Hello, I would like to complain or contact Adobe Stock support. 75 images were rejected at once, even though I did everything required and added that they were using artificial intelligence and did not add keywords that were far from the topic.I was tired for days and put a lot of pressure on myself to complete these photos, only to be surprised that they were not accepted, even though several months ago I had published a smaller quantity and with worse quality, and in fact they were accepted. Imsges size were 4096×2304 for width:height, the ratio was 16:9thanks for reading.

Hi there, I am sort of new to Adobe stock contributions, the last 5 or so images I have posted have all been rejected, the only difference is I'm now creating the A.I images in firefly, adobe's own product.I only have ever posted A.I images.Is adobes own generator not good enough? Will post images soon

My almost 60 + images rejected just for this reason NON-COMPLIANT IMAGE I have done all the things right but facing this issue i upload 10 more images and 7 are rejected by this issue NON-COMPLIANT IMAGE..... what Should I do?

If I use a a keyword for my image in which my Image has the chance to rank top on that keyword, but I also used the keyword which has very very big of number of people using it, will it effect my image's ranking from the previous keyword?

Hi all, The pictures I send are accepted immediately within 1 hour or so. I used to wait for days. Why are they accepted immediately now?Is there something wrong?Thanks  

Hi! Can someone tell me why this photo is rejected please?

I am at a loss to find out why one of my approved images does not show up. The title is Three Duck Tolling Retrievers. There are only 51 images matching 3 dogs of this breed  in one image.  I have searched but it is not found. It is Images #745362238. Appreciate any help, Thanks

I've got 40 rejected pictures from the same batch , shot with a Nikon D7100 in the same day , with : '' Excessive artifacts/noise can be caused by low light, bad camera settings, strong compression or excessive post-production. ''Thank you!

hi, i forgot to mark my image as generated with ai and it is approved now, should i delete it and reupload it and mark it as generated wit ai?

Je suis un peu déçu et je voudrais savoir si vous pouvez m'aider à comprendre pourquoi.Si le problème réside dans l'aspect technique de l'image, je vous serais reconnaissant de bien vouloir me donner votre avis.Le processus de validation et refus de mes illustrations AI prend actuellement de 6 à 10 jours, et j'ai l'impression qu'il y a un nouveau validateur qui semble être un peu excessif sur les refus.

Hi everyone,I just noticed that six of my entries were refused by Adobe due to quality issues, but unfortunately there's no specific explanation as to why these were rejected. As Adobe advised me to turn to the community for help, here I am. The six rejected images have been attached to this post and below you will find the settings for each photo. Note: I have not used any AI adjustments, so that cannot be an issue. All images have a 240px/inch resolution. Images 1 and 4 were taken with the Canon EOS R and the RF100-400 F5.6-9 IS USM lens. Image 2 was taken with the DJI Mini 2 drone. Image 3 was taken with the Nikon D3200 camera and the 55-200mm F4.0-5.6 lens. Images 5 and 6 were taken with the DJI Mini 3 drone.  Images1. Church: 4480x6720 - 100mm - f/7,1 - 1/400 -  ISO500 2. Autumn Drone Road: 4000x2250 - 4,49mm - f/2,8 - 1/60 - ISO2003. Budapest Building: 6016x4000 - 62mm - 1/4 - f/4,0 - ISO8004. When it comes to my rejected letterings, I just want to ensure that there are valid reasons behind these decisions.Here are some examples of the images that didn't make it through the adding process.J just uploded the "stock" lettering which is corresponding to every lettering in my gallery.Can someone help me please ?
