It appears that the Adobe server is down, and as a result, I am unable to use it.

Image 1: All cabins are AI generated. Appropriate, AI boxes were checked. Image was accepted.  Image 2: The cabin is AI generated. Appropriate boxes were checked. Image rejected due to non-compliance. Question: I do not know what is wrong with this image or what makes it non-compliant. I would like to fix this image. But I cannot do so if I do not know what I have done wrong. 

Good afternoon. Can someone explain to me why about 70% of the images I generate in Midjourney that I upload are rejected with "QUALITY ISSUES"?I am always very careful about the quality of the images, checking them for defects and doing upscales and clearly follow these guidelines for AI images but always about 70% of the work is rejected without explanation.For example today I got a message that only 4 out of 25 images of the room with the fireplace were accepted. All images was generated with the same prompt and upscaled and I don't see any quality issues there at all. Why is this happening all the time?For example, what are the problems with this image that I attached to the post? Where is any quality issues here? 

Hello respected CS!i was received email from adoeb for 09 oct,2023. your account is tempory blacok and you need to contact adobe stock conteributor team. sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer. i was contact them in my 1st priority. But since i have no received any reponsed form them, also  i checked my spam box and fillterd the messages.  i read all guidelines and next time i will follow all policy requirement.What I should do next ? Hello, I need some help. These 3 AI generated pictures (jpgs with 2048x2048 pixels) were rejected. I used "created with generative AI" in the title, also ki, generative ai, generativ as keywords in german language, also used "created using generative AI tools" and "People and property are fictional". Any help is welcome. Thanks.Patrick

My Contributer Account is at validation issue, No mail or message receive from adobe team yet. Can any one help me to rsolve my this issue. I assure i had no illegal activity with my account and nor in my knowledge, I earn 175 dollars in 2 month, when I request a payment, after some days my account is on validation issue. Help for a contributor newbie please! I have had two video clips that have been rejected "Intellectual Property Refusal". 1) Tower Bridge London by night:My submission included the word "Shard" in both Title and Keywords. (The Shard is the new triangular skyscraper in the background). If I resubmitted and omitted "Shard" would it get accepted? There are dozens of clips in Adobe Stock of The Shard; I can't believe they all got Property Releases from the owners!2) Early morning over River Thames: I'm baffled.  The keywords included such place-names as "st saviours dock, butlers wharf, concordia wharf, china wharf, tower bridge".Could that be the problem?

Hi, this image has been rejected because Adobe says that I have uploaded similar images before. That is incorrect, I have never uploaded a photo like this before. What should I do to avoid these constant unexplained rejections?Thanks

Hi Community, i like to create images in banner format. It creates a lot of space for text and I also like the look of banners. But I'm always unsure which format I should use for a "wide banner". Both the ratio and the number of pixels are a mystery to me. So far I have made banners with 7168 px by 2688 because I have seen this in several portfolios. What do you think?

Hello everyone, I have uploaded some AI generated vector visuals and even though some of them were accepted(they were seamless pattern sets), some type of visuals are all rejected. 3 possible reasons provided but the first 2 is not applicable and the last one is quite vauge. What do you think the problem is regarding these 2 visuals? By the way, there is no check box about AI generation when I am uploading vector images, I have to put this info on the title and on the keywords, I guess this is the correct way. Since 6-7 visuals are already accepted in that way so I am assuming this is the correct method. The possible reasons are:- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.- Undeclared Generative AI Content.- Content not compliant with overall guidelines: Thanks for your comments in advance

Hello,I have this problem, this message appears: "Your account has a validation status issue. You must contact us." Through I don't know why they blocked my account, my content was 100% original, all the photos with models that I posted have the models' authorization. Why do they take down my account with a balance to receive, already waiting 9 days? Is there any way to fix the problem?

Is there any reason why some files are approved faster? my JPG has been under review for 2 months, but they still accept PNG even in 7-15 days. I heard that the files are accepted in the queue order, but it seems that is not. It's more like they accept files that are more likely to sell, because png that include several individual objects (sets) or vector sets take up to 10 days (my personal experience)

previously, every year they issued a key for a plan for photographers for a year, last year the key did not come, I wanted to clarify by what criteria the key is being issued now

someone is spamming my account by fake purchasing with the same amount per sale which is $0.37. which looks suspicious because in 5 minutes there are around 20 to 30 sales.
