Hello, where are the photos that appear on the participant board and why are they not appearing in searches?
Seeking input on why this image was rejected both times for quality issues. The first submission, Farm Fresh Eggs 1, was rejected citing quality issues. I thought maybe the focus was not pronounced enough on the main subject, so I re-edited and brought up the texture, sharpness, and clarity a bit for a second submission (see Farm Fresh Eggs 2), but again, it was rejected for quality issues. Thank you in advance for any constructive input.
I am uploading one Ai image, that same Ai image I am converting as an Ai video and uploading as a video. Will it be get repeated content? may i upload both same image in different format like JPG and MP4.
Hello,The illustrations I sent 3 months ago are still waiting to be reviewed. The ones I sent before that were reviewed but these are still waiting.I opened a support ticket 2 months ago but it didn't help. Can someone give me some information about why this is happening?
The two images you see here—first one is the original ai image, and the second one is an edited version of the first ai image using Photoshop. My question is, since this oil paint version is created through editing, do I need to mark it as Generative ai when uploading it as a contributor?

It gets to the point that in the description I write "a painting on the theme of the defense of an ancient fortress. AI-generated" and get a "Quality issue" rejection. How can this be? It's a painting! Everything that concerns logistics and cargo transportation is rejected, almost everything about transport is rejected, medicine - 100% of rejections, children in a sandbox, disabled people in a wheelchair, historical paintings, dragons, unicorns - all of this is rejected 100% for me. At the same time, some of the others are missed. Because all of this is on time. As if the problem is not in the quality, but in who can be given an extended list, and most cannot. If this is not the case, please show me what the problem is. What quality the images lack. I tried generating similar images, changing the background, sizes... - but almost everything beautiful, that "catches", that has emotions, is rejected. Even if I add the
Hi, given the situation it would be nice if we could be paid in a currency other than US dollars. I mean whatever stable currency. What do you say?
I created all my files myself, I didn't violate any copyright or their rules as far as I know, but suddenly after seven-eight months my account was deactivated, I messaged them repeatedly, I'm not getting any replays, please someone help [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Dear Adobe Team, I have been a contributor to Adobe Stock for a few years and have recently begun submitting editorial content. However, I have noticed that certain types of content are consistently being rejected, and I would appreciate some clarification to better understand the specific guidelines and criteria for acceptance. Specifically, I submitted a series of photographs featuring the Samsung brand, taken at the Samsung store on Oxford Street in central London. The images solely depict the brand’s signage and storefront, without any identifiable individuals or additional elements. Despite this, the photo was rejected. I am curious to understand why this particular content or this tech brand does not meet Adobe Stock’s editorial standards, especially as I have observed similar submissions from other photographers being accepted and shared on the platform. Could you kindly provide further insight into the reasons for these rejections? Understanding the specific requirements
I'm new to the vector world. After much reading and research, I'm still not certain I'm doing it right. The vector is in SVG format. I attached the file to this post. Please help..... Below is information that explains the problem......ThanksWhen I enlarge the svg image, it has these white thin lines which makes the image very unattractive. This doesn't seem right, yet I don't have a clue if those white lines are supposed to be there or not (see attached image) So my questions are(1) is the attached image appropriate for uploading to adobe?2) what are those white thin squiggly lines?(3) if those white squiggle lines are not supposed to be there, how do I get rid of them?(4) any feedback for how to convert a transparent PNG image to vector (SVG) would be appreciated. all you need to do to see what I see is to click on the attached image to show a preview. You'll see the white thin lines I was talking about.
The beta version of Photoshop now has a Remove Background feature that blows away all other automatic background remove tools. It's not perfect, but it may...just MAY...be good enough to pass the moderation process. Or will when the non-beta version is rolled out in Photoshop proper. I don't submit transparent PNG's myself, so I'm only somewhat aware of the tolerance levels imposed by the moderators. In any event, give it a try. And note that you do need to have the removal process work on the server size (the Cloud), not locally, to get the best results.I've posted two examples below. I removed the background (it's available in the floating contextual menu bar), then placed them against colored backgrounds. The process did NOT work as well as it did in PIXimperfect's YouTube video, but I was working with low-res examples, one of which in particular lacked sharpness.
I just created an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but it was suspended immediately. I didn’t even get a chance to upload anything. Has Adobe stopped allowing new accounts? Or is this a mistake? Please let me know.
Hello,I do need to know whats is happning, the "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise" does not apply to any of my videos and picture. All of them have profesional quality. There's no noise, blur, exposure, focus problem. It is imposible that ALL of them have problem. Please I need someone to explain me what is happening not to continue waisting time.Luichi Tejeda
Hello, I'm trying to get earnings/witholdings statements since February ( with attemps in April and May). Meanwhile I tried contact via contributor service/Contact us, fortunatly ticket was open and I asked statements for three years (2019, 2020 and 2022). Adobetax finaly responded with statement (just as i was looking for, with EIN included) but only for 2022. - I asked can I get for all three years?Received generic mail with "In case your question or concern is still unresolved..."- Replied: Yes, it is unresolved. I'm asking for 2019 and 2020...Recived mail from contributor service that ticket is closed and case is resolved- It's not resolved. I asked for 3 years and got just 1...gave them "bad service" star, but in vain. After that I keep asking for that statements via email adobetax@adobe.com and contributor service as well but without answer. I can understand that they have not enough time sometimes, but this is very disrespectful ignoring.
Please find attahaced a number of files I downloaded to the system, all of which were rejected because of quality issues. This is my first time on Adobe. Is there anthing I should be aware of or could change in the future for these or any additional images. Any advice would he gratefully received. Thanks. Richard
Hello! I started uploading as contributor this past month.. Can you guys please tell me the quality issues here why its not accepted? Attached photos are AI generated. Thank you..
The quality of these AI photos led to their rejection. I've taken care to properly categorize them. Any criticism is valued and useful. Thank you.
Hi all, Trying to learn from my errors, I would like some feedback of these rejected pictures. They were taken with a mobile phone (samsung s23 ultra), and some photos from the same session were accepted, that's why I'm not sure about the mistakes. But I'm willing to learn and improve. Thanks in advance.
Hola, me gustaría saber su opinión de por qué Adobe rechazó esta imagen debido a defectos de calidad
I just started on Adobe stock, and all my photos were rejected for quality issues. I was hoping I could get some advice because I'd like to be able to sell my photos.
