbreitung der eigenständigen Grafikdatei umfasst. Was heißt "eigenständig" in diesem Sinne? Wäre es beispielsweise erlaubt, ein Werk als Hintergrundbild zu verwenden, wenn das Werk/Hintergrundbild von eigenen Portraitbildern und/oder Texten (jedenfalls teilweise) grafisch überlagert wird?

I cannot licence anything I want. What you are doing is against human rights. I am a graphic designer who lives in Turkey. I pay monthly payments as others. You say "I can see by your Adobe ID that you are located in Turkey. Users from Turkey have restricted access to Adobe Stock." I don't know where to object or complain. I just want you to cancel my subscription without paying a cancellation fee. I don't want to stay on such a discriminatory platform.

I've been putting together material for one company that I have been doing design work for over the last year. I only work for this one company, and don't do design in any capacity for anyone else.As such, I would like to transfer the licencing for the stock that I have been using to their account to ensure that all of the tax protocols for reimbursement are correct. I've looked up to see if it's possible to transfer a licence for Adobe stock to another account if the licenced asset is only going to be used by that specific client, and it appears it is possible.I am also aware that the clause under section 6.4 on page 4 specifically stipulates this, and that this information can be found here: https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/legal/servicetou/Stock-Additional-Terms-en_US-20210129.pdfWhat I don't know and can't find anywhere online is directions on HOW to transfer the licence.How do I do this?   [moderator deleted copy/paste scrap preceding the link]

I have downloaed several comp images, and they have been approved. Is there a way online to view all of the comps I have downloaded, so I can qucikly purcahse them? Thanks .

My account includes ten free images per month. How do I get these? It seems like my only option is to buy images.

Hello - I have three $30 charges I did not authorize for "Adobe Stock" - whatever that is. One in August of this year. One in September of this year. And one in December of this year. I had the photography plan in 2021, but cancelled it pretty quickly and haven't had it personally for 2 years. I don't need a personal account because I'm added to my boss' business account, which I've been on for one year or more. Two of the charges were made after I'd lost one of my bank cards and while it was turned off. How they managed that, I'd like to know. This last charge is using a new bank card that I've NEVER given to Adobe, so I'm not even sure how they have the card information. I need Adobe to stop charging my card without permission. Like immediately.

Seulement, lorsque je souhaite télécharger des mockup via la licence sur Adobe Stock ils me disent que je ne peux pas les télécharger car ma licence ne me le permet pas alors que j'ai 25 crédits à utiliser.  Avez-vous une solution ?  Merci à vous. 

I pay 19.99 for stock images but can't download any without paying more. I have 1500 credits. What am I doing wrong?

So I wil post this here , since my customer service client closed my chat, and made us not be able to chat.We have been paying customers for a long time... and I am not happy that Adobe just removes your credits if you downgrade from 40 to 10 , we had saved up over 300 credits, and on friday we lost them all.[abuse removed by moderator], and money is been taken out of our accounts. We decided to downgrade since my company wanted to pay less due to ressesion and struggle with todays economy.And as a customer, we feel violated, since we wanted to spend the rest of our credits and use it when we needed it.This is extremly bad customer service. and as a user of adobe for a long time,  this is everything wrong with the industry today, we use this everyday at work and we " was " happy with it until now.This is just not how to treat a customer for this long, and then we from what I know did not get any noticed when we downgraded saying " HEY! Licensed and used credits for a 30 second countdown video (as stated in the asset's details), but the download is only an 11 second video that appears to be the portion of the whole thing. How do I access and download the complete video? Confused

How would to stop charging me after free trial adobe stock?

very frustrated. I just noticed in my credit card has been charged 21 bucks since march this year and when I tried to cancel this adoobe hit me with a $30 charge for cancellation. how ridiculous. AB02249302048CUS

Are Asset IDs unique to image or will they be recycled for new images when the old ones become unavailable due to contributor deleting their account or images?   Eg. 542118034 is id of image no longer available Can this number be reassigned as Asset ID for new image uploaded ?

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte vor einiger Zeit das kostenlose Probe-Abo von Adobe Stock genutzt. Dieses wurde mir aber nie in meinen Abos angezeigt, d.h ich konnte es auch nicht kündigen. Jetzt werden mir seit 3 Monaten die Gebühren für das Abo abgezogen, aber ich kann es nach wie vor nicht kündigen, da es nirgends erscheint. Der Support hier ist auch nicht hilfreich. Ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Hatte hier jemand mal dasselbe Problem? Danke!

Keep getting this error in videos i need. Is this because of the location? When i change the location or browser its not working either way. Im from Turkey. Why is some content region locked? I dont understand. 

I got a motion graphics template from Adobe Stock (called Tricolor Lower Thirds). In the settings, there is a slider to choose between 6 different graphic styles, and each graphic style has different placeholder text. However, only the first style setting shows its placeholder text under the Captions/Graphics panel where I can change it. If I choose any other text style, that placeholder text doesn't show up anywhere, and thus I can't change it.. It's only ever the 1st graphic style's placeholder text that appears as editable, even if I am on a different style option.. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have a small problem with invoice header. Instead of company name there is a name of credit card holder. Unfortunatelly, I need an invoice that contains a full company billing details. Can I edit this invoice and get the correct one? I will be greatful for all help!

Wenn ich für die beiden Bilder die erweiterte Lizenz erwerbe, darf der Kunde die Bilder bei sich im Hotel aufnehmen und dürfen die Bilder zu Marketingzwecken fotografiert werden?Dnake für eine Antwort!

Hallo in die Runde, gibt es die Möglichkeit bei einem Unternehmensprofil wo einige Profile angelegt sind, die Profile so  einzustellen dass sie nicht die Möglichkeit haben Stock Fotos zu ordern/lizenzieren? Sondern das dies nur ein bestimmt ausgewähltes Profil kaufen darf. Liebe GrüßeMarina 

My Adobe Stock yearly subscription ends December 17. I am still as of December 1 getting the message I will be charged a fee amounting to almost two month fees for ending it early. Do I have to end the subscription at exactly December 17 not to be charged the fee or when is it possible to end?
