I downloaded Gigapixel AI 7 to give it a try, only to discover that it overwrote version 6. So I re-downloaded version 6 (since I didn't really want to upgrade, based on what I felt were minimal improvements), but the Photoshop plugin no longer worked. So I was basically forced to buy the upgrade to version 7 to keep my workflow up to speed.Topaz has very good support and I probably could have written them to figure how to get version 6 working properly again, but whose got time for that? In any case, it is simply wrong to overwrite a previous version and not give the user a chance to determine if the upgrade was worthwhile and revert to a previous version if not, like Adobe allows us to do.   That said, I at least hope this version doesn't crash Photoshop as often as version 6 did, so there's that. And they do have a setting meant to work specifically with AI images.  

Hello, I have 2 questions. 1- The images I uploaded to Adobe have not been reviewed for 11 weeks. (I sent an e-mail to the support team for their review and the answer they gave me was as follows; they said they will review the images within 8 weeks) My images have been waiting for 11 weeks.2- Throughout 2023, my sales did not fall below 20 dollars per day, but since the beginning of this year, I have barely seen 5 dollars per day. There are 6k images in my account. What do you think could be the reason for this low sales? Thanks.

Hello All,I've recently encountered a challenge with my submissions to Adobe Stock and would like seeking any advice. I submitted a series of country maps as black filled polygon vectors, but they were rejected due to “similarities” with other vectors. While I recognize the importance of diverse content in the platform's collection, I believe each map's depiction of unique political boundaries offers distinct value. Given that country maps can appear similar, especially in a simplified style, it might be challenging to convey their uniqueness to the selection algorithms. However, each map represents a different country with its own geographical borders, which is a significant factor for users in need of specific country maps.I have tried reaching out through Adobe's Contact Us page but have not received a response yet. The image was shot on a Canon R5 with a 70-200 lens (170 mm focal length), stitching 5 images together. The R5 is not even mine I waited to take this shot till I had a loaner from Canon so the quality would be the best possible. The resolution is perfect, 10923 x 6144, ideal resolution for vertical or horizontal use. It could be better but had to crunch it down a little to fit within the boundaries of 20mb file size limit. I was shocked when it came back rejected on quality. Exposure and focus is perfect, there are no filters used post, I’ve even used a polarise filter in camera to sharpen the haze and contrast, I cut the noise back a much as possible before loosing detail, YOU CAN EVEN READ UTS ON THE BUILDING FROM 11km away!!! The overall detail can’t really be better for this type of cityscape panorama photo. My question is how could anyone actually shoot the same shot any better? What is allowed if this type of landscape photo is not. What is actually the problem and how

Hello everyone,As soon the pandemic started, i was sent home and had a free time to put on new ideas. I started making some ultra detailed isometric illustrations of my city (São Paulo). Some of it got so big that i actually had to divide them in smaller pieces to make them more comercialized.I uploaded 4 of them and only one was approved. 3 of them are still waiting, and after 4 months, they are still there!I dont know how the curators see it, but is it possible that my arts somehow had been forgotten there? The sad thing is that this week is the 470 anniversary of the city, and i might be missing some download opportunities (franckly, they are one of my best and sharpest jobs).Please, somebody help me!

I submitted an aerial yoga series and they were rejected as non-compliant. These are aerial yoga poses normally done in a class, so I do not understand what they see that does not comply. All images are model released and a large number of the series were accepted.

I had several images rejected for intellectual property issues but there are no identifying logos or trademarks and the clothing and studio are very generic. Any ideas?

Can I have 2 adobe contributor accounts in which I will publish Ai content. I just want to divide my Ai content, one account will have more background images, and the other will have a different theme. Will I have a problem?

Hi all, Facing problem during submitting images where the main object(real person) is cut out from real photo and have been put on blurred Ai generated background.  I marked image as AI generative before submitting  . Model release was added.  reject reason is "NON-COMPLIANT IMAGE" how should i upload such of content? could not find answer in guide. Best regarsIgor  

Hello,Question, if you have experience with multiple contributor accounts, and have been banned or not. I would like to know if I can  open multiple contributor accounts for different asset types. Per the guidelines, it looks like I can. For example, a separate account for Videos.https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html So, specifically, I would like to know if I create this new account for Videos only, do I have to delete videos from the original account? Or can I start uploading videos to this new account, going forward, as long as I don't post videos to the first account? I'm trying to see if I can track individual types of videos/images separately, without getting my account(s) closed.

Hi everyone, before submitting my photos should I check them at 100% zoom level? I do see some problems with them 100% (hairs,soft focus, lack of detail sharpness).Lately my reject rate has gone up and the quality issue is showing up.How to check will reduce rejected experience.I have attached some files please check. Thank you!

For over twenty years I have been a designer who has been using stock photography of people and their pets. I believe these images have plenty of marketing value, but I don't know the reason for rejection, or how to avoid repeating the problem.

Hello, i would like to separate my images in different accounts, one for illustration and one for photos (currently i have a mix of booth in one account, everything is ai created)Based on this messageIn general, it is possible to create multiple contributor accounts. This is useful if different asset types are uploaded in the different accounts. For example, one account for videos, another account for photos and a third account for illustrations.We don´t recommend creating multiple accounts to bypass the upload limitations and upload the same asset type and similar content in all accounts. This may lead to the accounts being blocked.And on that In addition, you can now submit photo-realistic generative AI images as asset type photos, i.e., content that looks as though it could have been created by a camera, as long as you check the box that it was created with generative AI tools. All other generative AI content should continue to be submitted as asset type illustrations.I co

I've submitted AI photos to my vector account and created another account only for AI photos, because assets that were in review could not be deleted so I waited until the assets were approved and deleted it. Is it okay to reupload it or will my account get banned?

I'm submitting almost 250+ images everyday and almost 120 or 100 images got declined by Adobe is there any impact on my account due to images declaration for example is there my account will block bcz of images declaration usually there's quality issues and soft focus issues occurs help me plzz will my account will ban due to it or not??
