I uploaded around 20 Ai-generated images on my Adobe stock account in April 2023. When I was uploading the AI images I checked the "Adobe Stock AI Images Upload Guidelines". In the guidelines, Adobe mentioned that we must include "Generative AI" in our title and keywords. so I did the same and my all files were approved. Now again I'm uploading some new AI-generated images and checking the Adobe stock guidelines about AI image uploading. So now Adobe is saying "Don't add 'generative AI' to titles and keywords. The checkbox "Created by using generative AI tools" classifies your image as a generative AI image. So my question is should I delete my old AI images that I uploaded on Adobe stock with "AI generative" keywords in the title and keywords according to old Adobe stock guidelines or there is no need to worry about that? Will that "Ai Generative" keyword in my title and keywords of old Ai images affect my account in any way or not? Kind Regards.

The following photo is one of a batch that was rejected for not meeting quality standards. It is 8 meg, seems clearly focused to me, and is unmodified. I'm confused by how to adjust my submissions to get more acceptence. Can someone look at it and tell me why it got rejected?

Hello Adobe Support, I have received email saying "account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice" May I know how much maximum time is required for investigation and further notice?  

Sir/mam, I am facing the account login issues because of your mistake.Please do investigate because I am uploading files since 2020.In these year, I never violate any term and conditions. Today, I am facing "validation status issue". Please investigate that who created issues for me without any issues. I already emailed you in which I explained my problem. 4 days ago, I also received email from you, in that email, you said that you suspended my account due to irregular sales but I never violate any term and conditions. I never involved in this type of violation. Please ask your team to solve this problem and thank you for your these kind of services and behaviour.

Hi Everyone, I have been trying to upload some videos in batches. The second batch (6 videos) this morning unfortunately did not end up on my adobe contributor submittal page. The batch before worked perfectly fine. I was wondering if one of you has some experience with this error and how to solve it- do I just wait, or do I upload again? I tried the latter, which did not work, and i really do not want to overload the storage or something in that direction. Many thanks in advance, and have a lovely monday! 

I have some submissions that are over two months old still waiting for review. The banner says it can take up to 4 weeks so what is going on ? 

Hello Dear I need your help. I'm old contributor with adobestock. My account has validations status issue. I don't know why my account has been blocked. I have exclellent sales in freepik, shutterstock, adobestock and pngtree. I'm professional vector artist.I'm just requesting to unblock my account. I have never tried to break the rules. If I have any voilation that must be unintentionally or mistakenly. Please help me. I have sent an email but I didn't get a reply. 

I'm new as an Adobe Stock Contributor. It has been a struggle so far. I was wondering how to market My Portfolio ?  When I say My Portfolio, I'm talking about the My Portfolio link on my contributor dashboard. Is it okay for the Generative AI content description that the Generative AI description is only written in the description and not added in the keywords? 

I can't figure out the purpose of collections and series.  1. From what I understand, a series is formed in upload order, but I think that even uploading vectors and videos with the same aesthetic at the same time, I can end up with 2 or 3 different series. Sometimes there are only 2 or 3 files put together and if I send images without correlation they may be in the same series, which doesn't make sense. Can I control the images within the "More from this series" option? 2. What makes a collection useful? Is it just for off-site self-advertising?

What is the minimum resolution for images created by generative AI, it says resolutions of less than 5000×3000 will be rejected, is that true? 

I constantly receive notifications from here to my e-mail address.My e-mail address is full. How can I prevent this? I do not want to receive e-mail notifications to my e-mail address.

Hi Everyone My Adobe Stock Contributor account is blocked. I didn't receive any email from Adobe Stock kindly reply and let me know the reason Why my account is blocked. All the artwork that I uploaded is 100% original work made by me. They show this message (Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.)

Dear supporters of the Adobe Help Center, first of all, I wish you all a good day. I have a small problem that I would like to consult you. I got $4.87 dollars Firefly Bonus in my Adobe Stock account. Total $5.17 I clicked on the "payout" button and I chose "payoneer" as the payment withdraw option. I waited few days and finally got a status "payment error" in Adobe Stock. That money was not returned to the account. I didn't get any mail. I don't see that money anywhere. what should I do now? I wish you all a trouble free day. Thanks

Hello, I've submitted several vector illustrations that have been approved, I just got my first rejection yesterday and I'm having trouble understanding the reason. This is the reason given to me: "Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file." Now, I believe none of these actually apply to my submission so I'm wondering if it's possible the issue wasn't actually listed here. I've included a link to the ai file(as I can't attached it for some reason) as well as the jpg. Is possible to get back my account? Is there any one is happened with you. and you unblock your account? I want to know, is it my fault to increase sale?Many of the contribution are facing this problem. Is it a system error, or adobe stock team it do manually?What can I do now?
