I'm a little confused with the statement I now see when an image is rejected. The statement says: "We are looking for imagery intended to illustrate articles on current events and news, focused on conceptual imagery using real brands and products to convey strong ideas." The parts  above that says "Current events and news -- real bands and products" does that mean I can include products that has a company logo or a company brand? For example I can now include a drawing/illustration of brand name product like Mustang, McDonalds, Honda, an image of Pittsburgh Steelers Helmet, etc.I can include current events like images of the Presidential race, images of Trump, Images of Harris, etc If you are reading this and would like to give a few examples of how to  use the above statement, it might clarify things for me. I was under the impression that using company logos, brands, etc would be rejected. As well using images about news and current events. Sorry, I just find

I submitted a landscape photo I took that showed a mountain scene. There is a bridge crossing a river in the foreground. This photo was rejected because of intellectual property issues. The bridge is the only thing in the photo that could cause possible be the cause of the issue, however, there are other photos on Adobe Stock with the same subject matter, so I am confussed!   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi,I have over a thousand !!! (1000) photos under review for more than 2 months. Every week I add 100 photos and Adobe approves 10 and the rest wait. I don't know who to turn to, can anyone help?https://mirekphoto.myportfolio.com/ Thanks

How do I delete files please?   On gettyimages.com/contribute/batches/xxxx , the "Delete" button is greyed out on files which are either "contains recognizable people that are not model released." or "upload failed". I want to delete the "upload failed" files so I can re-upload; surely there is a way to do this?!Thanks

I have many images that have been waiting for evaluation for three months and I also have a worrying number of zero sales: what is happening to adobe stock? is it closing down? do I have to stop publishing my work?

I have had a 100% rejection rate for my Runway gen-3 generated stock videos.It says it waas rejected due to quality issues but my eyes didn't catch any. Similar or worse videos are available for purchase.Anyone facing the same issues?

Hello Everyone, I have uploaded certain photos, and two of them were rejected based on "Missing Generative AI Flag" but the photos were completely original and not AI-generated. How can I convince them that the photos are original?

I have noticed that the photos are approved faster than before, but this week a photo is approved by the day and four days, they did not agree to a single photo.On the ground, I see some colleagues agreeing to their photos, an hour after the upload process. Why, please advise

Hi Everyone,I'm not sure what's going on with Adobe, but a couple of weeks ago I had 991 previously accepted images suddenly rejected. Of those 442 of my approved images were moved to the Rejected tab, and 530 of my approved images were move to the Reminder tab. After spending 40 minutes on live chat, and talking to 3 techs, I was told they don't deal with microstock and gave me an email address. I emailed the issue to tech support, and after several emails going back and forth, without them understanding my question, they closed the ticket saying the problem was solved. But the problem wasn't solved. I sent a new email to tech support, and after some back and forth, said the problem was that my name was in the keywords. I've been putting my name in the keywords for the 6 years I've been submitting images to Adobe. I don't know what the sudden problem is with this, but going back 6 years and removing the accepted image status?  I now get to spend who knows how many

it's been 9 weeks and my Adobe stock account is still de-activated, I contacted support, and I sent emails, I explained that I was not doing anything wrong, but no reply till now. is there another way to contact the support team?

I upload my files with the original file name into Adobe. If the picture is rejected, the website shows the original file name and I can easily find the file on my computer and work on fixing it. However, there are times that I need to know the original file name of my picture after it has been approved on Adobe. I could not find any way to find the original file name. If this option is not available what strategy do you use to find your approved pictures after a few years on your computer? Any feedback is appreciatedThank you

I received a notification that my account has been deactivated.  What’s infuriating is that I have absolutely no idea what was wrong. I haven’t uploaded any new content in over six months, and my only activity was completing AI missions that were all approved. To make matters worse, I had over $700 in earnings, which are now gone.All the mission content had the required releases, even though the faces in the images weren’t visible. This deactivation feels completely unjustified, especially since I’ve been contributing for nine years and have always followed the rules. The timing of this couldn’t be worse — we were counting on that money, and there were expenses we needed to cover for creating the content that was accepted.I’ve already sent an email, filed an appeal, and done everything in my power, but the lack of transparency and fairness here is incredibly frustrating. Could someone please provide an explanation or resolution?

To upload images in adobe stock, I request a verification if I give human and when I mark the pictures tells me that error and from there I do not pass, no matter how many times I check the correct ones, I leave that screen and I erase all the information I uploaded with the photos.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
