Hello! I have a question regarding the withholding that is applied to the sales of collaborators from countries that do not have a treaty with the United States. In my case I am not withheld for all sales of photos and videos and I don't know why. Could you please help me with information on this matter? I have the W-8BEN form validated until December 2026.

How do I change the thumbnail on the videos I have uploaded on Adobe Stock? I am not sure how the video frame is chosen, but it isn't very good. I have attached a screenshot from my Adobe Stock account and have attached it. This is a video of flying over the Venice fishing pier and the beautiful blue of the Gulf of Mexico. This thumbnail is?

AI images are getting rejected due to quality issues. I already have enhanced the photos. Attached are few those that were rejected recently. 

Hi, I'm pretty new here, but already have had several successful submisions and earnings, but still trying to figure out everything. Recently I have posted several photos of landscapes. First, I posted the ones I edited by myself, they were declined because of quality issues. I thought, that my edits were quite tough or the file lost in its qualities. Then I posted the originals, but they were also declines. Below are attached the original ones. Please help me undrstand what is wrong there.Thank you!

This is a photo of a revolutionary war reenactment .  The individuals are not recognizable, no faces are visible, they are in a public park location, and have provided an educational and historical portrayal as unpaid volunteers. should a release be necessary?    and should not require releases. 

Hello Everyone! I am a Beginner in 3D art, I submitted a Picture which was rejected due to Quality Issues. I am currently trying to make Abstract 3D art using Blender. Previously i have uploaded some images as well and they were accepted but this time it was rejected. Please let me know the issues which might have caused the rejection.

whenevr i upsacling my image the grany texture from my image is removed , wat should i do to mainting its original graint texture of image , plus i want t upscle my image

Hello,I travel a lot so I post a lot of images related to my travels. I have facing problems with most of them as they might contain street images or some statues and monuments. However, reseaching for the subjects in the photos for sale from other contributors, the same content is there, why???

Few weeks ago I have submmitted this picture: And they accepted it right away.Than I have discovered Topaz software and decided to improve some pictures. This one looks now like this: And what have occurred? Quality issues!!! Picture rejected. I don't know what to do and please... do not pase here links to Adobe's tutorials becose I have alredy read it all (in both lanquages EN and PL). Following "quality issuses" have 6 reasons:- white ballance- lo/hi constrast- chromatic aberration- saturation- general composition- and selections Can you tell me where is my sin now?

Hi,   I noticed that some of my already accepted images have keywords without a space (ex. valentinesday instead of valentines day). First of all I am 100% sure I added them WITH space in between each word also when I corrected it and saved it, they still remain in that form.    Doesn anyone know what is going on here?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello everyone,   im new to this scene and I would like to ask for you help. I have uploaded 16 pictures recently and after 25 days all but 3 of them got rejected because of quality issues. Ofc when I tried to ask the support for help I got a generic, good for nothing, answer.    Could anyone look over a picture or two of mine and explain to me where the problem lies? can anyone explain why this image got rejected   ? i used adobe express for the removal of background!!this is my first time uploading png cutout, and why software we can use to avoid rejection!!

So AI is generating images, I have them upscaled to the correct size, I dont have to edit them after that.  Most of these rejections are not for "errors" like differences in a 6 finger or nonsense like that.
