For some time now, about 40% of my works have been rejected, various false reasons are given, usually it is the quality of the photos, even though I have not changed the style of photo processing, and my equipment is of a very high standard, I have been taking photos for 20 years, I received AFIAP and QPSA titles for my achievements. and PPSA. I cannot agree with this level of moderation of photos, I cannot find an e-mail contact for my colleagues, if anyone has one, please help 

Можете ли вы сказать мне, что именно заставляет Adobe не принимать файлы? The files are large in pixel size, as well as removed noise and artifacts, on Shutterstock everything is accepted, here it is notDoes it think they are low exposure or something?

Hey,    can we pls unifiy the AI question upload promt?    It would be nice if the if the statement of conditions (the two squares that you need to accept)  would also include an upload and send button.    I find myself often just checking the statement and forgetting about the upload.    If unified it would serve the purpous and make it a little more upload friendly for us user.    cheers Peter    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

My adobe stock contributor account is blocked,I did not receive the email, why my account is blocked without mentioning any reason. I request adobe team to kindly review my account it must be some misunderstanding from your side. Thanks & Regards

Cette image a été achetée auparavant avec une licence standard sur adobe stock par une entreprise qui l'a utilisée pour la création d'une enseigne de commerce physique pour un client à lui.Par conséquent cela vient entacher l'image de ma marque.La licence standard permet-elle ce genre d'utilisation ?Si non, que puis-je faire car l'entreprise prétend que adobe autorise ce genre d'utilisation avec cette licence.Merci !

Hi,  I received an email from Adobe Team 16 days ago, saying that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines. Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines.  The specific reason, which files are the problem, is not specified in email.I sent an email to apologize for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines. However, my account is still blocked and i did not get any answer. Do you know when can I expect to have a answer from abode team ? Thanks

Hi! I submitted an image around two months ago, and I recently noticed that it has been marked as "Not accepted". The reason cited for this rejection is "SIMILAR IMAGE(S) ALREADY SUBMITTED". I would greatly appreciate any advice or clarification on how to address this, as it was my first image of its size (4096 * 1024) and the only food banner image I have uploaded that features multiple cuisines. Thank you for your assistance.  

Hola, anteriormente ya he subido 41 imagenes sin una demora excesiva(1 semana maximo) y ahora ya hace mas de un mes que no me han verificado ninguna foto en lo absoluto, quisiera saber la razon ya que no he bajado la calidad de las imagenes ni nada por el estilo, de hecho he mejorado las calidades y la descripcion de las fotos, por ello me parece extraño, alguien sabe que puedo hacer?

Hi all, I was a fotolia uploader long time ago, now to login I used fotolia "forgot password" form, got a link to change my password, changed it and got a confirmation to my email. BUT, when I try to login with my user name and my brand new password I get "Selected account is allready in use" message. See the attached files.  Any help appreciated.

Empiezo a entender porque son rechazadas y a partir de ahora, procurame esmerarme aun más en la calidad de las mismas, aunque veo algunas de ellas que la verdad una vez comprobadas, no entiendo el rechazo. Tengo varias preguntas:1º ¿Esas imágenes se puede retocar y volver a subir? ¿Se pueden subir con nombres de fichero distintos?2º Adobe acepta el formato Webb?

When can I expect it to be reinstated?

My account has been suspended due to similar content. but i think every contribito waste the time on this platform because million of content available on this platform so similarty can be possible with one to another contributor content that do not means suspend the account. simply remove the content or not accept before publishing.

I've uploaded 300+ images of different bird species and never had a problem until today. I always use the same styles, poses, trees etc. so I have no clue why they were rejected for Quality Issues. 16 out of 40 images weren't accepted.  Here is 3 of the 16.... thanks in advance for any advice!
