Idk why. 

I have uploaded a. few images recently on the adobe stock website, and the images got rejected citing technical issues, and I am a bit surprised. With the latest image, being one of my most downloaded image from other sites. I’d like to understand why this is happening. So that I can submit better images that pass the quality check.   

Hi, I am a new Stock contributor from Azerbaijan. I am unable to receive the SMS verification code on my mobile number (+994) to complete my account setup. I have already installed the Adobe Account Access app, but the contributor portal still insists on a phone code. Since I cannot receive SMS, can a moderator please help me with manual ID verification? Thank you.

Many AI designs not accepted for quality issues , weirdly others are accepted while I did same exact process . Idk why ?

I am new here and even my best pictures are being rejected while mediocre ones were accepted.

Hello, I am writing this here because Adobe Contributor Support has completely ignored my emails for the past 10 days. My contributor account was automatically blocked because the system accused me of creating multiple IDs. However, this was entirely caused by a critical bug on Adobe's own platform.As you can see in my attached screenshots:1. First Bug: During mobile verification, the country dropdown was completely broken. It stuck on "+1", loaded random countries like Barbados, but totally omitted Bangladesh.2. Second Bug: Even when the system later loaded Bangladesh (+880), entering my valid phone number in both local and international formats kept giving a red server error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."Because of Adobe's broken SMS gateway and verification server, I was trapped in a registration loop, which your automated security system wrongly flagged as a violation. Hi, Since 2 weeks ago I can’t connect my payoneer account tp adobe, I was receiving payment in the past normaly switched to Paypal and linked payoneer again but here comes the probleme I kept receiving this message you can see the attachement two: Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account.Please submit a new application, using an alternate email address.How I can solve this problem I contacted the adobe support but they just told me to follow the routine steps, I followed and kepts receiving the some error.Thanks you

The entire vector design was made by me, yet it was rejected for this reason. Now the question is, why was it rejected under Intellectual Property Refusal?

Adobe send me a mail that my adobe stock account is blocked. I file a case. they give me a number. but long time no response from adobe. what can I do now?

Hi everyone, I’m an Adobe Stock Contributor and I’m considering using a VPN strictly for security purposes, such as protecting my connection when working on public or unsecured networks. Just to be clear — I’m not using the VPN to change or hide my location, and I’m not trying to bypass any regional restrictions. The VPN would only be used to encrypt my internet traffic and keep my data safe. Would this be acceptable under Adobe’s Contributor guidelines?Has anyone here had experience with this or received clarification from Adobe? Thanks in advance!

This is getting rejected as an IP Refusal rather than, say, for quality issues. Is a picture of termite damaged wood too common a category? I submitted one and it got rejected due to "similar content"...Scracthing my head a bit here because I don't understand the threshold for a picture to be too similar to the rest.

I'm experiencing a severe loss in image quality when uploading to Adobe Stock. The photos look high-quality in my mobile gallery, but the quality degrades drastically upon upload. What could be the issue? Please note that I am already upscaling my images beyond the minimum size. what can I do in this situation?

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on February 10, 2026, due to “suspicious activity.” However, I did not receive any clear or specific explanation of what exactly was wrong. What is this “suspicious activity.” meanI have been a contributor for several years and have always tried to follow all guidelines carefully. Hi, I have a quick question about this mission submission requirement.The mission page says “Required assets: 10 - 10,” but the interface also shows “Upload more assets to this dataset.” I currently uploaded 22 files with all Scene IDs, Shot IDs, and titles filled correctly, but the submit button remains disabled.Can someone confirm whether this mission requires exactly 10 images total (5 pairs), or are more uploads allowed?Thanks.

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that resembled a photo I had previously uploaded (in my opinion). Is there any chance my account will be reactivated? I filed an appeal one day after the account was deactivated, and there has been no response yet. I've checked the forums, and it might take at least six months. For your information, the stock photos I uploaded are my own photography, not AI-generated.Regard

Hi all,I'm a vector contributor seeking clarification on the"Created using generative AI tools" declaration policy.My understanding: declaration is required only when content is generatedwith generative AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).Could moderators or experienced contributors confirm the following 4 cases?1. Generate a raster with Midjourney/Firefly → Image Trace in Illustrator→ submit as vector. Declaration required?2. Use AI-generated raster as visual reference only → manually redrawthe vector by hand in Illustrator. Declaration required?3. Use a self-written JSX script to procedurally generate patterns/shapes(no generative AI model involved). I assume declaration is NOT required —is that correct?4.
